Customer service

Showed up at the location to see what the store has to offer 15 minutes before closing time, the door was locked and could not enter, called the store location and spoke with the answering service and she was very rude, making statements like" it's not my problem take to up with customer service online because their is no supervisor to speak with." She continued to make rude remarks and not handling the issue. How can you have an issue with doing your job you are paid to do perform customer service!

Missing gift
August 24, 2023

I sent edibles to my mother as a birthday gift. I ordered drink bombs and chocolate covered fruit. The drink bombs were missing. When notified, edibles refused to deliver the order but still charged me the the $62 delivery fee and I had to buy another gift for my mom and send it late. Very poor customer service.

Based on my most recent experience with Edible, I will never order another item, again. I ordered a Mother's Day basket and it was never delivered at all! What a joke! I reached out directly to the local store in Portland Oregon and spoke with Eddie 3 times over two days with the goal of having the order delivered on Mother's Day. Was assured it would be delivered and Eddie also offered a free balloon. The basket was never delivered, however, my AMEX was billed $69.00! Will never use Edible again. I've used Cheryl's Cookies and Sheri's Berries and both offer terrific customer service and better product than Edible

I placed an order for my elderly ill mother on Friday May 2021. It was not delivered until 11:23 pm and left on the steps. It stayed outside over night. I called where I ordered from which it was from tucker, GA location and they told me it was delivered at 11:23 pm and was not sure why the driver left it on the steps. My mothers nurse puts her in bed by 9. I called for a refund. What bothers be the most of that they left it outside in the middle of a pandemic without informing us. I wonder how they threat their foods while being arranged for deliveries. I don't trust it for sanitary and health purposes. I wish I can post the pictures on the arrangement so y'all can see it was moist from overnight. I'm so disturbed by the ajile thing. And highly upset that my mother did not get her Mother's Day gift since this zas an out of town order. I live in NJ she lives in GA.

What was delivered vs what was ordered, differ vastly. Not forgetting the note wasn't included AND the fruit was SOUR. I have called the WPB FL location on multiple occasions with no one answering or returning calls. I cannot express how embarrassed I am over this order. I am requesting a full refund and for the order to be fulfilled again, correctly this time. I pic of the delivery below. So SAD

It was my granddaughter's sixth birthday and I was not able to attend since I live in Nevada and I had a broken foot. I contacted edible arrangements to have the "Summer Cupcake Birthday Bundle" delivered to her on her birthday.

I paid extra on the delivery charge to make sure she received this on her birthday. Edible arrangements did not deliver this until 9:30 PM after my granddaughter was in bed sleeping and only delivered part of the bundle. The cupcakes were not delivered and you can imagine the fruit the following day! Slimy!

I contacted Edible Arrangements, and this was at the Sunnyvale California location. I explained what happened and they refused to refund the extra delivery charge, and only refunded the cost of the cupcakes.

Mind you, the bundle itself with the extra delivery charge was $173 to get a treat delivered at 9:30 PM and only part of the order. No apologies from the store as well!

Edible arrangements you've lost a good customer!

My daughter loves chocolate covered strawberries. This was her 2nd Mother's Day so I wanted to treat her to one of her favorite things. I ordered her an arrangement and when she opened it there was fuzzy, molded stuff on some of the berries. She was very disappointed. I called the store that I purchased from, left a message for a manager to call me back and I have not yet received a call back.

Normally I don't do reviews but this place deserves a great review I ordered my boyfriend's mom an ediable arrangement for her birthday yesterday and they delivered the gift within 3 hours and they loved it a highly recommend great gift idea

Although the arrangement was beautiful the fruit was not ripe. It had melon and cantaloupe and both were hard to bite and not tasty at all. The pineapples were ok, I only enjoyed the chocolate covered strawberries.
My job sent it to me, the thought was nice but they wasted their money.

Never received my $140 Edible Arrangement, was purchased by a long time friend as a surprise for Valentine's Day! Suppose to have been delivered Monday February 12th. Valentines Day came and went, no nothing. Finally drove there after many attempts of phone calls, emails no response. Bad service all around! Arrive to shop in Bellevue,door locked from customers coming in, young Islander gurl, wearing a coat, appeared very cold, no personality. After questioning what happened to my delivery she called Manager, I guess instructed to make Arrangement on spot, offered sum frozen 4 pack cupcakes. Worker stated Manager would call me, never did. Arrangements for all that money, fruit was mediocre. Finally someone answered the phone, guy name Allen who was no better than the gurl I had an interaction with. He was the worse of the worse. Not apologetic, nothing but fast talk and no resolution! I will let my Colleagues who work near Bellevue area, please do not waste your time, energy and most of all money with these scammers! You pay for something, you don't receive then you have to track it down! Rating was a zero star!

Totally false advertising. They send ads with photos of various arrangements. We selected 3 packages in different cities to be delivered. None were exactly what we ordered; however, 2 were acceptable, and 1 was cheap and tacky and an embarrassment for the price they charged. We wrote to them asking if this were a mistake--NO REPLY. THEY DO NOT CARE about customer service.

We ordered four arrangements to be delivered to different cities in CT for Christmas. Three made it one didn't. The order was canceled, with no reason, notice or explanation. The store that we are trying to get our 58.84 back from is store #1146 at 430 N Main St., East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. DO NOT use this store for your purchases.

Awful customer service!

Awful customer service! Delivery was missing several items and when I called the store they said that they were closing and couldn't be bothered to make things right. I got my money back for the missing items after finally getting a hold of the manager three days later. But it wasn't about the money... you should train your staff better in handling these kinds of situations.

Not like the photos & missing products

I ordered a fruit arrangement and the gummies but the fruit arrangement did not looked like the photo the fruits were all over the place and i did not received the gummies. Also as far as delivery, the person didnt get out of their car to leave it at my front door and on the website they dont give you an option of when you want it to be delivered. They will deliver at whenever time of the day that is most convenient to them. DO NOT BUY THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY SEND AN AMAZON GIFT INSTEAD! ‼‼‼‼🚨🚨

So I ordered for next day delivery at their local location in Los Angeles California. It did not arrive the next day. I did not arrive the next day. Nobody reached out. I got no email until I called and inquired. They told me they gave me a refund, but nobody ever contacted me that they didn't nor tell me that they weren't going to deliver my order… The person was only there in a hotel for a couple days. Highly disappointed with a customer service… I was refunded the money, which I didn't care about this more important, but it got to the person that I wanted to go to, stop making it all about money. It's about customer service, and a lack of from edible arrangements.

Horrible all way around

Wanted the small. Ordered the small. And wanted the free delivery. Got charged for the large plus delivery. And they offered $5. It was ordered on line. But i guess its my fault cause i didnt call my order in. Went back to find my orders and how strange its disappeared. Surprise surprise. You order here and it is china your order is sent to a store near you. Im never ordering from them again.

I ordered a nice variety of chocolate dipped fruit for my son's family to be delivered just before Christmas, and the day it was to be delivered, I received an email stating "Uh Oh, we are unable to deliver." It went on to say they would make other arrangements to deliver. But this NEVER happened and my son never heard from them. They still have not responded to my request for a full refund and I will NEVER do business with them again!

Inedible arrangements!

I'm not one to post negative posts; however, I'm going to say DO NOT order from Edible Arrangements. Purchased these delightful treats for my granddaughter's 13th birthday. How absolutely horrible!

I will not recommend this edible arrangements to anyone my two daughters sent chocolate covered strawberries and flowers one from Italy and one from Texas the flowers were dry almost ready for the garbage and the strawberries sweaty hot not fresh waste of my daughter's money
