This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I just got canceled for 6times on my order! The error about payment security they told me to send them the ID and a picture of my credit card (which was not ok because of a 480$ Item) and again got canceled and noone helped

Order some boots on sale for $410 I was so excited to get these boots so I waited days for it to be shipped only to see that my order was cancelled for some reason. It says my order was cancelled because it sold out, but clearly it wasn't because the boots were relisted in their site. I was never notified by email or anything. The only reason I know is because I was constantly checking their site to see when my order shipped. Really disappointing. Won't be ordering from them again

This was my first time shopping on the site and it was very convenient. They had a great sale going on that I couldn't pass up. Shipping was very affordable and fast. I had to return one item because it didn't fit and wasn't too much of a hassle. I definitely would purchase from this site again.
I purchased New Balance 550's off Farfetch and the box not only came damaged, but the shoes had dirty marks on the leather and soles. Considering they marked up the price to $305 NZD from $200 NZD, I was shocked when the shoes came damaged. I asked for a partial refund so that I can get these fixed but they refused, only stating that they can only cover 5% which is a joke. They wouldn't even cover the full cost of repair.

I love Farfetch. Bought many items from them and those were shipped direcrtly from the boutique stores in France and Italy. When an item didn't fit, I returned them via DHL. DHL would do the necessary paper work and seal the box right in front of me.
That being said. Whatever items I returned in that box are untouched by DHL until they arrive back to Farfetch.
I read 1 reviewer complained the items he/she returned got swapped with something else. Those stories are made-up. Not true. He/she probaly took the goods and returned using junks from their closet. Terrible.
I shopped with Farfetch for almost 8 years and that never happened.
My only complaint now is that some items I want to buy now are shipping directly from the U.S. and Farletch is imposing the sales tax on me. That is expected I know, but I'm not happy.

I purchased a Proenza Schouler bag from Farfeth for $900 and just 3 months later it had broken as the strap was faulty. It has now been four months since I returned my bag and I still have no replacement bag or my money back. Customer service has not kept me updated at all and only replies to me when I email them demanding answers. The last email I sent was not even responded to! I have requested a refund multiple times and I am consistently told I must wait to see if my bag can be repaired first. I am unsure why it takes four months to determine whether a bag can be repaired!?!? I will never shop with Farfetch again and I suggest no one else does either!

Yes, I received the item but my credit card was overcharged by farfetch.com. The contract of sale, as stated on the website, is directly between the buyer and the boutique. The charges on my cc have nothing to do with invoice that I got from the boutique. The card was charged by farfetch.com. They refuse to refund. The explanation provided is that the price should be the same as the price in EUR in Italy. This is wrong as the Italian price includes 22% VAT which doesn't apply to US consumers. The invoice from Italian boutique reflects correct price.
Please, be careful.

I'm waiting more than four months for my Golden Goose sneakers. One month ago I requested my money back and then Farfetch stoped answering. When I call them, an operator says that they will deal with the issue and send me feedback till end of the day but I never recived an answer from them. They took my money and never sent me my item back. They stoled from me. Somebody please help me, I don't know what to do anymore.

However, I was so dissapointed with the bag that I received, the inner lining color didn't match as describe or shown in the photo as well as the quality. Some parts are torn. I came to this website to buy better quality clothing, but they really don't care what they send you. First I came here twice just to give them a chance, but the first time they sent me stuff that was not up to a higher pricing stander, the gear would not hold up for the first few months. Second, they only give you less than a week to send things back even though every other clothing brand I have purchased from has given me a month. For the clothing I bought 100 dollar sweatpants and the button came off the first day by me just moving it a little. Do not waste your money with them for the reason to that you can find better quality stuff for the same price or even less. Also they miss advertised some product, like swimshort as shorts

I purchased a bag with all given measurements, pictures in details, nothing left to imagination on what to expeect. Paid shipping and all due customs taxes only to receive same bag in much smaller version, all different from the measurement and pictures on the site. After complaining I received an email promossing that after returning the item, all shipping and other costs would be refunded in Farfetch credit. After returning the item though, I never got refunded of those costs and was told I had to deal with my Government, although the whole purchase was a clear fraud at this site. Will never purchase again and advise so to all people I care about.

Ordered a Kenzo jumper from Smets in Brussels, the payment proccess was super easy, I used paypal without a hitch. The shipping charge is pricey but my order arrived to me in before 10am THE NEXT DAY! Just in time for the weekend!
The order was packaged nicely with clear returns instructions (won't be needing them!) and overall my experience was brilliant. Great to order through farfetch and feel like I'm supporting independent boutiques around the world!
I was on the search of a certain scarf and could not find it anywhere, I sent a request to Farfetch that they should contact me if they got it back in stock. I recieved a mail within a day and I could place my order and choose express delivery. So just a couple of days later I got my scarf and I could not be happier! This is my 2nd purchase of the same item. For the first purchase, wrong size was sent to me. I have to request for refund.
For this purchase, the wrong size was sent to me again. The shoe box indicated the correct size. However, the shoes inside is of another size.
I wonder if the staff at far fetch ever does the things right. This is my first time buying from far fetch and yet it disappointing again and again.

I bought this maap jersey Mar 30 2021. And i used it for the first time at april 13, and got a badluck i have serious accident that made my shoulder dislocated and this jersey have a big tears! I try to ask any replacement from maap policy? And farfetch doesn't have responsibility to make a replacement! That really not professional in my opinion! Because i saw a policy from maap that they can do new replacement if jersey have a damage from accident with giving 40% off for new replacement, Never2 want to buy from this company again. And jersey that i received was not the same with jersey in website! I just not have a time to send it back so i keep it! Poor Customer service!

I ordered from Farfetch couple of times but my last order (1500usd) which paid for fully, was other not sent by Farfetch or lost by DHL. Farfetch was absolutely bias and wasn't welling to hear me out and solve the problem, their problem solving skill is -10 and their dispute department didn't even bother to contact DHL to investigate the lost package. The cases were closed with Farfetch and DHL, and neither of them refunded me. It was a big loss for me. They lost me as a customer.
Farfetch in the name of discounts inflates the cost price by more than 100% and cheats the customers. Technically you are paying more price than the original cost itself. Be carful when you purchase at Farfetch site
Just received my husband's Christmas gift the day before Christmas. It was supposed to be delivered on the 20th. The sweater was supposed to be size 4, the item I received was size 2. One day before Christmas and I don't have a Christmas gift for my husband.
My wallet comes without a box. And it is bent, and wrinkle. The tag is sticky, and torned. Therefore, very bad experience. I wanted to returned it. The policy said it has to be unworn and undamaged, but it comes worn and damage so I don't know what to do next. Also, this delayed my schedule. It is supposed to be a surprised gift for my boyfriend.

My wife and I ordered our Daughter a pair of shoes that were pretty expensive, we opened the box and their weren't any shoes in the box. So we reached out to Farfetch and FedEx! They both don't want to take responsibility but FedEx did inform me that the package only weighs 1.7 pounds and that weight could only be the box and paper! So we re ordered the same exact shoes and the recorded weight was 3.7 pounds which is the actual weight and further proving our point that the vendor never shipped the shoes. Farfetch is not willing to correct the situation or refund us our money. DO NOT SHOP WITH FARFETCH!
