What up with them not canceling transactions I tried right after I placed the order being new to the site an couponing I was just trying to get the best deal I understand I hit order but I was not trying to now I have to wait until the send me shoes to send them right back when we could have avoided all that. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with being new to the online shopping they made my experience even worse I hate then I will not recommend them horrible people that work there makes a horrible company STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF NOT MAKE SURE U READ FINE PRINT THE SUCK
Items in the website are more expensive than the ones in the store. No free shipping. But good return policy. You can return your order in any of their stores. Good shoes.
I ordered some shoes 10 days ago, I paid for the 2nd day air. 2 days pass no shoes 3 days pass no shoes. Called CS they said they would refund the shipping cost because they "accidentally " shipped them the lowest priority through FEDEX. So I called FedEx and they say they can't deliver my package to my PO BOX. I ask can u please change the address to my home, they tell me they can't, that I have to get ahold of famous footwear so they can pay $18 to change the shipping label. I called FFW they told me they are not calling FedEx to change the label. That I have to wait 10 more days. I was talking with the lady and she proceeded to tell me that the refunded me the Ship charge never have I received it, then she tells me that if I want the shoes I have to order a new pair and pay for them, then she hangs up on me. WTF
The Sales staff is welcoming and helpful! They made my returns easy and stress free. They were helpful in helping me to find the right "fit".

Ordered sneakers for my niece for Christmas on Nov 18th 2020 it is now December 4th and I haven't received them so I call and they tell me their was a processessing issue with the sneakers and all they can do is issue me a REFUND! Never again will I order from here complete waste of time do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering anything from them.
THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE, NOT WILLING TO RETURN MY MONEY FOR SHOWS I BOUGHT THAT DID NOT FIT ME, THEY WOULD ONLY GIVE ME A START CARD THAT I DID NOT WANT. THE REASON WAS I DID NOT HAVE MY RECEIPT AT TIME OF RETURN, DUE TO MY SISTER LEAVING WITH ALL THE RECEIPTS. THEY WERE UNWILLING TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION TO AN HONEST MISTAKE AND WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO MANAGER THE PERSON WAS RUDE AND INFLEXIBLE. SO NOW THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND I HAVE A USELESS GIFT CARD AND NO SHOES AND I FEEL ON PRINCIPAL THEY SHOULD HAVE REVIEWS THE SITUATION AND HONORED IT. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE EVER AGAIN, BASED ON THEIR RESPONSE TO ME
I called to find out what size my shoe would be because of a conversion in sizes. I always wear an 8 in all women's sneakers. These were at least 1/2 a size too big. I called and was told I need to send them back, get a refund, and rebuy them. My refund will take weeks. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold to be told no one was available and they don't make outbound calls. The rep was extremely rude. I held for over an hour just to get someone on the phone. I purposely called before purchasing to guarantee the right size, and it still ends up an inconvenience for me. I will never do business with them again. I made the preliminary call to avoid this, but apparently their staff isn't familiar with their products. The rep helping me talked over me, was rude, and basically told me no supervisor was free and when I asked when someone would be, I was told they are handling many calls and wouldn't be even after I offered to hold more. I asked for a return call and was told we don't do that. So as much as I wanted to reorder these sneakers I love in a smaller correct size, the service was so horrendous I will be returning them and never shopping there again
I actually liked the slippers I ordered from them but they inundated me with advertising junk emails after that. At least once a day and sometimes two a day. I tried "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email. Did not work the couple of times I tried. So I sent them an email requesting I be removed. Received a response from Nicole (2/12/21) saying she would do that but that it could take 10 days. Sent them another email requesting to be taken off their list. Got a response from Daniel (2/22/21) saying he would do that but it might take 10 days. So realizing they weren't going to do it and they were just trying to stall 'til it was too late, I decided to return the slippers. Went to a local store and they couldn't find the purchase using my email address. Funny since I had just received another email from them that morning (2/29/21). Went back home and got my email receipt that had the bar code on it to return an item. Took that back to the store and she tried to scan it. It wouldn't pull up the order. She tried to pull up the order using my email address. She couldn't find it - but I had received 3 more emails in the last two days from them. She said she was going to take me off the email list. She was very helpful and refunded my money. I still get at least one email a day from them - sometimes two. Ordering online is supposed to be less time consuming and easier. This has been a nightmare. I will never buy anything from them ever again.

