I ordered a dress for my wedding reception. Not only did the dress arrive 3 weeks late but when arrived it was not the same design as on the website. It was made of cheap substandard material and was ill-fitting. They offered me an 8% refund but when I declined that ridiculous offer they said they can not give me a full refund. DO NOT BUY from this company they are con artists and scammers. There customer service is appalling!

I ordered my prom dress from this website and once the dress came it was nothing like the picture, I expected it to be slightly different however the dress was poorly made and not the right colour, after emailing the customer service team they said I was not suitable for a refund after 4 days of emailing, I wasted £100 on a dress, £20 for shipping and the customer service team were so rude and not at all helpful, I regret buying the dress so much, it may look cheap but you will regret it, also my friends ordered from here and had the same experience as me
I needed a dress for my Daughters Wedding, having only a small budget I ordered what looked to be my perfect dress. I ordered a size bigger than I needed incase the sizing was on the small side then I could always have it altered. I was devastated when it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture and measures 4 sizes smaller than the size I ordered. There is no returns policy so I e-mailed Dylanqueen, I still have NO REPLY. I paid £120 for the dress inc delivery which I really dont have. I realised what a fool I have been so placed the dress for sale on the internet, I couldnt sell it despite reducing the cost by half. Then TODAY I have had an importation bill for the delivery of the dress... I am furious to say the least. DO NOT ORDER FROM DYLAN QUEEN! It will only cause you stress and devastation. I will be taking legal action against this company with the help and support from my family.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Bought a CUSTOM MADE prom dress, it arrived with lots of clicks in it, way too many to put pics on of, also from the waist up it is absolutely huge, UNWEARABLE, VERY BADLY MADE.

I ordered the item a month ago and when the dress finally arrived after having to pay for additional postage plus the £160 cost of the dress, i was very dissapointed and underwhelmed. Shoddy workmanship' is an understatement. Poor tailoring resulted in a wonky/unraveling hem and the making of it meant there was a cardboard Basque inside of the top of the strapless dress. When emailing them various responses were: take it a tailor, a 5% refund and that they could do nothing. I find this service absolutely outrageous and i am DISGUSTED. AVOID BY ALL MEANS... BEWARE! Dylan Queen are also operating under fifferent names selling the same dresses.

Very poor quality and ill-fitting dress. Looked nothing like my dress in the photograph on their website. The workmanship is very poor quality. I hang better curtains on my patio doors. Customer service is disgusting! When enquiring about returning the dress I was told to get someone to sort the dress and the Company would offer me a 10% refund. Dylanqueen is a really neat place to buy wedding dresses and more. They have a big selection but prices are kinda high on some. Customer service is okay but not the best.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a prom dress for my daughter, she tried it on to see if it fit and everything was ok, when coming to re try the dress on a few days prior to her prom the zip got stuck and would not come down the zip had bust. I had to have the zip taken out and a new one fitted, I have wrote and told Dylan queen about this and they have been very unhelpful, all they say is it was purchased too long ago to do anything about it bearing in mind she as only tried it on twice. Absolutely disgusted what a rip off.
I HAVE GOT MY MONEY BACK - If you read my previous reviews you will get the gist of the struggle I have had from Dylan Queen, denial of problems avoidance, some mild admittance of mistakes with minor offers of money back and what could be called a curse " May you loose all your money if you pursue this type emails. So what did I do to get a full refund. I KEPT ALL EMAILS AND PICTURES OF MY ITEM, I CONTACTED MY BANK (THANKS SANTANDER) I EMAILED IT ALL OFF WITH THE COMPLAINTS FORM THEY SENT ME

I should have read these reviews before making my purchase. Unfortunately, I didn't take the time because I found exactly what I was looking for on their website. For the record, I have NEVER written a negative review, but felt the need to try to help prevent any other consumers from making the same mistake. I received a dress in a totally different color than what was ordered and all that I asked was to return and exchange it for the correct color. I did not ask for a refund or discount, just to exchange it. This is the reply that I received from them:
"we suggest you keep the dress and forget about the subtle error of the dress, since all dresses are hand-made, it is inevitable that some tiny mistakes will be made during the process of tailoring, hope your understanding"
Tell me, how many consumers would consider receiving the wrong color dress to be a subtle

I have been in the retail business for 20 years and have never experienced anything like this from any manufacturer in our world, nor would any respectable operation consider this to be an acceptable business practice. Ordered my custom made dress, it's actually ridiculously funny how bad it is, it's like something out of a pantomime, I wouldn't even give it to the charity shop, it was not elegant and beautiful it was horrendous in the words of my 12yr old daughter! Don't take the risk and loose your money, dress cost £120 & then £35 customs, I have previously brought from LIght in the Box my wedding dress, which was perfect but DylanQueen is a joke, I think they must have chimpanzees doing the tailoring, I can't say how bad this was, I wish I could put up a photo! PLEASE don't waste your money!

This website is a complete FRAUD! I advice everyone not to use it! They're very misleading and make customers believe they're based in USA and UK, however they're based in HONG KONG! They provided me with an email stating my order was confirmed, but when communicated with "SANDRA" (who was utterly useless), they claimed my order was not accepted?! How could this be when they did not provide me with an email confirming this? Sandra could not communicate with me professionally or correctly, and her grammar and spelling was appalling! If she is meant to be of professional manner, than she should not be speaking to me in this way! THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN! They are advertising dresses that belong to other companies which is Trading Standards and when the products arrive they are a poor and cheap copy. When you try to get your refund which they advertise a FULL REFUND they do not want to give it to you back they say they will only give you part. Also expect a bill from TNT for taxes from China. The whole set up is a rip off. They are very friendly with the names of Sandra, Cherry Roger and Kris when you are buying but once you want your money back it is a different story so far we have paid out over £120 in postage and are still fighting to get our £300 back which we paid out. A lot of the reviews about good things are what they have put on there themselves. They have a place in the UK in Wood Green but THEY do not accept any calls, post etc from us BE WARNED THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING THE PUBLIC OFF AND HOPEFULLY TRADING STANDARDS WILL INTERVENE.

Today I picked up my package and immediately unpacked and I must say that I AM SO THRILLED about my wedding dress! I am very pleased with the dress. I just got it today and I'm in love with it. Well, I must say this dress is CHARMING! I got it in burgundy and used the custom measurements (which I took myself) and it was made perfectly! It arrived rather quickly after I had ordered it. I cannot wait to wear it in a few weeks at my next performance.
