I was a fabletics member a few years ago and stopped because I had purchased enough items. I reinstated my subscription a few months ago...
The leggings aren't the same the stretch on pqwrhold isn't forthcoming nor does it hold you In When our running... I constantly pull them up. And I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs... in an XS.
I have returned items and they can not find them so I have no credit to my Acct. Yet I called for the packaging slip and was scanned yet I received no credit. Customer service when call is horrible they are untrained. I'm will be ended my fabletics journey and won't be coming back. Overpriced and bad quality
So overall I really love my experience with Fabletics. The quality of the clothing is great and comfortable and fits well. I works really well as athleisure clothing as well, which is clearly a direction the brand is taking which is wonderful. So to that regard I'd love and definitely purchase more in general, if there were more (along with some more neutral) color options say for the 24/7 tank tops. This goes for most clothing options on the site as well.
Also as much as I love the service, it IS a bit pricey. $30-35 is already a lot for any subscription service but it would be much more reasonable.
This website is a train wreck. It took three tries to initiate a return due to an "unspecified error". Then I finally got it to go through but never got the shipping label email, but initiating another return is grayed out on the website so I am stuck!

I've been trying to exchange my order since I received it, however the size I needed wasn't in stock and then once it was in stock the website is horrible and wouldn't work. I tried on multiple occasions to get help on the website but it would stop working again. I am an extremely frustrated customer who won't be buying from this website again.

I've been a Fabletics member for years and years. I've always been a huge advocate for this brand because the quality of their products is exceptional. As of recently, I do not receive emails with a reminder to 'skip the month' and the new layout that allows for 1 Member Credit to purchase a $24.99 item when the Member Credit costs me $50+ is absolutely absurd. Very disappointing. The process to cancel is convoluted and time consuming. The quality of products is diminishing and "matching sets" are not at all matching in color. Overall, with the decrease in quality of the products and the lackluster membership functionality that is taking advantage of me as a consumer, I will not be a member for much longer.

This company is sneaky and although they aren't a "con" they miss guide you easily into become a "member" where they then charge you £49 out of your account monthly. A charge that wasn't clearly outlined to you therefore is plain sneaky and borderline theft. I do not agree with these morals of a company and would recommend putting your money elsewhere. Immoral marketing!

Ok, I had been seeing all these ads. Obviously, this company invests in marketing and does it well. They had a HUGE deal on underwear so I took a shot. Dude. These things are so comfortable and breathable. They fit so well and don't ride up. I am 6' and about 198lbs and my son is 5'8" about 180lbs and the large fit us both well and he loved them as well.

I ordered a gift card for my daughter for Christmas and I have had to call them back 3 times. Each time they tell me I will get the e-gift card within 24 hours. Today, I called again and they told me they could expedite my claim but that it could take up to 72 hours. WHAT?

I kept pushing and they finally said that they were not the ones to handle it but that they could send them a message. When I asked to speak to that department directly they said that they did not accept calls. I will never order from them again. And I don't usually give reviews but I am so frustrated.

So i fell for the promo of 2 for $24. Shortly right after that i canceled bc ofc i didn't want to pay for the VIP subscription. Days after i received a charge in my bank account for $60. I tried to resolve it with my bank but they were unable to and said i had to tell fabletics. They've been unhelpful i do not recommend.

After the initial purchase, the monthly payment doesn't seem worth it. You can use the credit for one thing. The website is overly complicated and long to navigate.
That membership suck! It feel like you have an obligation to buy or you will be penalized! And then an interrogation if you want to cancel it. I even received a jeopardize for cancel my membership today. Like I said over the phone, screw you fabletic!, it's my money and I decide when and where I spend it.

Swimsuits ordered had very weird fit to it. It's lose in areas that should be snug (crotch area garter was lose- hello, free show!) and snug in areas that are supposed to have give (wasit and arm area) to it. I ordered 2-3 different ones and all of them were wonky fitting. I'm 5"4 & 113 lbs. These shouldn't be a problem in fit at all.

I used to be able to get great athleisure wear. I bought a lot of things. Then they started selling everything else under the sun and the athleisure wear went to hell. Hardly any outfits and nothing is is bright and fun anymore.

All of my gym wear comes from Fabletics. I always keep a couple of outfits in the bank for when I see something I like. I like that I can always get a matching outfit as I am absolutely NOT a fashionista!

I bought two pairs of XL leggings from fabletics. One of them fit just right and the other pair was about twice the size as the first one and is unwearable. I was unable to send them back as it was a final sale item even though it was only on sale.

I thought I successfully canceled my membership to escape the $50 dollars a month they charge you that I wasn't told about. Looked at my checking account today and I was still charged $50 this month. They say you can cancel online but you really can't as there is no option on their website. I am resorting to calling them but no one will answer the phone. Don't know how its legal to charge me 50 a month for something I don't want to be in anymore. I know I can skip the month but I don't feel like remembering to do that every month. I will call again and wait as long as possible to cancel this membership.

Bought items, they were the wrong size, returned them just for fabletics to send me the same size wrong size again. I canceled my membership in writing, they still billed my account again a second time. Then just said that I cannot cancel in writing and that is why they charged me again. I should have been reimbursed.

I have no issue with your products really (although I have two outfits where the top and bottom color don't quite match), but I find your website hard to navigate and once I place an order the shipping always takes longer than the tracking suggests - with the date continually changing.

I just moved and had 4 packages in 2 different occasions delivered to my old address. Fabletics could not contact shippper to correct problem! The last time I had changed my address! They need to do something about this! Now I am afraid to order from them and considering canceling my membership!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
