So i tried to buy a xplr merch item. It kept saying i t didnt go through. Yet in my bank it said it went through. I contacted customer service. By the end if the converstaion i was made to feel like it was all my fault.
My item shipped but I never received it. It said delivered but never came to my house. I can understand that it is not their fault, but their customer support team is god damn awful. I was told to, myself, contact my local post office and even the CUSTOMS! Myself, as a customer! No other company has done that before, it's unacceptable to leave YOUR customers to handle YOUR mess (or the shipping company's). I was told to wait a couple days, which I did, and then they offered to send another shirt. I asked for a refund, which came the next day, but to my surprise they ONLY refunded the item and not the shipping. After contacting them again, they said they only refunded shipping if the item never shipped. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THIS? I never received the item! Never again, you guys are crooks.

I received my very anticipated mystery items. After seeing all the colorful colors and different sayings I was all in. Ordering two hoodies two T-shirts two pairs of sweatpants.
Opened up the bag out came a black hoodie fine second item black T-shirt fine 3 product another black T-shirt here comes the sweatpants both black and ordered the regular size and everything that I wear even name brand Nike Adidas etc I wear a size 2X there is no way these are 2x's they were sooo small. In two different types of sweatpants at that and neither pair would fit wouldn't even come over my thighs and I'm not even a big person, thick some yes but not big nor are my hips big.These would fit somebody who wear a size medium.
And it's so disappointing after you see all these colorful things and sayings and then I get six items all black both sweatshirts conveniently are the exactly same which I knew they was a chance but come on what are the actual chances of that especially ordering 6 items and everything black and 2 exact items. I contacted them their reply.
No returns will be accepted for items that state they are final sales on the product page, which includes mystery items. We also do not have an exchange option.

I ordered from fanjoy on 4/1 and the item still didn't ship. Customer service is decent but they're not fulfilling the product I ordered.
Over 10 business days I finally email them and each time they say it will ship and it never does just emailed today about canceling the order because of being lied to several times WILL NEVER order from there again!
Placed an order in May. They constantly lied saying my items were shipped. Advised them that I had already confirmed with UPS that they never received the package from them. Fanjoy then changed their story to say my shipment was lost. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 7/9/21 and forwarded the confirmation email from the BBB to Fanjoy. My merch showed up on 7/16 with the same tracking number that they claimed was tied to the lost order. If you want any resolution from them, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
Fantastic communication and great customer service, thank you. Needed to cancel an order so I could reduce the postage, and customer service helped me in a quick and friendly manner.

My daughter just received her Jake Paul hoodie and the material is horrible it looks so cheap I can definitely find better quality at Walmart. Contacted customer support for a refund and was told that per their policy they do not offer a refund or exchange I immediately access my order screenshotted their refund policy and reply to the email with that policy their representative replied back with a return label and telling me the steps on how to return it. The representative tried to trick me I'm telling me that they did not offer refunds or exchange the best she could do is offer a 20% on my next order obviously after I replied with the evidence of their refund policy then things changed. I think this is very shady and unprofessional to try to trick customers on staying with something that they don't like. Also size are not accurate you have to order at least two size bigger than your regular size. Extremely disappointed we have ordered merch from other companies like Dolan Twins and Timeless and definitely this has been the worst. I don't understand how celebrities still trust this company to sell their merch. My daughter is a huge fan of Jake Paul but unfortunately we will no longer be purchasing any of his merch unless he changes companies. Do not recommend at all.
I ordered something from them a month ago and twice it was returned back to sender. They said my address was wrong so I sent them a different address and that got returned back too. I believe they never even shipped it they just took my money and blamed it on shipping, but all my other packages come in just fine from other companies. They gave me a refund but I will never order from them again I wasted my time and money on a product that NEVER arrived. I have a pretty decent following on my social media's and I will also let them know on there DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Horrible delivery service! Ordered my t-shirt on November 8th and said it would take 10 business days till delivery. Lie. I emailed them on November 26th and they said THE LATEST would be DECEMBER 3rd! NEVER CAME! Absolutely ridiculous! I just got the email that the order has been shipped! I'm not gonna receive it till December 17th! If I dont receive it this time I will be contacting a higher power within the company! Never will I order from them again! I love David Dobrik but this it not worth it!
