Dropped my food processor bowl and it cracked. Thought I might have to buy a whole new processor, but found the replacement bowl at a fraction of the cost. I was also able to order some different blades for it, as mine originally only came with one.

You charged me $7.25 for a very small FREE USPS bubble wrap package, that you only paid $3.27 to get out the door, then USPS held my package downtown for three days until I had to drive into town and wait in long lines to pay ANOTHER $2.13 to recover it... so you ripped me off for $1.85 and made me GO GET IT...! Trivial...maybe...but the major inconvenience and stupid games has cost YOU a customer...since I will NEVER buy from you idiots again...good job... :O(

This is where you go for the impossible to find parts to repair what's broken. With the parts they supply it keeps repairable things out of the landfills.
I just replaced a broken wheel (or foot) of an oil type heater. For around $10 I have my little heater working again. Otherwise it would've been junk.
They are my go-to when I need to replace a part. I definitely recommend them.

Ordered a water tank part for an espresso maker and received it cracked. Contacted them about the issue and they did a return and new purchase with out hesitation. They were nice on the phone but almost an entire month for the replacement to arrive only to come even more damaged then the initial ordered unit. Really disappointed. Didn't even contact them again. Don't feel it's worth it for the $16.47

Finding the radiator wheels to be replaced was easy: just entered the model number and "wheels" in the search, and it came right up. Ordering was quick and easy, too. There was a small shipping charge, but still made this purchase very reasonable. Package was delivered within a few days (2-3 days), and I replaced the broken wheels on my radiator the same day. I have bought replacement parts from this company in the past, which is why I will continue to do it again.

EReplacementParts had the odd part (gear cover) I needed to fix my Bosch 4100 table saw and they shipped it very fast. I can't even complain about the price, it was great. I will definitely shop with them again when I need to fix the next power tool that breaks.

They provided a VERY detailed exploded view of the sander (including tiny washers, looked EXACTLY like the sander as I took it apart) along with hyperlinks to each part. I had no idea what the names were for the parts I needed. But I did know what the parts looked like and where they were located on the machine. Brilliant idea having the detailed exploded diagram with hyperlinks! Very easy to locate parts needed and shipping was super fast. This will be my go-to site for future purchases of this type. We mow about 4 acres and my wife uses this mower around the house to pick up the grass clippings and I use a zero turn for the rest of the property. One of the bags got a big tear and needed replaced so ordered this and gotta say, it looks good, fits good and works good, just what we needed. I was able to replace broken handles on an older electric skillet easily with this site using the model number of the skillet. Shipping was fast, correct product arrived, will definitely use this site again for finding replacement parts!

The positive for me is that what was shipped to me arrived very quickly.

The negative is that out of the three items I ordered, I only received two. I emailed customer service a week ago and have not heard anything, and my order has mysteriously vanished from my account. Now when I look for my order number it says it doesn't exist. Very disappointed in this experience and I will not be shopping from this site again.

*Briggs and Stratton Fuel/Soap Valve*. Previous review led me to try this *Fuel Valve and it's an exact replacement on my Soap Tank Valve.

I have an old Braun food processor that I absolutely love. The part that holds the blades broke leaving me heartbroken. I had ordered a replacement part from two other sites, both sent the wrong part. I ended up stuck with them as it just cost more money in shipping both directions that the cost of the actual part. Ordered a part that I needed on January 10, had to pay for shipping which in this day and age is ridiculous to say the least when you're spending $75 on one part for a vacuum. Today is January 25 and I have still not received my part and it has not moved locations according to the tracking information in five days now. Missed out on being able to complete a job that I was asked to do because this part still has not arrived.
