I ordered a pair of Sperry Top Sider Women's Syren Waterproof Duck Boot from Famous Footwear as a promotion for signing up for their Rewards Credit Card. I wore them yesterday because I had rain in my area. Wore them 1 time now, 1 time.
When I got home at the end of the day and removed them, the back panel (that should be leather) was a thin vinyl product that was peeling after 1 days wear.
I have Sperry products - had them for years and will have them for years to come because they are made to last and made from quality leather.
Famous Footwear is clearly selling "knock off" products in their store and are misrepresenting Sperry's good name.
I ordered a pair of shoes on June 18th today is June 30th they still have not been delivered and I'm not sure when they will be delivered. I would not recommend anyone to order any pair of shoes from this company.
Bought boots that arrived end of August. It has onpy been cool enough to wear them for less than 3 weeks. The sole is coming off on both shoes. When I contactrd them, they politely said they couldn't help me, and if I wanted, I could contact the manifacturer. Of course, they didn't tell me wgo that is, and I haven't been able to find them
The other pair I purchased does not fit right, either.
I ordered a pair of shoes online and they arrived at decent time. The shoes were dirty and worn, not NEW at all. This was my first time ordering and my LAST. I would not recommend this place to no one. I paid $39.49 but the box had $19.98. I also had to PAY to ship the shoes back to them. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FAMOUS FOOTWEAR!

I Recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes online. The shipping was fast, no complaints on that. However, when i opened up the shipping bag i noticed that both boxes of shoes had significantly lower prices stickered on the boxes than i had paid on line during their low price "Happy Bday sale" LOL. One pair was $10.00 less and the Rockports were $25.00 less. Needless to say i returned both pairs at the Famous Footwear store located a few miles from me. AFter i returned the shoes i looked around the store. I found the exact same Rockports that I had paid $64.99 for on clearance for $29.99 LOL Never again. You lost me as a customer for good. Complete rip-off!
I went shopping to buy running shoes at the outlet mall at the Outlet Mall located at ******* Grant St on June 17,2023 at approximately 10 am. I drove from Longmont as I believed the Outlet Mall would provide more of a selection. Suffice it to say I went into four different stores; three chose not to greet or assist me-one of whom simply stated they no longer make running shoes my size as people are now growing taller. I am a 5 ft tall male and have to wear a woman's shoe size 7.5. I happened to see some running shoes in the Famous Footwear store, so I gave it one last shot. I was greeted immediately by a clerk named Dharma. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dharma assisted my search and directed me to the right location. I instantly located, not one-but two brands of running shoes that would fit me. So, I bought them both. Again Dharma provided me with great customer service. She had quickly and efficiently solved my issues and did so with a friendly smile and professional attitude. Additionally, there was a young male employee (name unknown-I forgot to ask) whom I noted upon entering the store was busy stocking and greeting customers. I spoke with him while I left and observed he was diligent in his work and also greeted customers in a helpful manner. In closing, I hope to demonstrate that not all stores are created equal. Famous Footwear (store no. 3604) had appropriate stock and great personnel. They were rewarded with two sales (instead of one) and I will definitely go back there again! (I can't say the same for the other running stores).
Ordered shoes for my grandson. They canceled order said to try again Ordered again then canceled again. I then called customer service where another order was placed received order number. Guess what THAT ORDER WAS CANCELED TOO! Meanwhile the deduction for the purchases have been deducted from my bank account. I am so tired of companies taking advantage of people. What's really sad is that I shopped at Famous Footwear when my daughters were little over 30 years ago. It was a reputable company a company with integrity. Sadly these companies let algorithms run there stores and now these companies are GARBAGE. Stick with Nordstrom's Macy's or even Kohls at least with them you can receive customer care immediately. FAMOUS FOOTWEAR I WANT MY MONEY
I recently placed an order on July 16th and according to my transactions, the money was taken as soon as I ordered. I then called back because I no longer needed the shoes I have ordered and they told me there was nothing they can do for me once the order is processed. Mind you, that I have not even received a confirmation email. They said Oh let's send one now! Kinda shady to me, anyways I thought well since I cant cancel it might as well just wait it out. It has now been over a week and I still have not received any type of email that it was processed. Now I can not find their phone number or get on to the website! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FAMOUS FOOTWEAR AGAIN AND HIGHLY won't RECOMMEND THE FALSE BULL$#*! $#*! AS WELL! It's unfair how some sites get away with this for people who work hard for their income. I will be contacting small claims court and all the higher authorities who I can to get this dealt with, I won't LET THIS SLIDE!
I ordered shoes at the store in phoenix AZ, they sold me an online order that had to be mailed. 5 days later, I received an email that they were unable to fulfill my order due to inventory. An refund was supposed to be issued in 1-3 business days, however, 2 weeks later, still no refund and the holidays are here and I am unable to use the refund money for a gift that I never received. The stores will not help. They say to call the customer support number. I have called every day and can not get passed the 50-70 minute wait time on hold, which increases as I wait. I have emailed them nonstop but the emails say that they will take5-8 business days. But that was 2 weeks ago.
I literally have no idea what to do anymore. Why would they even sell me a shoe that wasn't in stock. Quick as heck to take your money, but they take for every to refund it.
EDIT: just got a hold of a customer service rep after waiting 40 minutes: they said they have to send a check which will take 2-3 weeks to arrive! Which is well past the holidays and I'm screwed. They are unable to credit it back to my card. Never shopping with them again.
Was told I would receive a gift card by email but never received it. It was not in my spam or blocked emails as they said it might have gone. Verified to them my email address. Issue not resolved.
I ordered a pair of shoes right before back Friday, they took the money out of my account. Kept waiting for a shipment confirmation- I would log in to check order status it would say wait 24 hours for it update. A week later I got an email saying my refund had been processed. I called their customer service to see what happened- they sold me shoes they didn't have! The worst part is other places had these shoes for a similar price with all the BlackFriday/cyber Monday sales but I missed out on the lower price because I thought I already had shoes. The customer service rep was extremely rude. Only after I said how disappointed I was did he offer me a whole 15% discount to buy another pair of shoes... I asked if I could get a different color of the same shoe for the same price he told me no he could only offer the 15% off (the color I ordered was cheaper for some reason) he then hung up on me! Yes, I was disappointed and unhappy, but I was not rude or mean to him. I will not be purchasing anything else from them!
This store is great. They have a huge selection of shoes. I got some really cute wedge sandals. I was really happy with their service. They had most of the brands that I wanted too.
Famous footwear has the best deals ever, the quality of the shoes are great. I'm happy that they now offer credit in store.

