I'm sorry so many people have had trouble with this company, however, I am not one of them. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Penneys and Belk's they were all the same shoes, different colors. Neither store had one of the colors I really wanted, when I happened up on the page of famous footwear. They had exactly what I wanted so I ordered from PayPal. Afterwards I went to reviews and thought I had been cheated from the poor reveiws, but too late.To my shock (after reading some poor reveiws)Famous footwear shoes came in 1st. They were exactly the same/right shoes and they cost less. They were above and beyond what I expected, thank you.
I was a bit disappointed because although I received my shoes in good time, I had to pay to return them just to get a different size. I had to spend another $8 just to send them back and order a new pair.
I ordered a pair of Clark shoes from Amazon, which were shipped from Famous Footwear. This was the second purchase of Clark shoes I had purchased from Amazon via Famous Footwear in about 4 months. Both pairs came within a short time frame, were packed very well, and fit me very well. I already had a couple pair of Clark shoes, so I knew my size and was confident in ordering online.
I now live outside a very small town in WI, instead of in a city of 350,000 with malls, so I will have to rely on online shopping for many things. I would have no problem ordering Clark foot wear from Famous Footwear again.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. I wear this brand all the time and know my size. I ordered 8 1/2 and the shoes were marked as that but they were more like an 8. They were 1/2 inch shorter than the comparible 8 1/2's I have at home. I had to return them. Will never buy from them again. Can't trust the sizing then you have to pay to ship them back. My shipping cost was $10.
I bought a pair of Nike Tourch in pink. Turns out they didn't fit me. They didn't have a bigger size to exchange for so I asked for a refund. Had been well over two weeks and still no refund. When I call in I have to hold for over an hour for them to tell me that they couldn't tell me even I would be refunded. FedEx showed proof of delivery.
Now I'm going to file a dispute since they have the shoes and my money. This company took one second to take my money off but several weeks to refunded. I will never come back to this company. I ended up buying another pair from Nordstrom with much better service
The manager of this store at the south outlet premiun mall called Kevin (his work atnight) is very arrogant and rude I never go back to putting my feet in this store again. I was mistreated, me and my boyfriend was in choked how this person treated us as costumers. Never recommend.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. Email states both were shipped on the 7th of December. It is not the 13th and one will be here Monday the 16th when it was supposed to be here the 13th. The other pair is stuck in label created. I get so many different stories when asking what is going on. First fedex didn't pick up. Then it has not been processed. I will not do business here again. Your customer service gives the run around. Sad part I ordered from Nike and fanatics as well as Walmart and guess what it's already here and was delivered fedex. Get your crap together and stop taking people's money. Do not send emails if it has not shipped.
When I called they said that the order was sent to a 3rd party. It had not shipped and I could not cancel the order. They could not give me an estimated ship date. But they had already charged my credit card.
I ordered a pair of Blowfish shoes and a pair of Roxy sandals. I ordered sizes I am normally/was currently wearing. I then read reviews of wrong sizes being shipped and wrong shoes being sent or taking forever and was super skeptical and regretted the purchase, but chose to see how it would go. Both pairs of shoes arrived in pristine condition, with accurate sizing and wrapped really cute! I placed my order on Friday, August 7th and the order arrived August 11th. AMAZING! Shoes are super cute and I am very happy with this place now.
I purchased sketchers tennis shoes on February 4,2020... about the 26th of February the bottom sole started coming apart... after contacting them numerous times they told me because I didnt have receipt, they would give me 20% off another pair... REALLY!. I finally sent my bank statement proving my purchase. Hopefully I get a response soon. And I will purchase my future shoes elsewhere..

They sent me a wrong pair of shoes. I wanted to send then back and they told me I have to pay for the shippment but they did this mistake. Instead of puma men's shoes they sent me kids shoes. Don't buy there!

On April 16th I ordered a pair of leather White Mountain Women's Harrington Footbed Sandals color black. I received a pair of cloth White Mountain Women's Harlequin Sandals. I sent an email to them and it took them weeks to respond. Now, they want me to return the sandals that they sent me by going to Fed Ex and mailing them with the return label that they sent me. The whole reason why I ordered the shoes online is because there is a stay at home order. They messed up my order and now want me to go to a Fed Ex location to mail them back the item that they messed up and sent me before they will return my money. They won't even send me the right shoes because they don't do exchanges. This is not an exchange. They messed up and I am entitled to the shoes that I actually ordered.

I wish ZERO STARS was an option! I have placed an order online and they say my shoes are delivered and yet they aren't. This is now the 3rd time this has happened. I have spent numerous hours on the phone between FF and FedEx and its always FF with the issues. Called customer service and they blame it on FedEx. This last time I ordered UA shoes and boots. Shoes show up and boots don't. According to them "both shipped and were delivered". Clearly by the picture they took you can tell their is one pair of shoes in the package. Talking to customer service is like nailing jello to a tree. They don't help you@ all, blame it all on FedEx and when I asked what they would do besides refund my money (that I have to wait over a week to even hear back) their response was oh we can give you some reward points. Why would I want reward points from you people when I'm never ordering from you again? This company is useless, doesn't care about it's customers, doesn't want to own up to the fact that they screwed up multiple times and clearly they have extremely dense people working for them. I can see this happening once, not a problem but 3 times? RIDICULOUS! I have no other issues with any other company that uses FedEx! Thanks FF for taking my money immediately, not delivering my shoes but saying they were, and then making me waste my day trying to figure out where my shoes are. I was a years long customer and spent a lot of money here but I will no longer waste my money.
I wen to famous foodwear for 2nd time on 2/26/2023 to buy a pair of sneakers I was very satisfied with the attention provided by Juan and Justin reason why I giving 5 stars review. Ordered shoes for my brother as a gift. Two days later Fedex label was created. Never received the package and when I called 10 days later after I irdered, Fedex told that the item was never sent to them. Canceled my order and will never order from Famousfootwear again.
Answer: I don't know what the most popular shoes are, but I can tell you that if you order online, you should order a brand you already have, so that you know how they fit you. I know that Clark's shoes are very popular. I already had a couple pairs of Clark's, so I knew the right size. I ordered 2 pairs online, and they fit perfectly. If you can, go to the mall and try on a brand you like, see how they fit, and then order online if it's cheaper that way.

I never had heard of famous footwear so I ordered because they had the exact colour I wanted. Sadly I read these reveiws and thought I had been cheated. But their order came in 1st and was exactly the same shoe. I am not sure if it was a fluke but it was some of the best purchase I've ever made!
Answer: Yes this company does allow exchanges and returns. But the one thing everybody should know if you order online and get a receipt it says how much you have to pay to return them. So yes this company does but you have to pay. For wide feet I feel like they should have more options, my mother has wide feet and it is really hard to find shoes she can fit into but also her size. What I would do if I were you I would buy Puma's, they work on all different lengths of feet and they are really comfortable.
