This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
First time using Farfetch for online purchase on Fendi trackpant and was very pleased with fast service and was surprised to receive the parcel within a week.

It's a AUD3970 bag and I was astonished on how poor the package looks like when I have the delivery in hand. It looks like a purchase from an night market and made me kinda doubt the authenticity of the item, which I will bring to a BV store to check. With A purchase of this price the quality of item should assure customer not the opposite.
Finding and buying this jumper was easy peasy, and a pleasure to do.
On the other hand, I wasted about 2 hours selecting a bunch of men's clothes expecting a black Fraiday discount to apply. At the checkout, it became clear the black Friday discount did not apply, therefore I didn't place the order and generally felt a bit cheated or at least fooled by sharp marketing practices. I do wish companies wouldn't try to con their customers.
The logistic in Farfetch.com overall impression was good; The customer service staffs are helpful for all my returns. It was my first time to buy things in Farfetch.com, I bought 7 pairs of Chie Mihara shoes from 5 different boutiques but turned out all of them are just highly imitated products from China. It is difficult to tell if you do not have the original one on hand to compare. Luckily one of my friend told me that there have many many imitated branded shoes which made in China now selling in Europe and i immediately ordered an original one form Chiestore.com to compare then i discovered all of them are fake. It was a nightmare because the price of the imitated goods actually just similar with original one. Luckily the customer service staffs helped me to return the shoes and chased back the money from those boutiques.

I spent 1200 for a bag that arrived scratched and without its box. The customer service answered after many days and stopped replyng me after a few messages. So I had to keep the failed bag because 15 days for the return passed. It's unacceptable.

I ordered JW Anderson shoes from farfetch since 11/17/20 and today is 11/30/20 the order still preparing and NOT ship out yet. I called customer service and received very useless information. I asked him to speak with supervisor and he said supervisor is busy right now and the supervisor cannot call me back. I asked about the estimate wait time until the investigation team will contact me back, he said he cant tell cuz he doesnt want to lie.? What! I do not recemment farfetch website. It has bad customer service. I ordered 3 shoes from ssense website and I received it in 3 days.
I refunded 2 item, someone who from DHL came to pick de parcels up. I thought everything is under control, but after 2weeks I checked de item status. One is still return waiting for collection, the other one is unknown. Wth. I called customer service, they said they couldn't found 2 parcels, dun even hv idea where is de parcel is. That's holly $#*!. Now is almost 1 months gone. My parcels still haven't found it and I haven't got my money back. This is so terrible company.

Made an order on Saturday and it said that in 48h Id get another email with the shipping information, 5 days have passed and nothing. I tried emailing and calling, but got no answer. Im really disappointed since I was pumped to buy a bag next week, but since Im having problems with my shirts I wont buy it anymore... really hope to get my order, since I leave Europe in a week and then I wont be able to pick up my things... my order number is 3AAV4S. Dont recommend buying from this site if youre not ordering for the place you live in, you might just lose your order.

What a terribly bad company. I ordered 2 stone island shirts. 1 in size M and 1 in size L. I sent the M back. Now I got back that they are not sending money back because suddenly there is a hole in the back of the shirt. I can't help it that they choose a bad carrier and therefore a hole got into the shirt during transport. So now I will not get my money back. Never again this very bad company! Really noooo never again. I would recommend everyone not to buy here.

I ordered a dolce dress from Farfetch for my son's wedding. The dress was over $2,000. The box arrived. Wow it was sooo light. I opened it and the box was completely empty. No tissue Nothing! The weight on the package was the weight of the empty box. I called Farfetch. They said they would investigate. The answer came back. We have closed your file! We are doing nothing. They kept the charge on my credit card. Unbelievable!
I was out $2,000! Totally not acceptable! I would NEVER deal with this company again!

Would never use this site again. The box arrived EMPTY!!! In spite of me sending pictures and the weight in the box was the weight of the empty box! They refused to refund my $2,000. And closed my file Would NEVER use this site!!!
I wanted a size smaller by half a size and they wouldnt let me exchange or allow me to return and repurchase at the orginal price as I bought it on promotion with a 20% off... they wouldnt honour the same price... horrible customer service. It was coming from the same boutique in Paris as well. I spent an hour and half on the phone on hold and trying to get them to exchange my shoes for half a size difference. Beyond frustrating and disappointing.
I spent over $1,000 on an outfit and the next day they cancelled my order unexpectedly. I called and asked why and they said some card info was incorrect so it didnt go through. This was funny because I got confirmation for the order as soon as I purchased but i took this answer. However It was a huge inconvience because i now had to wait 10 days for my money and i had no outfit for my event that weekend. The next day i recieved shoes though?! So my money was good enough for $300 shoes but not my $800 jeans? Hm So how was i able to get anything sent to my house from this company if my card info was incorrect? I called back and was hung up on by their financial department within asking my first question after her initial explanation. I will not be spending a penny more with far fetched.
Be very careful when they promise you offers and things like that. They claim the offer is valid for 30 days, this is a lie and a fraude because it simply isn't. When contacting the customer service, they sent you a lot of blah blah and that's it.
Very poorly packed your expensive things, transportation cost are very high.
Think twice.

I have bought two pairs of sneakers from Farfetch with no problems. With my third pair I have encountered a problem. Farfetch has taken $112 more than the agreed purchase price from my account. The sneakers I bought cost $237.63 (this is the amount displayed on my order total and receipt) according to the companies FAQs "The currency will be set according to your location and displayed at checkout" which was what happened with my previous purchases which all went through in NZD- which is as stated on their FAQs my location. However Farfetch has taken $346 from my account. They are saying this is because my order is now in USD. Super unhappy and will never purchase from this site again.

I purchased a YSL card holder and a jacket around a week ago, I don't understand why I got a refund saying that the card holder was out of stock. I was very disappointed because it wasn't shown on the website it was out of stock. I ended up with getting one item that I don't really want to buy.
I placed an order online and later that day received an email from Farfetch stating they have cancelled my order. I ring and ask why my order has been cancelled and they said my bank did not authorise my payment a '2nd' time?
Fair enough they cancelled my order but what I still don't understand is why they have taken my money (Nearly £400) and not returned it.
I have spoken to customer service who are rude and very unhelpful. I have also emailed them asking to contact my bank so I can receive my money to which are ignored!
I suspect they have let me buy an item that they do not have in stock and blamed my bank so they do not have to honour their order.
Very, very unhappy with this company. STAY AWAY PEOPLE.

I like the experience, although I honestly think that you could do much better... The confirming and shipping time was too long, and the deliver was schedule for Friday late afternoon, then Monday late afternoon and was done Monday morning... Lukely I had someone at home. I really had a great experience ordering from Farfetch... The only thing I was concerned about was the communication. No number, But the communication through emails were great each time I emailed Farferch they responded quick
The items sold on Farfetch are fake, and probably made in China that you can get from DH Gate. They sell Yeezy Boost v350 for £1200-£2000!, these trainers are £250 to buy from official Adidas Yeezy website. They sell versions of these shoes that are already sold out first day of sale so they are obviously fake. This website charges extortionate prices for FAKE items. Quality of goods is terrible and customer service is non existent. Any one from the UK do NOT buy from this website everything on here is fake and massively over priced I have no idea how this shop is still open legally. They will also do anything in order to not refund your item, just read all other reviews on other websites and you will see the things they try to do to not refund you.
They ripped me off for $250. I never received my order and they refused to replace or refund me. I spent thousands with this company and couldn't understand why they were not willing to replace my lost package!
