My compressor is listed for 150 psi max. The switch I bought as a direct replacement is also listed at 150 psi. Also bought new pressure relief valve. First cycle ran til relief valve blew, compressor kept running. Bled off air, checked,reset and tried again. Same result except contacts welded themselves together. Did research and found a different 4 port switch rated at 135 psi cutout and dual contacts elsewhere. Installed and split line across 2 contacts. Works great. I damaged other switch so I could not return it.
Ordered three parts, two seals, one connector for my coffee machine. Seals were so overpriced. I received three bags for three parts, and one bag was empty (seal missing). I took photo and sent an email. It's been three weeks no response. So frustrated. I would not recommend this business for any needs
I ordered a part and it was wrong. I could not get any response to correct or return. Unacceptable. I have used this service prior but I am disappointed now.

I was expecting the piece I order to come with a smaller piece that connects to the bottom and redirects the coffee into the pot, but this did not. It only came with the brew basket which is not the piece I need. So just beware! Especially frustrated after having to pay $11 for shipping and after the Mr. Coffee website people gave me the part number for this piece. Which again is not even the right piece.

I have had a solid experience with this company. Whether it be for odd parts for machines by Dad has passed down to me or a simple blade for a late model lawnmower, I always get what I need. One example, I have a big 1983 Toro snowblower that my Dad bought new. I refurbished it with new belts, spark plug, gas line and carburetor. That saves a TON of money and is also satisfying in general. Brick and mortar stores just don't have the inventory given all the products on the market. Save yourself the hassle and shop with these folks.

The part i bought work as should. I placed several orders at different times some order same day and still charge 10.99 to ship each order, even 10.99 for a little carb needle. (Crazy). I can buy exact same parts on Amazon free shipping, so this will be my last purchase through ereplacement.com.

The first representative spent close to an hour trying to figure out which parts I needed for a 20-year-old lawn mower motor. The schematics were not a lot of help.
Unfortunately, when the parts arrived, one was wrong. So I called and explained my problem. The agent said there was only one other part that could be it (an oil seal - about 1 1/4" in diameter). She then refunded the wrong one before charging me for the right one - and did not charge postage. This was a lot of effort and expense for a purchase that in total amounted to less than $40.

Ordered #2 of an item. Only received 1.4 phone calls with their customer service reps who were nice and could see that I needed a refund since the item was on backorder and 2 were shipped, not 1. All they could do is request a refund, not issue it directly to me. After waiting almost 3 months later and finally getting my bank involved to dispute the charge, THEN ereplacements quickly responds and says they'll give me a refund. The bank already gave me the credit back, because waiting for this site, you'll never get your money OR your order.

Lawnmower cable for my Troy-Bilt initially appeared hard to choose because the mowers info sticker had worn off. However eReplacement parts listed the year the mower was made along with the parts lists so I narrowed it down. The part wound up fitting correctly due only to the face they went out of their way to put the year the mower was made in their descriptions. Also they provided expanded parts diagrams. Very helpful. Will head to them first for business.

I ordered a replacement stoneware for a crock pot. It arrived in pieces. It was poorly packaged (wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in box). They sent a replacement which arrived the same way. Talked to representative and explained the problem was in packaging. Agreed to one last try. Same result. Refunds for 2 orders have been received. Waiting on refund for third order.

I ordered the OEM part needed and paid for accordingly. There was no communication then from the time of ordering to the time of getting my package at my door. Once opening the package it was discovered that apparently that specific part number was no longer available so the business took it upon themselves to replace with a product that will still fit. Although the part ended up working for me the business should have at least communicated to me asking if it was ok to swap parts ordered and update their website appropriately.

Best customer service ever. Their website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the replacement parts for my Penn fishing reel. I made the purchase and immediately received a friendly email with a confirmation receipt of purchase. 3 hours later I received an email that my parts had shipped. Fastest turnover of anything that I've ever ordered online. I was pleasantly suprised that the parts arrived quickly because I had friends flying into Hawaii to visit. The worm gear and pawl is a common problem with bait caster reels. It is an exposed part catching debris, dirt, and moisture. It is a part that gets over oiled a lot and causes even more dirt and grime build up. It is a simple task for an experienced fishing reel repairman but a repair that require taking both side plates off the reel. I would certainly suggest studying the schematics and watching a repair video of this procedure. The parts were as expected and meet my requirements. I would suggest replacing both pawl and arm gear at the same time. Damage to either one usually results in damage to the other.

Price was great. But shipping was very poor. The tank is plastic and shipped in a bag. It arrived cracked. I contacted the company several times but only got auto responses. Someone needs to fix this problem.

The tracking number followed the part right into Costa Rica and then it was lost from there. It's been since September 1 2023 I ordered it's now December 12,2023. Nothing. Don't recommend ordering from Costa Rica.

I ordered a part more than 2 weeks ago. That process was great, including part diagrams, etc. However, since then, they've become ghosts. Can't reach anyone either by e-mail or on the phone. You get the typical, circle-jerk process. I have no idea where my part is. It's amazing, they, "make it easy to cancel your order." That is not a strategy and certainly isn't customer service. Providing my order number does nothing, so I'm left in limbo. At this point, on my first attempt using this company, my advice it... source it somewhere else.
Ordered two lawn mower blades and an air cleaner. Received the air cleaner and no blades. Box was partially opened Lousy packing job. Called and spoke to a very nice lady named Janet. Said she'd send out the new blades right away. Got the second box. Picked it up off the porch and one blade fell out on the porch. Other was inside. Point being the person who does your packing should look for another job. My 7 year old granddaughter could do a better job. No inside packing at all. Contents just rolling around inside. Why bother with a company that has no clue how to pack items to send across the country with a good chance of never reaching their destination? Is this any way to run a business?
Never received item. Paid for UPS and been sent via different posting service (less reliable). Not sure how long more need to wait as provided tracking number not working. I had positive experience with the first shipment and sad to see the second one is such a mess. Not sure about refunding :(.
