Birthday arragment
November 8, 2024

Delivered a Birthday platter, forgot the birthday balloon, the guy said he would come back never did. Paid for the delivery and the balloon. I called them the next day they said they would Take the money off for the ballon never did. They didn't even take the delivery fee off either. So I paid $25.00 over rip off

So disappointed

I paid $80 for a get well arrangement sent to my sister in law after surgery. The first picture is what I ordered and the 2nd what was received. Really- I could have made this myself for $10-15. Never again.

I will never buy anything from this company again. I ordered a Easter gift for my daughter and it was delivered on a plastic plate instead of the wooden board that was shown. I emailed them inquiring and never heard back. I then finally called the company and they said it was not going to be resolved by the franchisor and that nothing would be done. The woman was like too bad for you. See pics. Never again

Just messing and unorganized! Placed an order and paid for yesterday, pick was scheduled for this am. Get there and cant find my order! Was giving something but it was ugly and tacky looking. Everybody running around, lady who took order at the register saying someone took order and put under her name,, No Ma'am, you took my order and my money yesterday! Team need to do better on a busy day like today! Very unorganized! I was offered a refund after I said I was unhappy. But before then lady said I can make it for you today, and send out tomorrow. No I don't need tomorrow, today is V-day and wanted my mother to have a special day since she lost her husband! Just not pleased at all.

Misleading

Totally disgusted. Ordered a "Fruit on Love Desert Board. $135 to be delivered in San Diego…. Item delivered did not come close to the picture item! Not only that but the delivery person left it outside on the steps. He or she did not call the recipient to let them know it was there, when the door was not answered. Then they sent me an email asking for a tip, I was unable to put one through other than the $20 selection. All in. All a really disgusting experience!

Lazy delivery guy

The chocolate covered strawberries were good but I didn't get mine delivered until the end of the day and the delivery guy called me and asked me to walk to him on the other wing of the mall because he couldn't find the store I work in. Kind of ruins the surprise of a delivery. My husband was so mad.

I received a sloppy arrangement from the Haverhill MA store. My daughter did this for me for my birthday and so I kept it anyway as to not disappoint her. The fruit was NOT fresh, it was at least a day old. I received it on Friday and it was bad by Sunday. I called the Haverhill store to get my daughter refunded and the store MANAGER insisted it was fresh cause "she made it" and argued with me. She then hung up on me! I called customer service (?) and they wanted pictures! I already threw the POS arrangement away yesterday. HOW does this company still exist?! I will NEVER order from them and will also tell my friends and loved ones to stay FAR away!

Horrible Website

Website must have been developed by kids!
- You can not find out "what size" Delicious Party feeds "how many people. How would you know which size to Order "Online"?
- "Mothers Day has already passed but their ad still says "Order for Mothers Day".
- Who ever developed their Website must not know that many people want to use Phones to order but when I tried to do a "Custom Card", I got Pictures on and the "Message", then I saved the message but there was no button to "Continue" on my Andriod so I Canceled Out of the Custom Card (more money for them) and just did the "Free Message".
-It amazes me that the people that develop these websites and the companies that purchase the websites do not Check to see that everything operates correctly.
Wasted Money...
AI will be worse! They can't even get Computers to work correctly.
AI will destroy the World!

I ordered my sister, an arrangement, small cake, and two balloons with her birthday numbers. I was so excited for her to receive this. The day she received this she called and so I'm not complaining, but the flowers are dead and they sent her two cupcakes, not the birthday cake and one balloon. I called. I think I should've gotten a refund and they should've sent her a new birthday order. But no, they just refunded my money and if I wanted to send another one I could but they wouldn't send anything free I mean really the flowers were dead, look at the pictures I will never ever buy nothing from them again.

