This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.

I bought these red moschino shoes from farfetch one week before my wedding. Received with a scratch, was asked to return them but they couldn't promise I get the same ones on time. I requested 25% compensation since that was the price to fix the heel at the shoe master. After 10 emails I was offered 12.50 euro. The price of shoes is 250 euro. After another 20 emails and manager Magda involved, they offered me 25 euro, which is not enough to fix the heel and they wouldn't be able to sell them with such flaw. Had to leave the shoes due to the tight time frame and wear them on my wrdding day. Will never use this site again. Shame on you, Farfetch!

Fake items, customer service refuses to take accountability. They claim the item is "an authentic luxury item". I have never even seen such a bad fake. The stitching is horrendous, colours aren't even within the lines, product is discoloured yellow, soles are not even glued on straight.
Recommend everyone receiving this cheap knock-off stuff to contact consumer/fair trading and their local ombudsman. These business should not be allowed to operate.
Extremely disappointed! I ordered a designer item (on sale) and Farfetch sent me the incorrect item (not once but twice). I was then brave (or stupid) enough to re order the item again…and eventually, some 2 weeks later, I was told the item was out of stock. And I should expect my refund within 14 days. Outrageous!

Do not buy on Farfech if you dont want to hussle for many months. I orderd a swarovski bangle for 207.50 euros but they sent me an empty box! I reached out their CSR and told me they cant process my refund.

Purchased a dress for my wedding. Too small. They won't make exceptions for return. I thought they could be compassionate since it was for my wedding. Disappointing for sure.
Let me begin by stating that I am a platinum client of Farfetch, which has been my preferred website for shopping. Unfortunately, my recent purchases, where I tried new brands, did not fit, leading to returns. This is a common situation when buying clothes that don't suit due to size or style!
However, I was very disappointed to receive an email from Farfetch threatening to restrict my orders or close my account. This response is unacceptable, especially considering my loyalty as a platinum client. Consequently, I will be pursuing legal action against them and will no longer shop with Farfetch. This is not how a any client should be treated.
Awful experience and customer service. They do not believe the customer and have zero customer service skills. They sell their goods via boutiques who seem to have the final say on everything. They accused me of returning trainers that were worn. When I disputed this they were rude and unprofessional. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I don't often buy myself new clothing or accessories, but lately something good happened in my life and I decided to treat myself. I concluded that, out of all the things in the world, I'd like to have a brown Salvatore Ferragamo belt. I could only find the model that I liked on farfetch.com. So, I ordered it from there. It wasn't cheap, but hey! #treatyoself. Around 2 weeks later I received a notification that my order is ready at the pickup point. I rushed to collect the package. It looked intact. Little did I know, inside the package was a little red box and inside the box... NO BELT! Just very expensive AIR! Definitely not what I ordered! I raised this immediately with this so-called store and a couple of days later customer service informed me that they cannot make the refund because on their side everything is fine - the item was sent. Check mate, Greg! You don't have your belt, you don't have your money, and you wasted your time. "Thank you for shopping with us!" So, the message to potential customers of farfetch.com - go somewhere else! Don't allow to get yourself played like I did! Cheers!

This online store has the policy that once shipping label created and customer wants to cancel; it has to be shipped anyway regardless. Waste of energy and resources for both parts. When to remove or cancel a shipping label is a simple solution. Poor customer service and lack of common sense.

Farfetch didn't send customs-required info along with my product. Customs reached out to them for over a week but Farfetch didn't reply so Customs denied clearance. So, FedEx prepared return packaging. I had to call FedEx to get the return packaging shipping info for Farfetch. Even that, Farfetch has still delayed my product. They are completely useless.

I ordered something from them almost 3 weeks ago and there was an issue with customs which I had then communicated with them that I would like to process a refund. The courier company had also tried to get in contact with them in regards to this to send back the item which then never responded nor got back to the courier company. My issue is still not being dealt with and their responses were the same saying "they we working on it" and now they are not responding to any of my emails nor have they given my money back.
This is very unfortunate that my first time experience with them is going this bad as I had very high hopes and was planning on shopping from then regularly if my first order had went well but clearly not.

After returning a pair of shoes that had I had not worn (indeed, I had not even fully removed them from the box), the company denied the return. I was told I should have inspected the shoes and reported wear/damage upon receipt, and since I was unaware of this policy, it is on me to bear the responsibility. No other retailer I've ever dealt with has been this inflexible and unhelpful. There was not even a discussion regarding potential options, credit, a partial return, etc. Do not recommend purchasing from this site as you can find all of these goods elsewhere with significantly better customer service.
Never order from that company. It's a hidden scam. I paid more than 80$ and never received it. When I reached the customer service, their answer was that the package was stollen in front of my house and it was not their responsibility.

I bought a pair of boots that weren't labeled for any gender and assumed they were women's, well they were men's. And yes they were 'final sale'. But their website did not indicate clearly what gender these were for. I went back and forth with their 'customer support' I offered to pay the full shipping refund costs myself, (denied) to exchanging the men's boot for the women's, (denied) to only receive a site credit in lieu of a refund, (denied) and basically told lol F off. Zero customer support. Buy only if you have 100% trust in what you're paying for and have no desire to refund,exchange, etc.

Buying luxury items is first of all an experience, which you didn't deliver. One won't expect to receive their 500-worth belts in mediocre-quality dust bags (with threads popping out), with no original packaging, hardly fitted into a tiny generic post box, and with all the accompanying papers carelessly folded. Luxury purchase = great item + pleasant experience (which is what I pay for, but don't receive).
I never knew that Farfetch was a marketplace for smaller businesses, such as boutiques and emerging designers, so that in itself I was happy to learn [especially happy I received my items from a black owned-woman owned shop in NY I had no idea about ( :]. So far every item I received has been sent with the utmost care and shops out relatively quickly, even international items. Some of my items are missing the Farfetch "security tag" but thankfully I don't need to initiate a return - just something they should note. Every time I have reached out to customer service they have got back to me within the day and are very knowledgeable—it's nice that there doesn't have to be a ton of back and forth correspondence. They are typically able to solve my problem on the first reply and have been super accommodating. I'm more than thrilled with site as it became quite a pleasant surprise.

Farfetch does have great and beautiful selection of products from different brands. They also have great customer service, however, they are extremely overpriced in comparison to other online retailers. For example, right now they're offering 20 percent off some items. But, when I compared it to another store, the price was at least 20 percent higher. So, in essence, it's not really a sale if it's overpriced to begin with.
So excited when receiving my order today. It's a very fast delivery as I have placed my order on last Friday. Unbelievable and shocked that the t shirt comes in damaged condition, there are totally 3 holes broken point of the collar. I contacted FARFETCH customer service right away with photos attachment to showing the product damaged. I wish to get a new proper one for exchanging instead of refunding. This is my second order this year.
I made a test shopping from Farfetch two weeks ago. Even though the dress was too big and I needed to return it, everything went smooth. Customer service replied to my email in two hours, with clear and helpful answer. I will continue to buy from this company.
Bought the Seletti Monkey Ceiling Lamp. It arrived promptly but it was broken. The gift is for my wife's birthday. Ultimately, cannot give final opinion as have not endured the return process. However, off to a bad start.
I order a pair of balmain Jeans through the site that was never delivered even after a month of there being no history of delivery in farfetch system they still refused to give me a refund and stated "the package might get to me one day"
