I have been trying to get replacement wire drive rollers for my MP250i welder for 5 months. You would think this would be easy to source but Eastwood can't have a parts catalogue on these welders, They asked for these photos of the parts needed back in May. You would think they would know what the part is. There is already a new version of this welder and they don't know how to get parts for this older version? Thank god I am not a business that relies on this welder daily.
I have emailed Kelly in Oct, the Eastwood Rep., who replied to this review. It is now January 2022 and am not getting any further with the parts support. This is pretty well a new welder and they can't provide parts. I have not heard anything more since the end of Nov 2021. I am going to have to get a local machinist to duplicate these rollers I guess. NOT happy.
I made a big mistake writing a review on Eastwood. I don't read reviews and I wrote my first one. Eastwood replaced my welder I purchased from them.It had a problem the Lady at customer service help me and 3 day's later I've got a new welder I'll recommend Eastwood to everyone The warranty is real

Still no notice of it shipping to me in Canada? I got the spool gun and accessories but no welder. It looks like the best deal on the web so I imagine it's popular but it'd be nice to know I'd have to wait instead of it being an unpleasant surprise.
Eastwood provided top notch service to me on an item a few weeks ago. I had an issue in the online purchasing department but a quick phone call the next morning lands me with Brianna C. Who took care of my issue in minutes and also I feel went above the call of duty and replied shortly after or call in an email with some information and products they support. Great job and a great experience in buying online. I will be dealing with Eastwood again in the future for my resto needs.

No need. I just plowed through the issue with trial and error. Which can be expensive. You have wonderful Youtube videos that have helped me and you have a large variety products. I was not worried about price. Just want to make sure I did not have to buy three things when I only had to buy one and get it done right. I hope you are able to straight out the phone customer service issues. :)

Need to know what paint products to buy. Lady said she only had one paint tech. She asked me to ask her the question. Did not complete explanation. She asked over and over again if it was an Eastwood basecoat. I said no and she was not interested in continuing the conversation. Never told her that I want to buy basecoat. I want to know if I should buy an epoxy, sealer and etc... for my problem. Mail order products in the past with no problems. Never had to call. Looked on youtube and the website for the info with no luck.
I hope Eastwood considers this a fair and honest review.
I started by writing a scathing review of Eastwood based on my shipping experience with FedEx. Eastwood shipped to the wrong address and things went progressively worse with FedEx until they lost the order, then denied my freight claim. I then when to Eastwood customer service who refunded the order and resolved my issues on this order. I'm here to say I'll order again from Eastwood.

I have made a few purchases and have been satisfied. I was not satisfied with the last product and posted a review. The review was rejected as not meeting their website guidelines. I read the guide and violated no guideline. I just gave a non-favorable review. This makes me question their entire review process. How can I trust it if negative reviews are filtered out.

I ordered a drill press and received a bandsaw blade instead. This was probably Jet's fault however eastwood's customer service has been very poor! It takes 2-3 days for an email reply and they still haven't refunded my money or arranged a return after two weeks. I'm close to calling my credit card company about them.

Ordered an item almost 4 weeks ago. Never received the item. I contacted Eastwood Company 3 times to to cancel this order and refund my money. They refused to do either, their respond is always the same - we will get back with you shortly. Had to open a case with my credit card company.

2.5 weeks after order placed for their overpriced paint. No emailed confirmation. No response to several emails. And get this…. They say after you place an order it cannot be cancelled. Really? Lol my credit card company begs to differ. And try sending an email to *******@eastwood.com. "Mailbox is full". Seriously can't make this up. They are running borderline criminal at this point. What online company doesn't send you an email confirmation of an order. What online company states you cannot cancel an order that hasn't shipped in 3 weeks? What online company has "mailbox full", when you try to email them at the only email address available to use for customer service. And get this…. They keep deleting any comments I post on YouTube. This company appears to be in trouble. And in my firm opinion should be taken down off the internet. They appear to be operating in a Scam mode these days. The $10 off coupon codes? They don't work. Bad news.

Answer: Hello Don, after the 3-year warranty has expired we recommend that if any malfunctions happen with your welder; the welder be taken to a local repair shop. At that point, a call can be placed to our customer solutions department to purchase parts to have the welder repaired.

Answer: Charles, Admittedly, we've had a tough time with a total system overhaul that occurred at the end of August 2016. We've come a long way since then but have run into other issues as Laura points out, where the black powders got mislabeled leading to glossy black being packaged as satin black.
