This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I found a couple of great Paul Smith T-Shirts at Farfetch on great sales. I was amazed at how quickly the shirts arrived from overseas sellers. The order was seamless, the shirts were perfect, and if they hadn't worked out the return would be free.
Farfetch has great brands, styles, and sales and makes the process exceedingly easy. I would highly recommend Farfetch as a site for stylish steals!
On ordering a garment I received a message telling me to contact FarFetch for any problems. I needed to return the garment (too small) and was given clear instructions for returning it. Reimbursement was made two days after DHL collection. I am impressed by the service.

I have sent dozens of emails and tried calling several times. Nobody responds. I'm missing $600 of a refund and either want the shoes or my money! And a response would be nice. I will be sticking to the similar sites that have wonderful customer service!
Farfetch thought I was a fraud. I've never experienced the same problem with any other site before. After processing my payment, Farfetch sent me an email asking for photos of my ID and Credit Card because they believed I was a fraud.
This is BEYOND ridiculous. I told them I will not email my iDs because it may undermine my security. I immediately told them to cancel and I will use another luxury site to purchase shoes for my boyfriend. Thanks for ruining his birthday surprise Farfetch.

What a scam.
I ve bought a pair of shoes fratelli rossetti 274£, they sent from Naples(?) a pair of faulty shoes, with the left bigger than the right, sent them back in less than 12 hours, They refuse the return, stating that the sole has been scratched, while the shoes were in those conditions when arrived.Finally they ve found a stupid for a faulty pair of shoes. Big mistake trust farftech. In any case still waiting for the shoes to be sent back after 2 weeks.

I was Skeptical because it seemed to good to be true however, I got my package from Poland in 4 days! I had A question regarding my order, so i called The number on the site. Got someone almost right away and they were very helpful. Would 10/10 reccomned!
I ordered several pairs of shoes from Farfetch. I returned the ones that did not fit. I did not wear them at all. They took over a month to receive the shoes. I had to contact Farfetch to get a return label and that took a few days. I sent them back and after a month, still have not received my refund on some of the shoes. Today I got an email that they are returning a pair to me because they were damaged. I did not damage them. I tried them on and sent them back. I have never had any company do this to me before. I will never buy from Farfetch again.

I purchased a dress and tried to return it within the 14 day window but their online website wasn't working. I tried emailing and calling and was just told since now I'm outside the window I'm out of luck. Now I'm stuck with an expensive dress I'll never wear. They also refuse to have managers call, they prefer to just email saying no help. I would chose zero stars if the option is available.
Ordered a USD 2k handbag (D&G, shipped from Germany to Australia) n received a shabby broken postage box. There is no extra care n minimum wrapping ( only a cloth covering the bag). The bag is scratched not sure during shipping or it is faulty originally. Hesitating to return it after reading all the terrible return experience. Never purchase from them again for sure. Really a shame for such a beautiful designer bag being handled so poorly.

They are the most uncooperative people! I placed an order, then found out the long shipping time, so I explained that I will not be home and package will sit outside - they said my problem, they cannot cancel the order.

I absolutely love shopping at farfetch the brands they have on there are of celebrity favourites. When ever I can't find a particular item because it's out of stock on other sites I go onto farfetch. Another reason why I rate this site so highly is no matter where in the world an item is you have a choice of nextday delivery, express delivery if in another country which will take a couple of days or standard delivery & you pay for which service you prefer. Also I've saved £338 on a single purchase of a pair of shoes & saved £121 on a top, I will most definitely shop with farfetch again and again. Their sale section has a wide variety I always check there first before I buy elsewhere, I love wearing designer clothes you don't have to always pay the designer price tag. Farfetch is one of my favourite sites to shop at.
I have a terrible experience on purchasing Nicholas Kirkwood customized shoes on farfetch, the shoes I have waited for 2 months and got super bad quality and they dont do anything for fixing the item. Don't buy any customized products from them as you got to accept the bad quality!
It's a month since they took 330+ USD and delivered nothing. I was in a lengthy communication with the company (5+ calls and multiple emails that were usually not returned). They acknowledged that the parcel had never been delivered even to my country (DHL returned it to the sender in several days), but refused to return the money. They said until they confirm that the seller gets everything back, they would be holding my money. And it went on and on, and on. At some point they said the money will be back by day X, but it never happened and they again started telling that the seller should confirm the packages are back (DHL claims they did return the package). I wrote to PayPal. PayPal considered the case and returned my money yesterday). Farfetch never returned anything. Do not pay with your cards, use PayPal. Otherwise FarFetch will rob you. Or better stay away from them, there are so many sellers now that sell clothing from Europe for kiddos

I buy regularly from Farfetch and especially love their sales. I just wish they provided more detail about sizing. Other premium retailers provide much more detail about item measurements. But otherwise a good place to buy.
My Mallet sneakers arrived in 2 days and everything was excellent. Packaging was great. Highly Recommended.
My only disappointment was I never received a shoehorn that I believed came with each pair. I can tell you that Lurus Clear sneakers are better than I expected. Very high quality and premium materials were used in making such a fine product. You won't be disappointed with your purchase...

I bought a surprise gift for my wife's birthday, I did not check the wallet when I received it because this is suppose to be a reputable website. I removed the tag and wrap it in a nice gift box. My wife was very happy when she received the wallet because this is what she always wanted (a yellow wallet, does not matter what brand it is). Upon inspecting the wallet she saw a lot of visible scratch on the Prada logo and became upset because she thinks I did not get what I paid for. Birthday surprise become a sad moment.
Contacted customer service and all I got was... well we told you to check it before you remove the tag, $#*! out of luck.

Have been trying to get a refund for over a month for over $5k of items. Customer service is extremely slow and incompetent. Will take days to get sent a return label. They will try to say your package has been lost or not received by seller so make sure to have receipts
My experience with Farfetch was flawless. I had to wait for an email to confirm my size was available which took a weekend, but then after the order was placed the shoes arrived the next day all the way from Italy by DHL. How's that for service. The size was correct because I double checked it with the Japanese sizing which is in CM. I would happily order again from Farfetch, my Lanvin ballerinas were to die for. A great way to get exclusive items from around the globe. More exclusive and much wider range than net a porter. No problems here. Cheers FF
I ordered a Purse through Farfetch.com (from a store in Italy). 4 days after placing the order, the order status was set to "returned to shipper". Also got a bill from DHL for shipping & taxes, even though they couldn't possibly have attempted to deliver my package, as I was home the whole time, and did not receive any phone calls. I contacted Farfetch.com customer service, and they told me no refund was possible. Even though the product is returned to the store in the same condition, the answer I got was: "Since you were not available for delivery, the package was returned to shipper. Please understand that you are liable for the duties that could occur on this shipment." This is the worst shopping experience ever! I don't know if I'll ever get my $ 175 back, + the $ 70 bill from DHL. This is just unbelievable.
Ordered a dress, they delivered a jacket. Called customer service who was only concerned with the return of jacket and informed me that they would let me know the next day about the dress. Never called me despite numerous emails sent. Have yet to receive dress or the refund. NEVER buy from FARFETCH. Worst experience! Appalling customer service! Complete nightmare!

I placed a order they immediately took the money out my account. They sent a order number. I thought everything went through ok. I got a email later that day saying they having security issues with the card. They wanted me to take a pic of my card and my I. D showing my address. I never had to do business like this. I'm still waiting on them to tell me if it's a go or not. Bad business
