This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I enjoyed shopping with your app and I shopping with you for along time and containing. I didn't go through a negative with you guys I can say your store is my favorite but I think you can do better you don't have to but you will be number one if you give a special membership for your customers who always in touch and buy from your store or coupon. Like you appreciation that they choose you from millions. Other ways I enjoyed with you and I always find the help and all the respect form Farfetch team and I will always be from your fans
The prices advertised don't match with the prices you will pay when checking out and entering the payment details for reduced items. Be careful that you don't pay the full price for items you added to your shopping cart at 50% off.
I have been shopping at FarFetch for quite some time and I have yet to be disappointed! The items I have purchased have been both beautiful and of great quality! Needlessly to say I'am extremely happy!
I ordered a pair of shoes, one day after, it was on further 20% discount
The second time I ordered another pair of shoes, it was coming with wrong size. Refund it anyway but really disappointed when I really want it, and it was the last pair, after I realised it was wrong size, the last pair on web was gone as well.
Not my fault when get the wrong one but had to return without shipping cost back.
Ordered a bag at the beginning of December 2017 and when I came to open it on Christmas Day it turned out the handle had a fault. Due to this I contacted farfetched who said they would try to replace the bag. I sent the bag back at the end of December and a few weeks later they have gotten in touch with me to tell me that they can not replace the bag but will give me a full refund. I still haven't recived my refund and non of my calls are being answered! I have shopped with many online stores like farfetched and have never had this kind of problem with them!

They have very strict rule that I need to sign when I receive the item. I could not even change the setting to "receive the item at nearest fedex office" because of their policy.
Fedex tried to deliver the item three times but I was not at home because I'm working during the day. They returned the item back to Italy even though I really wanted to receive it.
I found it was ridiculous that I needed to stay home to receive the item?! The item has returned and they received the item back already two weeks ago but I still haven't received the money back. It feels like it's such a scam.
I will never shop with them because I can never receive the item!

Don't buy off this website! Their customer service is awful. They won't answer emails. They sent me an empty box and no product inside and are taking no responsibly, giving no refund, no new product etc
Its a very reliable online shop. Very efficient and items in good condition. Online shop and apps are user friendly and with lots of choices. Very stable delivery with notification for tracking. Highly recommend for Farfetch.
I believe the items are genuine and generally come well packaged. But the pricing algorithm annoys me. I had something in my cart, and in the next 10 minutes the price for the one size I had in my cart had gone up $40. All other sizes remained the previous price. Sneaky.
After reading so many mixed reviews I was reluctant to continue with my purchase but the 14 day free return policy put my mind at ease. Decided to order a Many Atelier bag from Stefania Mode boutique which I wasn't sure at all what to expect in terms of quality, condition, wrapping PR anything else. The item arrived in flawless conditions perfectly wrapped, all with inclusions dust bag care card detailed receipts and all. Communication from FarFetch throughout the process and delivery took less than a week to Dubai. Only thing missing is a discount code to use on my next purchase cuz I'll definitely be repeating!
I ordered two high end items on Apple Pay and clicked my phone and saw that a previously used gift address was in my phone even though I had changed it in my Mac computer. It didn't populate. I Called farfetched immediately and they said they would take care of it and cancel it, they did not. Apparently that was a far fetched claim. My $300 order went to someone else's address and I was still charged. I get it was my mistake, but an order should be able to be canceled within one second of ordering, especially if they say it was.

They sent me a faulty handbag, I immediately did a return. After a month of the partner boutique keeping the item, they accused ME of the item damage and denied my refund. They told me they'd send the bag back to me! Avoid at all costs!
Far fetch accurately market the product, shipped it immediately, and the shipper communicated throughout the shipping process. The shipper offered me options for where to leave the package, went to leave it, and whether I wanted to sign for it or not. Fabulous service!

I ordered a Christmas package on Farfetch that was supposed to arrive by 12/16. It didn't arrive in time. I called Farfetch a few times and was told it should arrive before I left for holidays. I left the country on 12/19 it still didn't arrive. I called Farfetch a few times to ask that the package be delivered to a Fedex location for me to pick up. They were not helpful and said they couldn't do that. FedEx dropped off my package to the WRONG unit while I was on holiday and some random person signed for it. Now I have to file a lost package claim, and wait 2 weeks to MAYBE get $380 for something I didn't even get. I'm also without a Christmas gift... thanks a lot!
I do all of my shopping online and I appreciate when a site is easy to navigate and delivery is fast. Farfetch has great merchandise and designers, and shopping there has been a good experience all around.

My order came in good condition and was delivered really fast considering it came all the way from Poland. The packaging really shows that the product was handled with care. Overall, it was a really good experience.
One of the shoes were dirty on the sides and the sole. It did not have paper in it and the other one did. It was obviously tried on and they didnt bother to clean it. It had several brown dirty spots. 3 in total I received them In a timely manner. Also farfetch never let me use my 10 percent off
Code for first purchase. I emailed and called but they could not solve the issue. I have spent a thousand dollars in the last month and they would not compensate my 10 percent. Pretty lame. I feel like they dont really care about me as a customer. I wont recommend them.

I discovered the Premiata brand in Milan. It's very special because it's not available retail in the USA. Thanks to Farfetch, I have easy access to the global fashion marketplace. Simple processing and rapid shipping works for me.
They have a very pretty site and everything, but the products aren't what they tell you. I ordered there on Black Friday and received my order a few days ago. I spotted pretty quickly that even though it was well made. It's a fake. I sent them a mail 2 days later (2 days ago by now) about this and that I want to return the product, but they didn't reply to my request.
I want to have my money back and the correct address I can get the return to before the 2 week period ends but they don't answer that quickly at all.
