First of, I really don't like giving companies bad reviews but after what happen and they type of answer I got from different customer service, people need to know not to use edible arrangements. So I order on the 13th the Valentine's Day Celebration for $100 to be deliver on the 14th. I called the 14th in the morning and just to get someone on the phone is already a nightmare, so when I finally got someone on the phone around 10 am, lady told me my order was still been pending and to call back later, so I called back later at 1 pm and a different lady said my order was with the driver but they don't have a ETA because the driver has multiple dropped off, so I said I understand that so you guys need to hire more drivers specially when you have a lot of customers ordering for special occasions, then she told me to call back later. I called for the 3rd time around 5:30 pm spoke to a guy name John just for him to tell me my order was still pending on production, so I said this is ridiculous I called 3 times and those times I was giving different excuses, so he said I'm sorry sir, what would you like to do, would you like your order to be deliver tomorrow 15th. I just laughed an said hell no refund back my money and I would never use this again.

Worst customer service experience - they should be ashamed!
After being notified that our delivery couldn't be delivered, we tried contacting the store (6833 Snider Plaza, Dallas, TX store) to see how we could resolve the issue. We gave the local store a 2nd number to contact, but they only called the 2nd number after we notified the corporate customer service of the issue we were having with the local store. The first time we called the corporate line, the representative mentioned that we would get a refund.

However after 3 days, we called the local store again to see why the delivery wasn't made. The local store in Dallas TX mentioned their hands were tied so we tried calling the corporate line and got the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The corporate customer service representative (name pronounced "U-Niss") wasn't allowing me to speak and refused to help her so I handed the phone to my husband.

When trying to explain the issue, (name pronounced "U-Niss") started talking over him too. He was extremely rude and did not allow my husband to express our concerns. U-Niss apologized but then continued to interrupt my husband. We asked if the issue could be escalated to someone else since he wasn't willing to help us but he mentioned that there is nobody else. U-Niss finally agreed to "notify" someone but nobody ever called us back, provide an update or offer to help us.

I am never buying anything from Edible Arrangements again.
Edible Arrangements really needs to train their customer service representatives. I'm not sure if "U-Niss" is new or if good help is hard to find but its pretty pathetic if he is the best and only person available.
