I will not recommend this edible arrangements to anyone my two daughters sent chocolate covered strawberries and flowers one from Italy and one from Texas the flowers were dry almost ready for the garbage and the strawberries sweaty hot not fresh waste of my daughter's money
I ordered a bouquet priced over 100$ for my moms birthday. The bouquet was never delivered. It has been two weeks now and I reached out to customer service and they said they would ship it out immediately. I still have yet for the bouquet to be delivered.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AT ALL! THEY NEED TO BE SGUT DOWN. WE AS CUSTOMERS SPENDS HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR POOR SERVICE THAT IS CRAZY. NEVER AGAIN AND SHAME ON THEM. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN THEY DONT BELONG IN OUR COMMUNITY AT ALL!
I made an order almost a month before Mother's day and just got a call 2x back to back by them saying they can't find the address. And the lady Natasha was so rude and unprofessional! I wanted my mother's day to be a great surprise for my mother, they just ruined it for me. Warning do not order from the #162 site in Brooklyn. She was disgusting! She shouldn't be working their especially when she is supposed to help the customer, not yell at them over the phone and cancel their order!
They never disappoint. Their fruits are always fresh and delicious! I can either order on line or they have a store front in my town where you can walk in and get fresh dipped fruits or my favorite a Blueberry Smoothie!
Store stunk like a cat... customer service girl tried showing us different arrangements on the computer, we got to see the 1st page then the phone rang she answers it and tells us to wait instead of asking the person on the phone to please wait so she could help us... we left and will never go back...very. Rood service! POOR MANAGEMENT
Ordered an arrangement on the edible arrangement.com web site for my daughter on Easter, and it wasn't delivered. Customer service could not reach the store responsible for the arrangement and delivery for the product, and so I'm out over $100.00. Save yourself the frustration and aggravation and just take the money out of your account and burn it.
I ordered chocolate covered fruit and flowers for my daughter's birthday. The company only delivered the fruit. When I called that same day inquiring about the flowers I was told they would be delivered on the following day. The flowers were not delivered the next day and I called again. I was given a claim number and was told they would follow up in 48 hours. After 48 hours no one had called me back, no flowers were delivered so I called a 3rd time. This time I was told that they were out of flowers which is why they were never delivered. So they just delivered half an order, took full payment and didn't bother to contact me?! Basically they stole money from me and have zero customer service. I will NEVER order from Edible Arrangements again
I ordered a gift basket for my Mother for Mother's day. When she sent me the pictures of what she received I wanted to cry. The arrangement she received was no where near what I ordered. I have tried to get someone to call me, but so far hasn't happened. I am sick over this...spent a lot of money and am embarrassed by what was sent! The first 2 photos are what was delivered, the 3rd is what was ordered.
Garbage! After a special moment, they miss the note to the package. What's the use of the package, without the note? The recipient has no idea where it came from or for what reason. Bunch of amateurs. You want something done right with details, do NOT deal with edible arragments. They should be very called Absolute Amateurs. Terrible! No refund, no care, no response. Just, I'm not sure what happened. Wow!
My nephew sent an edible arrangements to my husband when he was home in hospice care. My dauhghter brought it upstairs to him and they both indulged in it. I didn't eat any of it, Thank God
Within a half hour my husband was calling me that he needed to go to the toilet. My daughter helped me get him there, a little too late, and she ran downstairs to the other bathroom. She managed to reach the toilet on time but then passed out and fell on the floor while i was trying to clean my husband up. Food poisinimg can be very ugly.
I placed online order to be delivered in 2 days. However the next day I found out the recipient would not be home to accept order the next day. I called the store and spoke to Christina and she agreed to change delivery to instore pick up. I made a trip to store and order was not there, It went out on truck for delivery I was told by worker. I expressed my concern and he said, don't get upset it is only fruit. I said really and he said I am only an employee and cannot do anything. Christina left for the day but apparently did not do as she said she would. I really wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order. The order did arrive about 10 minutes after recipient got home and it looked nice. I am mad that I made a trip to the store for no reason. People now a days take no pride in their job.
The Store At 3629 Broadway way is unprofessional. The manager Erica Dorthy Sent Out Arrangements that a employee made knowing they had Covid19 all those arrangements should have been thrown in the trash. I just pray none of those customers got sick. I mentioned to the owner Josh Josh but he doesnt seem.to care. Always she doesn't wash her hands after coming from outside smoking cigarettes and never where's gloves when making people's orders all this have been brought to the owners attention
Received the Birthday platter as a gift. The chocolate covered strawberries leaves on arrival were already dead. However I chose to take a bite and I did not discover it was molded under the chocolate - disgusting! Called the store to let them know and they did not even care, acted as if this was a normal occurance. Save your money and go elsewhere!
I placed an order for my boss and when I went to pick up at the order time, I received a call from the lady that works there telling my order wouldn't be ready for another 3 hours. I asked if they would deliver she said "I'll have to ask the owner." I know she was still at home she sounded like she just had got up and I was had been sitting at the store for 20 mins and no one was even there. Needless to say, I canceled my order and will never order from them again.
I ordered an order on May 8 for pickup on May 9. I went online and my card was charged. The store I chose was on Quebec St in Ft Worth, Texas for pickup at 4:30 on 5/9. Got an email that the order had been placed with.
May 9 I went to the store for pickup. The address listed on the website is a VACANT building. This was a grad daughter's birthday and I am LIVID. Who practices business like this? Called corporate and spoke with someone who had broken English and all he said was sorry for the inconvenience. What a load of crap.

I order on line and thought would get what I asked BUT disappoint when picked it up... My decor for my 50th birthday was pink/rosegold white and gold... And got blue container really looked so bad... very disappoint call me to complaint but didn't do nothing... They don't care about customer and it wasn't cheep. $180.00 later...
Ordered something yesterday Jan 28th 2022 9:30am for a relative who was home all that day I waited til 7:45pm to call customer service after noticing nobody delivered it. 3 customer service representatives later I've yet to receive a email and I'm waiting on my money. This seems like some scam stuff and I will hire a lawyer if I have to to get all $61.59.
I would give this no stars but thats not an option here. I ordered a bundle May 9 for delivery May 12th (expecting even going to may 13th because mothers day weekend). That would have been fine.
What wasn't fine was the ordering still pending and when I asked about it, they simply refunded. It would have meant more to have the actual delivery than refunding.
I had heard of the Valentines day fiasco and thought okay maybe thats just a fluke. When it happened pretty much like how everyone described the Valentines day fiasco, I lost all trust in this company. Its a shame, I ordered in the past with a lot of satisfaction but if this is downhill from here, like the sharks from Shark Tank... "I'm out".
If you do decide to order from them then you'll need to go to a physical shop... Get Digiorno's, not delivery!
Been awaiting all day for my husbands order that the kids were so excited to surprise him with but sadly no I still sitting here waiting for it to be delivered he's already gone to work which the store was fully aware of the order shows it was finally started but corporate says it was done hours ago they just sat on it to be cruel to my asd kiddos. I will never order here again ever this was done internationally to hurt my kids and that's sad Karma will come back at you x 10. Shame on this Comapny and the fact it's still not here makes it even worse! Let's see if it even shows up.
Answer: They only sent part of my order, I found out accidentally the order was only partially delivered. I had to call them to get a small refund but $100 for 12 pieces of wet fruit. SCAM and a rip off... The flowers were the gift. They SUCK!
