“WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE”

This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.

Easy to purchase from, no issues with sizing/colour or price/freight, and goods always arrive promptly (considering I live in the most isolated city on the planet!)

I would have put excellent but ups never posted a card through my door and left it at a corner shop. With expensive products more care should be given.

Great website- I was able to buy hard-to-find sneakers overseas & the international delivery was amazingly quick. Had them in 2 days. Very impressive!!

Horrible customer service... said they were working to find a return package but would not give me information on who they contacted at the return drop off location. Will never buy from them again.

I bought LV bag from them and when i asked for exchange or refund they refused! The prices also here is too expensive then the other shops! Don't buy trust me not worth

NEVER BUY FROM FARFETCH! I BOUGHT A PAIR OF FERRAGAMO PUMPS THAT WERE FAULTY. ALTHOUGH GUARANTEE IS STILL VALID ( I MADE THE PURCHASE 6 MONTHS AGO) THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! NEVER AGAIN! AVOID

I'm more of an Asian-fit. Therefore, there is always that chance whereby clothes purchased overseas (especially online) do not fit me. I'm glad I can have my order changed or refunded. Thanks!

Its hard to believe but Farfetch could send you a letter in... russian! Bingo! The service is so poor and tantalizing that better don't even try to order something from them

Love farfetch! They always have the stuff I can Never find anywhere else, their edit is so unique. Have made multiple purchases now and a few returns with no issues. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE... THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT HAVE THE ITEM YOU ORDERED! Absolutely insane when you are spending thousands of dollars on brands such as Armani, Versace, McQueen, Givenchy! I placed an order and farfetched.com debited my debit card before I could blink, literally seconds, then a few hours later I get an email saying the item "is no longer in stock". When I called customer service, their excuse is that they deal with boutiques and "this happens all the time and is really not our fault". I can't wait to see how long it takes for my account to be refunded. I should have read all of these negative reports before purchasing anything from this site. One this is for sure though, their site is quite appropriately named... Farfetched!

We are truly sorry to hear that your first experience with us was not a positive one. While we try our best to ensure our online stock is up to date all times, due to the nature of the business, although it is not often, occasionally items becomes sold out in the boutique while we receive our order online.
However we apologise that you were advised " this happens all the time and is really not our fault ". We can reassure you that it is not the way we approach this particular matter. We are working hard to ensure we decrease the chance of this happening and when it does, we notify the customer as soon as possible while offering a small compensation.
As for your debit card being charged straight away, this is something we cannot control as usually that is just the nature of debit card. Unlike credit cards, payments using a debit card are immediately transferred from the card holder's designated bank account, instead of money being paid at a later date. We hope this offers some explanation.

Once again, we sincerely apologise that your first order was sold out on this occasion.

Tried to call their customer service 4 times but no one answer the calls! Wonder if I really did make a purchase would there be anyone ship the products to me!

Terrible... would NEVER use again, purchased a pair of shoes for £460 and the box came held together by sellotape and already been sent out before and returned. DO NOT BUY VALENTINO SHOES FROM this company. When asked about what they will do about it (2 weeks later) they offered me an insulting offer of compensation.
