This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
Still waiting on my return!? Still heard nothing!
Ordered a pair of Steve McQueen sunglasses from fartetch they're supposed to be 714 model and I was sent the 649 model. After contacting customer service I get a response saying they'd contact the boutique about my inquiry!? I stated I just wanted my money back and felt they miss-advertised the product. Still haven't heard anything after sending yet another email to farfetch.
When dealing in high end products you need to have a good customer service team to settle any questions reguarding products. You also can't have your customers feeling scammed, as I do. I'm afraid I'll never see my money again and since I've shipped the sunglasses back I know have nothing to show for it.
Placing my first order on Farfetch, the order was reviewing almost 2 week! And now email me for cancelled because out of stock! Now they say will refund within 14 working days! First time order and First Time been Cancelled! What a Joke! NO MORE STUPID Farfetch!
Purchased a YSL jacket and it was too big. I ordered a smaller size from another vendor due to Farfetch not having it. I returned the jacket to Farfetch and to much of my surprise, they said it was damaged and sent it back to me and refuse to address the issue or refund my money. I order high-end clothes from Saks, My Theresa, Net-A-Porter, etc., etc., and have NEVER been accused of damaging a product. BUYER BEWARE.
I ordered a bag on sale and I got it, I didn't need to track my order as I was always informed with each step.
The only thing that I didn't get is the private sale whenever I ordered anything at the check out the bag comes back to it's original price
I ordered a pair of costly Rhinestone boots on Dec. 28th,2022. After I received them, I didn't like the fit and contacted the store to get a return label. They had postal locations to return on their website, and after choosing a location, I returned it with the label they provided. After weeks of not hearing anything about my return, I contacted them, only to get the runaround. They said that I didn't return it directly to DHL, so they refused to refund my $714.45; I had to contact my bank and file a claim against them to get my money. Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with them again in life!

My two orders have been canceled twice. The reason would be my bin. I contacted my bank today. There is nothing wrong. According to my bank is the problem Farfetch
I ordered my bracelet for the third time with another credit card. But unfortunately, I can not use my 10% discount anymore...
I purchased an item in August of this year that was stolen upon delivery. I contacted Farfetch and they told me that UPS confirmed delivery and they couldn't issue me a refund. For two months both Farfetch and UPS gave me the run around. I eventually contacted my bank and they issued a charge back to Farfetch. I tried to purchase something recently and Farfetch informed me that my bank has to remove the charge back, otherwise I wouldn't be able to purchase anything from them again. So essentially they wanted me to absorb the cost of the item, which was their stance initially. This is how some of these companies making millions annually treat their customers sometimes. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere.
After 5 weeks still our Refund has not been paid out to us, we are not receiving replies to our emails anymore and after spending 8 on international phone cost the "Customer Service server" automatically disconnected our call...

Ordered a D&G hoodie. It was clearly fake when it arrived. I have quite a few other D&G hoodies and this was massive compared to my usual size. Also the material was really cheap quality. I tried the same hoodie on in neiman Marcus before so knew it was fake straight away. When I called them up they just said ok send it back. I asked the woman if she was surprised that I had a fake because she didn't sound surprised at all and she said no it happens all the time from their "partners", however it's almost a month later and although usps tracking shows it was received farfetch day they can't refund me it's the partner who has to refund. I got it resolved by Bank of America through chargeback
Best online shopping site so far, I think Farfetch should recognise and reward their regular buyers more, I personally receive deliveries from Farfetch 2-4 times a month, I have shopped a lot, and maybe Farfetch can also upgrade their packaging? The best packaging for online shopping so far is from Mr. Porter, very luxury and personal

Was a bit worried at first due to the bad reviews but there was NO regrets as they were stunningly fast, i was supprised to see a delivery man so fast at my door as the package have traveled across the entire country.

Well lets start about experience as a first customer was worst then ever because the first purchase was late the company is third party seller as they collaborate with all the brands to get the items shipped all over the world customer service was ok fine as they always responded but may be as a delivery company they fail due to not fulfilling the requirement of shipment makes it late at the customs not proper documentation. Now lets come to the big part as what i ordered i received the shoes completely different to what i ordered. I ordered dim Armani exchange black sneaker whole jet black i received visible writing model. I am so disappointed will never buy from Farfetch again. Suggestion refrain from buting from Farfetch. Ordered jet black first one but got the other black second one in the picture.
I ordered a skirt that was only available in Romania and it got here in 4 days. One of those days was New Years Day. Quite remarkable, really, and the quality of the skirt is fantastic. Pricey, but worth it, especially if youre in a bind.
I ordered a Ganni dress which costs HK 2300. But the fabric pattern of the dress is of different as shown from the website. Customer service has responsed and suggested alternative in view of my disappointment promptly.