Terrible Communication
May 9, 2022

I tried to sent someone a little platter of mini cheesecakes from edible arrangements. Submitted the order a week ago. Shipped on Friday with overnight shipping. Except EA or FedEx added weekday delivery only to the shipping instructions. So my delivery set for Saturday was gonna be 2 days late and cheesecake was gonna sit in a FedEx warehouse/truck for 3 days. Emailed EA about it on Saturday. They cancelled/refunded me but never sent me any notice my case was resolved. I checked last night, but no update. So the recipient has been waiting around on this delivery only for me to check tracking again today and see it was cancelled. I tried calling their customer service line twice but when you select speak to representative the line goes dead quiet and no one answers no matter how long you wait.

False advertisement

I live in California I order a box of strawberries in addition to a fruit arrangement to be delivered to relative in Georgia, After being released from the hospital. The fruit used was totally unacceptable. The strawberries were soft and soggy, the melons were hard, not ripe,the oranges and grapes were tasteless! False advertisement! I will never refer this company to anyone or use myself. It's sad not to be able to trust a business but` yet they `waste no time collecting `payment

Driver intentionality blocks driveway and says nothing. He's very rude and took his time to leave too. I get times are rough and pay isn't good but manners and self awareness goes a long way just saying. Looking at the reviews here it's no surprise he works for this company garbage human working for a garbage company!

Do yourself a favor and just look up a YouTube video, buy a cookie cutter and make the edible arrangement yourself.

You can do a better job than this company is doing and you won't have to support a garage company with garbage people! Plus if you make it yourself it will be more personal and have more meaning to it than the soulless company that made it!

I have been attempting to order 3 items for over an hour. When I place my items in the cart and fill out all of the info I am receiving an error message asking me to refresh and start again. They are experiencing some technical issues. I did it again, same message. I called what I thought was my closet store directly and I got a customer service rep from India. Although very nice the language barrier made this an extremely long phone conversation. At the end he stated he received the same message and apologized. I asked for a manager, none were available, he took my number and said someone will call back. This has a been a horrible experience.

I am embarrassed by the "gift" EA gave my recipients. It did not look like the photo of the item I paid for. They used a much smaller platter and sloppy arrangement. I emailed a photo and the customer service agent agreed and said I'd get a call, which never happened. When I followed up with another email, the same agent gaslighted me and dismissed my concerns. The worst part is it is embarrassing that this garbage was sent to a special family. It was not at all worth $55. (See photo!) I could have thrown together some fruit in a bag if I didn't care about the presentation that I was buying.

Fantasic

This place is great. They have always been able to deliver with no problems when i order online or go into the store. I call a couple days before and they assist me in various options. I can do same day delivery with no issues. Perfect "i forgot to buy a gift" last minute thinking that is delish!

Never Again

Wanted to order something nice for my daughters. All in different places. We ordered Thursday before Easter and the listing said no problem for Saturday before...for $29.99. Too much but we did it. We never got a receipt for delivery like the other girls...so went on the website and it said Monday via Fed Ex...If I had known it was going to be shipped I never would have ordered. The package was soaked, and all the edibles were thrown around, wet, and looked disgusting. Doesn't matter about the refund...a blown opportunity and terrible product and service for an already overpriced gift. Never again

Horrible service

Terrible! My fiance ordered from editable for me for valentine's day he paid extra for a card the card was blank! Also the chocolate covered bananas were mushy! He called and I was SUPPOSED to receive a replacement yesterday... it NEVER came! Terrible service! Don't waste your money for what they charge it should have been right the first time! The card had to be put in envelope by a person who didn't care to do job correctly or check the order!

First time i ever using this company I spent $115 for my wife their shop is literally around the corner from my wife's job and they still messed up they didn't even call me to let me know what was going on I do not recommend this place. Go to the store and buy your own fruit and do it your self it will mean more I will never ever use this company again I rate this company zero Stars or five thumbs down 0's

Horrible exoerience

When placing an order the delivery was to be at no charge but after reviewing the bill I noticed a charge of $3.99 for freight charged to my credit card. I called twice to their customer service team and asked for a manager who was never available! They told me the delivery.charge would not be reversed because they had to call it into another store that was 12 miles away (according to them the max free delivery charge is 19 miles) and the charges would stand. They just charge your credit card whatever they want and think they can get away with it! Don't trust them and their horrible service!
