I love the ease in ordering. The free shipping was a plus. I love my dailies! Fast delivery was great! I have used the other guys and was disappointed in delivery delays and price. I have used EZ contacts for over a year and i love this company. Keep up the good work.
I've ordered one pair before, it was a hassle. It was during Passover, so I didn't get what was supposed to be 2-3 days shipping into a month. This past time, I ordered a pair, I paid for EXPEDITED SHIPPING, I think it was 1-2 days. They didn't show up, so I called. The representative on the phone said 'Oh, well we don't have those frames anymore and they're discontinued so we won't be getting more.' Ok, that's fine. I asked the rep, 'Were you all going to tell me unless I called and asked?' You own representative, said 'I hate to say it, but probably no.' That's a $#*!ing $#*!ty way to run a business. Based on these two experiences, I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with you all until you figure simple things like inventory out.
Great selection, great prices, great customer service and super fast delivery. What else can you ask for?
A little delay on my oder because they were out of stock but worth the wait. Definitely shop with them again.

There is no way to get any discount unless you have a coupon. I had a credit of $4.99, but have to jump through hoops to claim it.
Fast ordering, shipping and item arrived on time. Was able to add prescription lenses to a Ray Ban frame at far less then buying direct or having it made by a local shop!
I like the glasses but they do not fit. They are way too wide. Do these need returned? Can a local place adjust them? Please advise

Paid for prescription glasses. Glasses arrived wtih script info, but glasses themselves are just the original sunglasses. Still waiting for return shipment authorization. They claimed it was emailed, but it has not been emailed to me. And this was 3+ weeks after waiting for them, being told initially that the script could not be done but then stating they could be done, and were shipped. But was shipped was non-script glasses. Can't call and speak to anyone either. I've also tried the return process online but the order number 'is not found'.

I purchased contacts at least 3 different times and each time my contacts were different In shape and did not fit properly on my eye so they kept popping off. I thought I had my contacts inverted, so I took them out and put them on the other way. It was still the same problem. Eventually it scratched my cornea, and I can't wear contacts now for a long time. I took them all to my doctor's office.for review and inspection And found out that three out of five pairs were not shaped properly and were shaped in such a odd shape that most eyes could never handle to wear. By them being such a odd shape they would not fit on my eye and kept poping off, eventually it scratched my cornea and currently I cannot wear any contacts.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