A issue about order at cyber monday
I want to ask these customers who used the code x201dec14 (20% off) at cyber day. What is the amount you got after you use this code? I was told that it should be 80% of the price exclude duty and plus the full amount of the duty. However, I realized that it should be 80% of the amount include import duty. What is your result when you use the code? I feel that I was fooled.
I don't typically take time to write reviews but this has to be reported as this company is not dealing only with authentic products. I was suspicious when all of a sudden a dress i was looking for became available and was sent to me straight from China. I was shocked when i saw the dress, the fabric and the stitching was horrible, and I have items from Twinset and know what quality to expect.
I returned it and according to tracking number the dress has arrived back long time ago but have not heard from the company.
Just go to your local luxury stores if you want to spend the money as it's becoming easier to be scammed these days
I ordered from them yesterday and, despite it being confirmed that my card company had preauthorised payment, they contacted me to tell me I had to provide my card and personal details again for their security checks. They then asked my to send a Photo of my ID to prove who I was. I have never experienced thus with any company previously and, as a result, Farfetch have lost £1000s of business.

I am from Australia. I have just purchased an item from them recently and this was my first purchase. I have read some negative reviews for them but I still placed my order as their price is AUD $300+ cheaper than other websites including shipping. I placed my order on 30/3 and received it on 7/4. I think it would be faster if it was not the Easter holiday. I saw there were complaints about scratches on items. But I do not have any on mine (maybe I am just lucky). FYI, I purchased from the Italian store Stefania Mode. I could not choose which store to buy from as my item was only available there. This is my fair view on Farfetch. I wish this is helpful for anyone who wants to buy from them.
I've shopped with Farfetch many times and have not had any problems until now. I ordered the Saint Laurent Kate bag with gold hardware and their supplier (browns UK)sent me the one with silver hardware which is poor quality control. They don't even have a exchange policy in place for messing up, they said if I wanted the correct colour I had to reorder (pay for it again) and send back the incorrect bag before the refund could be initiated. I was left out of pocket $2k until the refund was complete which is ridiculous as the fault was theirs. The worst part was that they couldn't even guarantee me that the bag reordered would be the correct one. I googled the reviews for browns uk and was horrified to see that it was one bad review after another. I would be wary if I ordered another product from Farfetch that came from browns UK. Overall I wasn't happy with my experience with Farfetch this time.

First time purchase for a pair of Lanvin sneakers (size 35) from Vitkac (US$333), unfortunately I received size 36 (which only cost US$296).
Disappointingly that there is no more size 35 available from Farfetch. Farfetch refused to refund the price difference and CS explained "quotation might be various between different boutique even with the same item under different sizes as the popularity of brands are not always the same with our partner boutique."
Received the wrong size product and simply want a partial refund for the price difference to ease the trouble for sending back and loss from exchange difference from refund. Furious that why have to suffer money loss (exchange loss + shipping) even the mistake is made by farfetch's partner boutique. Besides, the shoes' insole were worn out and shoe cap with scratch when I received and check. Utterly disappointed with the quality and service from farfetch and Viktac. Wholeheartedly not recommended to anyone who want to shop here.

Hello guys, i have a serious advision that you should keep away to FarFetch website and do not try to shopping with them if you don't want to lose your money. I have purchased the item from them but i have not recieve anything on that delivery day. Then I have checked my DHL tracking number and saw the detail show that my order was shipped to another person with signed and hide on the address ( just show the city and zip code). I have contacted to Farfetch and they said they just refund the shipping fee, the item was delivered so they can not approved the refund requested and close my case. Oh my god, i can't believe it. That is the irresponsible explain to customer. Finally, i have to work with my bank to investigated this problem. I am sure Farfetch gonna lose many customers and potential customers in the future if they keep run thier business like this.
These people are absolute scumbags. I, too was confronted with an extra delivery charge ($82.40), and it has been over a month since I returned the shoes I ordered, and still have not received a refund. I have emailed customer service multiple times to no avail. Thankfully I paid through Paypal, so I am opening a dispute with them. I am going to do everything in my power to put these people out of business. Unbelievable! AVOID FARFETCH- THIS SITE IS A SCAM!
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I was traveling and received my package today upon my return to work. I ordered shoes and they are far darker than pictured. I tried to return the item and bc it's 4 days past the ridiculous 5 day return period they will not allow me to return the item. This is my first experience shopping here and I will NEVER shop here again. I'll be telling all of my friends as well. It's a real shame as you have so many hot items. It's unfortunate that your customer service is HORRENDOUS!
The shipping company (DHL) is agreed to refund me the lost but Farfetch can not issue the refund without reasons. I have all the proof and evidences. SO DANGEROUS.
It takes me 2 months until nothing is refunded.
