Fabletics has nice clothing wear but never seems to have any of their top items in stock or in small sizes. I believe they just advertise the pictures without really having the items. It was always difficult to find what I liked from their store and when i did they never had it in my size. I would spend hours hunting for the right item because none of their good or top items come in sizes under XL.
And they have confusing language to trick you into signing up for their monthly membership when I had already canceled the membership once.
All the products that I've ordered are amazing. My only problem with your website is the autopol if I forget to cancel that month? It's kind of annoying and it's kind of pulled me into a bad pinch here and there, but their products are amazing. Their shipping is as fast as possible

Received my product, it was ok, prefer my Nike and Under Armour leggings over these by far. The biggest thing is the membership racquet they have going on. You cancel, you still pay and they get kind of snippy with you. Will never order another thing from them and sure will not recommend them to anyone.

Bought leggings online due to an awesome deal that they had but had no idea that they would charge me $50/mo there on out. I did not authorize that transaction! Scam. They do it because people don't notice. So I called to cancel my membership and to get a refund. They said they would refund it, cool. Weeks later... nothing. The transaction of -50 was still in my account. Had to call again and tell them to refund it. Let's see of they do it... they better.

70% of the outfits are quality and fit well, but you can't return anything that doesn't fit, only exchange, that assumes they have a replacement size/color in the exact same piece. I recently "exchanged" four items. Between the time I mailed the incorrect sizes back, they "sold out" of the replacement items. They didn't hold them for me. Their solution was to just cancel the entire return (keeping the items I returned but not crediting me anything). Once I called they dealt with it, but if I wouldn't have called they would have clearly kep the money and items. Kate Hudson, it is sad you are aligning yourself with such a poor quality brand/service. You had a chance to compete with the likes of Stitch Fix, but execution missed the boat.
Phone service is terrible as well. It is clear they outsource this to another country.
When I first started with Fabletics there were always options for tall items but as the years have gone forward it has become exceedingly more difficult. You cannot search for tall on the website so I have to drive an hour to the store in Scottsdale to have them search for options. I have been doing this for a year, however this last purchase I couldn't even get black in my style of pant. I understand if this is a not a profitable arena for you but I am looking at other options.

What an awful way to do business my daughter was conned she did not understand what VIP meant re monthly cost she is so upset as was saving for her gap year. She will never do business with this company again and will tell all her friends at the gym not to touch them.
I called and explained the situation she is just 18 and did not realise what she was agreeing to, or that con artists like this exist they agreed to canceled her membership but would not refund the £44.00 even when i said could we return the leggings she bought. She cried all night as only has a part time job and this money is a lot to her, she would never have signed up if was clear on the web site that they would be taking £44.00 a month. I am very disappointed Kate your a con artist how could you use your name, this is such a terrible way to do business
Theae are awful! Oasis high waist. They DO NOT stay up! They are also see through when you bend over or squat. They are soft and do not let pet fur stick, but not worth it at all. Constantly pulling them up. And to top it off the high waist rolls down! Had I ordered a bigger size they would have been way too big had I ordered a smaller size they really would have been see through. Disappointed. Will stick to my sams club leggings bc they stay up better than these.

I paid for extra for expedited shipping ( 2-3 Business days to deliver), I received confirmation the same day that I placed my order that it had been shipped, which was not entirely truthful. It shipped the same day but to their outside shipping company who then took another few days to ship before it arrived to me. So essentially I received my order 7 days ( 5 business days) after it initially shipped. I asked for a refund since they did not deliver in the time they advertised, but was refused saying that it had shipped/delivered in 2-3 days as advertised. This to me is poor customer service.

The customer service person failed to reship items that i ordered that was not included in my original order. I am not pleased with the service or the company policies regarding things outside my control. I.e. The package not included all my items before it being shipped!

This whole website and concept is very misleading. PLEASE BE CAREFUL anyone ordering anything! I have just had two months' worth of £44 deducted from my account after purchasing the marketed first order of £22. I'm very concerned that there is no real communication as to what you are getting involved in at purchase. I have just called Fabletics and they have tried to explain it to me but i am just so shocked at what i have been paying out for. There was no refund available and i have had to buy another two outfits with the £88 credit i had on the account. I couldn't even buy items to the value of £88 only the £44 outfits!? It's all outrageous and i am still so confused as to what a VIP member (which is actually what i became apparently) offers me other than a big headache! Obviously i have cancelled my account immediately and will not have anything further to do with Fabletics!
One of the bras broke first time I wore it, and ones of the pairs of leggings ripped after 4 wearings. When I contacted customer service about the bra I was told there was nothing they could do. I didn't bother reaching out about the leggings. (And yes, both were purchased in my normal sizes and fit comfortably, so I know that it's not just because I ordered items that were too small for me.)

I've been part of Fabletics for over a year and I love it. I refuse to get my workout clothes from any where else. I love the fact that they aren't see through the more they're stretched like most brands. Because of my curves this was always a main issue causing me to size up for more coverage but then sacrificing comfort and confidence because now I could sport it the way I want to.
I bought a pair of pants at a discounted price after seeing a tv advert. I didn't notice the catch was that I was signing up for a membership that would cost me $60, which negated the discounted price. Your company emailed me three days after the date eligible to cancel the membership so I ended up paying $90 for some low quality pants. I'll never buy any of your products again.
Don't make it easy to get out of the monthly charges you don't have an easy option other then waiting tell the first of the month. It stupid you get automatically in-rolled after a purchase. I won't be buying anything again for that reason alone. You need to make the vip month charge crap a separate thing from actual purchases.

I just found out they have been stolen 49.95$ from me for 7 months! I didn't order anything in the past 7 months and didn't even know that I was in some "VIP membership program". I called them and they rejected to refund me! I don't know how could this kind of scam website still exist!

My husband was trying to surprise me and he knows I love Fabletics. So he made an account and got amazing deals. Bought stuff for himself too and now they're saying you can't have more than one account per address. How are you supposed to give gifts? Like what I don't have to share an Amazon account for example. They told me there was nothing they could do. Ridiculous. Canceled my order without my consent.

I ordered over 450.00 of merchandise and still have not received it. Each time I call, I am told it is "in the warehouse waiting to be processed." I understand COVID has delayed many things, however I ordered these item well before some other items (similar number of items) from other companies (athleta, nike and lululemon) at least a week after I ordered from Fabletics and they all arrived. I ordered on 4/21/2020... and I am still waiting for my order "to be processed."
Although they have cute items and I like what I have previously purchased, it is definitely not worth the hassle of trying to get someone on the line (or via chat line) trying to see when and if this order will ever "be shipped."
I was a VIP member, cancelled that and do not intend on ordering again.

I saw Fabletics advertised on Facebook. They get you with what looks like cheap prices if you sign up then come to find out there's a monthly membership cost that I wasn't aware of until after signing up. Im sure it's there but it's not obvious that you're signing up for a monthly paid membership. Seemed sneaky. Then you have to call to cancel where I had to tell them 4 times I wanted to cancel before they obliged. If you're not a member the prices are ridiculous for what you're getting. Also the quality and fit of the clothes was disappointing. Two tops in the same size fit me differently and I went by their size guide. Won't be shopping with them again.

Love the style, they are true to there size. I'm from Northern Alberta, Canada and they are so warm. The sweat shirts feel like butter and so comfy and best of all nothing shrinks! Also if I don't have time to look and shop I can skip the month and go back and still order for that month. Love Fabletics!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
