I made a purchase and got an email that I was now a VIP member. This means I am a monthly subscriber with $49.95 coming automatically out of my account each month if I didn't cancel or skip. I'm so glad I noticed this immediately and was able to cancel. Please beware. None of this was stated when I checked out or when making my purchase. When I called to cancel she tried to let me know I wouldn't be charged if I skipped, but I would have to skip EACH month to avoid a membership I never agreed to anyways. They are a scam and it's a terrible business model since it's not making happy returning customers... Be upfront and give your customers the knowledge of what they are getting into and what your goal is as a company. Being sneaky is never becoming, very disappointing.
I cancelled my membership in November 2020 and still fablitics continued to charge my card for 10 months until I reached them out. The agent was really rude and exited the chat without providing the proper details.
Most scary part was the account had my new address updated in billing and shipping address, which I never provided to fabletics
Fabletics will keep charging your card until you call your bank and put a block on the merchant. Be aware! Do NOT give this company your credit card information. I ordered a pair of leggins and a sports bra, wore them just one time and will never wear them again. The quality and performance of active wear is very very poor! I am a huge lululemon fan and will not shop with fabletics ever again.

The sizing is inconsisent - returns are difficult - and speaking to a customer service rep is difficult also. When you reach a representative to ask about a refund, they are required to do the math, based on paid membership dues minus the cost of the items, and it is time consuming and frustrating. Would not recommend purchases from this site.
This company is a shady scam. BE WARE! They promote a VIP membership which automatically starts a recurring auto charge of $59.95 per month to your credit card. This is not explained up front. By the time you realize what is happening you are already out $59.95. If someone doesn't pay close attention they wind up being ripped off hundreds of dollars. This VIP membership is a nightmare to cancel and when you do you lose the VIP credits you have already been charged on your credit card for. The credits aren't even equal to the price which makes it an even bigger scam. They win and you lose no matter what. To top it all off their products are cheap made in china horrible quality. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Fabletics in-store staff were super nice & made my experience even though I ordered a white T-shirt which was see-through so I exchanged it for a blue one which came with a stain on it & then exchanged it again for another blue one without a stain. I was given a 25% off of my next purchase in store for all of the hassle. The in-store staff redeemed my experience ordering with Fabletics.

I love my Fabletics clothes! Everything fits so nice and comfortably, I have 4 full outfits and they've made me feel confident enough to get back into the fun for the first time in YEARS. I have credits to use and they tell me they expire and send emails letting me know they are about to expire. I never get such emails. I just logged on and have more credits that have expired. I pay cash for these credits and cash should NOT expire. After I use these last credits I will never purchase anything from this company again. There are too many other company's out there that don't rip off the customer.

Skipping the month is annoying and they purposely make canceling the membership difficult in the sense that they berate you to stay and offer you a discount I would really like to not have to speak with someone directly over the phone or a chat to cancel my membership. It's a smart marketing design but I find it irritating.

I love color and patterns and there are some seasons were the variety isn't there at Fabletics. They have many black leggings but how many do you need? Some more color and patterns would be great! Other than that, the quality and sales are awesome!

Products ordered looked like the pictures and fit perfectly. However, the leggings ripped at the waist the first time wearing them from pulling them up. First time with this issue, has not happened with any other products I've ordered. Will continue to order from Fabletics
Was hooked on the leggings from day 1. And all the other clothes that have been added over the years like jackets, tops, the socks and on and on. The customer service when you speak with someone is very helpful. I always recommend the clothes.

Do not order from this company unless you know for sure you want to be charged $50 per month if you order or not. Then you only have 5 days a month to skip the charge. This is a horrible service for anyone who just wants to try out the apparel. I just wanted to try out a couple pair of shorts for the upcoming summer and now I'm being charged VIP charges. This is a horrible practice!

In order to purchase most items, you must become a VIP. Problem is they charge 50 dollars a month unless you remember to hit skip. After making a purchase, I called to cancel my account so I wouldn't be a charge. I just looked at my bank statements and I have been charged for months. They said I never cancel, wouldn't reimburse me in cash only in-store credit. $#*!ING BULL$#*!. Do yourself a favour and avoid them because they take money from your account without you realizing. Complete scam.

I find it difficult to find anything I like in my size. I'm an average woman who wears mediums and size 6 easily. I guess there are a lot of us:)
The lack of options is making it hard to justify the membership too. I may end up canceling.

I really like Fabletics jeggins. They are attractive and well made. I would not sign up again for the automatic shipment. It is too cumbersome. Also, I get way too many messages from Fabletics…emails and text to the max.

I needed to exchange and return some things because I wasn't 100% pleased with the shorts. But the return process was super easy. I also love the leggings I get from Fabletics all the time; they are not see-through, making them great for big thighs and stretchy and strong.

Despite the fact that I have unsubscribed numerous times, I continue to get Fabletics marketing emails almost daily. I do not want to receive these emails and each one makes me less likely to purchase from them in the future.

The advertisement promises a huge discount on these rather expensive pants.
But then when you order a pair of them, you are also signing up to join their monthly, deduction club. There are hidden costs don't do it. Perhaps if they had put that portion in big bold, print like they did the price of the pants it wouldn't feel like I was scammed. Fortunately, for me, I was smart enough to get the pants at a discount and then call and demand that they cancel my account, that's the way you do it

I had no idea I was signing up for a monthly subscription when I ordered some pants as a gift for a family member. There was a huge "sale" and I only had a matter of minutes to get the pants at a certain price. There was a timer at the top of the page, ticking time away, warning me I only had so many minutes to order the entire time I was trying to shop. This made the entire shopping experience a very anxious one for me, so I apparently did not see whatever fine print told me I would be charged monthly. I will never shop from Fabletics again. And I will warn any of my friends and family who mention the website.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