The worst service at the famous footwear on Fairmont and San Houston Pkwy in Pasadena Texas. Gabby shouldnt be working there. We were literally about to make a purchase we were in 10 minutes before 6 and we knew which shoe we were needing and just as we find the shoe and were just making sure it fit right we were unable to make the purchase because it was 6pm and they were closed. Gabby said it was time for us to leave and she literally held the door open. So we left, I've worked in retail before and I've been to stores right before they close and never have I seen anyone get kicked out the way we did especially when a purchase was going to be made. I do understand the store is closed but we were almost done. We know people want to get home to their families and I know they are tired, I work too in the medical field but no way to treat anyone like this. We always go to famous footwear for our shoes first unless they dont have the shoe we are wanting but thanks to Gabby I think it's time for us to find another shoe store. I dont think a few minutes to make the purchase was going to harm anyone.
This place made me scramble like an egg, get folded like an omelet, and boil like a casserole. I went to this place in search of a new pair of Demonia platform boots (my ferret ripped up my current pair and I can't be seen wearing sneakers so). First of all I felt like the employees, who all looked like preppy teenage girls getting ready for a hot girl summer, were judging me because I am goth. I am NOT a fan of judgmental people, I believe judging somebody for who they were born to be is beyond worst than robbing a bank. So I didn't bother to ask them for anything because of the looks they gave me. The looks they gave me were dirtier than my stepmom's minivan. I went looking for the platform boots on my own because I don't talk to no-lifers like them. Emo life or no life. I looked in every aisle multiple times, and spent over an hour looking. But I was unable to find them, which proves that these preppy teens are over here discriminating against us goths. This made me so upset that I went to the back of the store where the high heels were, and where nobody else was. I mix matched ALL of the high heels in that aisle out of pure rage, my ADD, and my scoliosis. After I got my sweet vengeance, I trotted out of the store with glee, hoping that these poor, unfortunate souls would learn to not discriminate against goths.
So I purchased this shoes I tried them at the store, I tried them at home and I love them so I went out with them and once I start walking with them they were super uncomfortable they mede a mark in my food so i decided to return them but famos footwear cashier told me that i can't return them because I wear the shoes already I understand they were used but am I supposed to throw them away and loss the money I paid for them?
I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years but my recent experience as of July 8,2014 was thee absolute worst I have dealt with in customer service and quality of patient satisfaction. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in the store because they didn't have them in stock. When the shoes arrived to my home address, one pair was completely wrong. I returned them back to the store for an exchange but the in store associate wasn't too welcoming. Ultimately, I had to file a complaint about that REvisit. The shoes were reordered but after waiting over a week and a half, I called to track my order and was told the shoes were not available as of 7/12 and a refund check was going to be issued but as of 7/15 the process hasn't been started yet. WOW REALLY! I never received a phone call or an email letting me know of this huge INCONVIENENCE. The supervisor that I spoke with had absolutely no clue how to answer questions either. Suffice it to say, I will never shop here again and will let everyone I know to shop with caution. In addition to contacting the BBB.
Long story short, I got the WRONG shoes THAT HAD BEEN WORN with a red mark all along the edge of them sent to me. On hold for FIFTY MINUTES. Disgusted

Answer: I don't know what the most popular shoes are, but I can tell you that if you order online, you should order a brand you already have, so that you know how they fit you. I know that Clark's shoes are very popular. I already had a couple pairs of Clark's, so I knew the right size. I ordered 2 pairs online, and they fit perfectly. If you can, go to the mall and try on a brand you like, see how they fit, and then order online if it's cheaper that way.
Answer: I Actually had a good experience. Ordered from 3 companies the same day the same shoes only in different colours. Ordered from 3 companies the same day the same shoes only in different colours Belk and Pennys did not have the colour I really wanted. I never had heard of famous footwear so I ordered because they had the exact colour I wanted. Sadly I read these reveiws and thought I had been cheated. But their order came in 1st and was exactly the same shoe. I am not sure if it was a fluke but it was some of the best purchase I've ever made!
Answer: Yes this company does allow exchanges and returns. But the one thing everybody should know if you order online and get a receipt it says how much you have to pay to return them. So yes this company does but you have to pay. For wide feet I feel like they should have more options, my mother has wide feet and it is really hard to find shoes she can fit into but also her size. What I would do if I were you I would buy Puma's, they work on all different lengths of feet and they are really comfortable.
