These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
I ordered contact last December. Though there was a delay on it and which I understand their reason. One thing I appreciate the most is their prompt response and they even sent me an apology email about it. Not to mention that they also provided me a special code for it. Thank you so much! You guys never failed to disappoint me. Keep it up!
Glasses arrived late and frame was not straight. My husband had to take them to get the frame fixed. Would never buy again even though the price was good you definitely get what u pay for. I also paid for two day shipping and glasses got here a week after ordering.
Ordered a pair of glasses on 3/20 and 3/23. Still waiting to receive either pair over a month later. Zero updates from business or their customer service. The next step is disputing with the bank. I learned the hard way about trying to save a buck, back to Costco it is.
I have to say I'm so impressed! I had asked a question in regards to how long their turn around time was-- as far as processing an order because it has been about a week and this was my first time ordering from them. They answered my question quickly and next thing I knew the package was in my mail box. Pretty quick and the glasses-- lenses and frames are excellent quality!
The ordering process was easy, the glasses came in a nice box with cleaning solution and a cloth. We also haven't been bombarded with emails unlike other companies who send daily emails which is very annoying.
It took a month and over 10 emails/chats/calls to get the order delivered. I give it 2 stars only because the product arrived as advertised at a reasonable price... but not worth the trouble. Next time I'll buy at my local store and pay the extra 15-20% and not deal with EZContacts customer service.
I had to wait 30 days to receive my glasses to only find the lenses were not correct. Ezcontacts seems powerless to help there customers. Your customer server hours are very limiting and customer service followup is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I wish I had never started my purchase through EZ contacts.
I liked the facility to order prescription glasses at this website. Plus, they are way cheaper than buying them at a store. Frames and prescription glasses arrived in great condition. Nicely packaged. The only bad thing is the time it took for my order to arrive. Ezcontacts specified an arrival date of two weeks, but I received my order after 3 and a half weeks. Overall, I am satisfied with my order.
I order my 1st pair of Oakley prescription glasses and they were about half the price if I would of gotten through a store or another website. Came in as mention which took longer then normal if you get regular shipping but there are flawless. Now I wear my glasses all the time since they are Oakley.
I am pleased with my purchase. My glasses are exactly what I wanted at a much lower price. Overall the turnaround is longer so if you need a rushed prescription this site may not be for you. It took approximately 3 weeks... but I had other glasses so I didn't mind the wait given the significant savings.
I ordered contacts from them. Two weeks later, they emailed and said they were back-ordered! When I ordered, they had promised to deliver within a week, or at most two weeks! In the email, they said they would only charge me when the order gets shipped. But I checked my credit card statement. They have charged me on the date that I ordered! What a bunch of LIES! I then tried to email them to cancel the order and get a refund. They were not very responsive, at all! Do not buy from this company. Straight-up fraud!
I've ordered frames with corrective lenses before the New Year. Frames says that Availability is 4-5 days (LIES!). After almost 2 months of waiting and checking the status of the frames they finally ship. I'd have to say the glasses/price was great. However, don't advertise on the site that your product will ship in the expected time!
Slow processing and shipping. Friendly staff though. This is the first pair of glasses I have bought online and am realizing that there are some perks, specifically cost. Some negatives like, fitting and comfort of product.

I ordered them on a Sunday they arrived the following Saturday. They came in great condition with cleaning supplies, the case and authenticity certificate my prescription was exactly as I asked for it in so satisfied!
First time buyer from this site. It was very easy to place my order and the price was exactly what I was looking for! The downside is the shipping speed. I'm not sure why it took so long (over 1 week) to arrive from Brooklyn when I live in Maryland. I would still purchase from them again.
I've used ez contacts because they have great products. And they do top notch makers.
What need to improve is their quality control. This is my first time so for all I know they may be really good with other products my progressives were off.
I wish they didn't ask me to do a survey or try to make up the difference with discount or something that recouped the time for me.

I was a bit skeptical at first ordering designer glasses online and was also worried about them getting my prescription lenses right, but luckily it ended up working out. The process took a little longer than I expected (took about two weeks to receive the glasses from when I ordered) and while the glasses looked great, they were missing their authenticity papers. Customer Service was easy to get in touch with and they mailed the papers to me about a week later. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and that they were $200 cheaper than buying from the optometrist!
Glasses take 2 weeks just to get through the 'processing' phase and then they take one more week to get to you. Their 'online' customer service chat is horrible! I tried contacting them and was not able to talk to anyone in 4 days. When I called I was told I was caller number 50 and that I need to wait approximately 1 hour. They will not call you if the item you ordered is out of stock even though that is what they claim in the website. Just pay 5 more dollars and order from a legit website.
I received my glasses within a week. The frames were high quality at 1/2 retail price. I opted for the free lenses which were perfectly fine. I have bought get several pairs of glasses from ezcontacts and have been generally satisfied with their service.
You sent me transition lenses instead of progressive. Second time my order was wrong. I was very disappointed both times. Next time, if there is one, I will call and speak to a customer service tech to make sure the order is placed correctly.

Took awhile longer than what the lead time said. After a couple emails to customer service they worked it out. Seems like they expedited the shipping so the glasses came closer to the expected delivery date. After everything I would buy from them again.
The glasses I ordered were listed as in stock and then I was told I would have to wait three weeks for a back order. Six months, lots of emails, and several false shipping notifications later, the glasses showed up without any shipping notification!
I am very pleased with my glasses and accuracy of my prescription however it took the company a very long to ship my item. I had to inquire several times about when they would arrive and got different answers every time. Decent experience overall.

Don't waste your time or money! I ordered my contacts January 6th. Still says being processed. CS gives canned responses after your 30+ wait time on the phone. I'm like all the others' stuck waiting. I just want my money back at this point.