I did not read any reviews beforemordering my shoes, I read them after I ordered and got nervous because there were so many bad ones but I ordered my shoes on April 17th I was supposed to get them on the 22nd but instead got them on the 23rd. They are exactly what I ordered so my experience with them is not a bad one
I have unsubscribed many times. But they won't stop spamming me. Many times a day. Don't get involved with famous footwear. Unless you want to be harrassed.
I purchased Madden Girl boots from my local Famous Footwear on October 23rd. They both split down the middle two months in. Tried to return or exchange the shoes with a bank statement (I didn't have a receipt) and was turned away and told to call Famous Footwear. I did and had my shoes returned by the company because they were "worn" and told to contact Steve Madden. How the hell was I supposed to find a factory defect without wearing them? Mind you, this was after contacting them a total of THREE TIMES! THE FIRST TIME I CALLED I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECIEVE SOMETHING IN RETURN, ONLY TO BE TOLD BY A DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVE WHEN MY SHOES WERE RETURNED THAT I WOULDN'T GET ANYTHING! I'm so flabbergasted and disgusted with this entire ordeal. Truly horrible. $60.04 WASTED!
Ordered sneakers for my grandsons for Christmas. FedEx delivered them to the wrong address. Called FedEx they said to call the store, called the store they said to call FedEx. Well, store said I would get a refund in 12 days. A month later I called back again and finally was issue a refund. Decided to give it another try and order 2 sandals and 1 sneaker for the grandsons again and I received one sandal and one ugly crocs that I did not order. Called the store and gave them all the info on the crocs, order number, name and address of the person who they belonged to. 2 days later I get an email that they were not refunding me for the one sandal and the sneaker I did not received and was instructed to put a claim with the police if my packages were being stolen. I even told the person on the phone I have cameras and that no one was stealing my packages that the first time it was FedEx mistake and the second time it was their mistake. I lost $30 but they lost more. And I'm not returning the ugly crocs that customer in Texas is waiting for. Shame on famous footwear

Placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes. Received 1 pair a couple days after and have never received the second pair. At the time of purchase used a bogo 1/2 off and a $10 coupon. My son did not like the shoes received and we returned the pair to the store and inquire on the 2nd pair. We received a tracking number to go to fed ex they didn't have any tracking information and had us contact famous footwear to contact them as well to figure out where the item was picked up. Called the online to let them know and either have the item shipped or canceled. Kareem canceled the order and then when he told me the refund price and it was different then what the store said I should get and when adding the 2 totals together I am being shorted $44.44. Asked to just have the shoes sent and because he had already processed the refund he couldn't send the shoes. This is a big moment in my sons life and that money could be used for his other needs right now.
Answer: I don't know what the most popular shoes are, but I can tell you that if you order online, you should order a brand you already have, so that you know how they fit you. I know that Clark's shoes are very popular. I already had a couple pairs of Clark's, so I knew the right size. I ordered 2 pairs online, and they fit perfectly. If you can, go to the mall and try on a brand you like, see how they fit, and then order online if it's cheaper that way.
Answer: I Actually had a good experience. Ordered from 3 companies the same day the same shoes only in different colours. Ordered from 3 companies the same day the same shoes only in different colours Belk and Pennys did not have the colour I really wanted. I never had heard of famous footwear so I ordered because they had the exact colour I wanted. Sadly I read these reveiws and thought I had been cheated. But their order came in 1st and was exactly the same shoe. I am not sure if it was a fluke but it was some of the best purchase I've ever made!
Answer: Yes this company does allow exchanges and returns. But the one thing everybody should know if you order online and get a receipt it says how much you have to pay to return them. So yes this company does but you have to pay. For wide feet I feel like they should have more options, my mother has wide feet and it is really hard to find shoes she can fit into but also her size. What I would do if I were you I would buy Puma's, they work on all different lengths of feet and they are really comfortable.
