This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I bought a bag and it came with many scratches. They said they would contact the retailer and 2 weeks passed and still no words and the price of the price went down. So I called and said I wanted to just return the bag and get a new one thats lowered price and hoping itll come scratch free. The new bag came with some minor scratches that I can deal with. But the returned back which has been delivered for close to a week now still shows up as return requested on their site. I emailed them several times with no response. Needless to say I have her received my refund. I have to say their prices are good but really need to improve their customer service!
They canceled my order 3 different times for security reasons and I never ended up processing an order. Almost 6 months later someone used mg card information and placed to large orders to be sent to an address in London and I live in the US lol. Then 3 months later it happened again. I will definitely never order from here again.
I recently completed my first transaction with this company and, unfortunately, my initial experience left me quite disappointed. I placed an order for a pair of wedding shoes in size 36 EU for my wife. However, the quality of the shoes did not meet the expected standards, and while we reluctantly decided to keep them, the size guide on the website proved to be grossly inaccurate. This led us to initiate a return on the very same day in order to exchange them for the correct size.
Much to our surprise, the company rejected our request for a refund, arguing that the shoes we returned were not in the same quality condition as when they were dispatched. This assertion was entirely baseless, as we had returned the shoes in the exact condition in which we had received them.
I love buying from Farfetch.The site have a lots of prestigious name brand to choose.The website was very interesting to navigate their products. Easy to place orders and their shipping was very accommodating and reasonable. I say it's a one stop shopping.
I ordered a dark blue Kiton double breasted suit at over 2000 euros. The photograph and description were clear and unambiguous. Farfetch delivered a black single breasted TUXEDO (dinner jacket), with tuxedo trousers! I would not trust this organisation again. It is obvious that no care was taken at all to ensure delivery of the advertised product, or did they think that I would not notice the difference between a black single breasted tuxedo and a double breasted blue suit.
Never order from this website. They are contracted with a bunch of different boutiques that send the actual items, so they serve as a third party or broker for the goods they supposedly sell. They sent me an empty box and the weight matches the label through DHL, but because I had it set for no signature required due to Covid19 issues, they faulted me. This happens a lot according to trustpilot. There is no way for them to regulate what the contracted boutiques sends out, and I happened to be one of the many who received empty box for a wallet that I paid $300. They are not to be trusted. Their corporate office is in the UK, my order came from Italy intact with no package tampering or broken seals, but they said that it was stolen/lost in transit. Yeah, right. Just file a claim through your credit/debit card claims/fraud Dept. Or use PayPal. Done set your DHL for no signature required even though there is a pandemic because if they send you an empty f*cking box, they blame you.
I will never shop here again. The website wouldn't let me check out and continued to refresh every time I tried to purchase an item. I ended up getting confirmation e-mails 1 hour later saying I had bought the items numerous times - charging me up to £600. I called up and was assured the orders would be cancelled and no money would be taken out of my account. However, 5 days later I received an e-mail stating my orders had been cancelled but I checked my bank account and they've taken all the money out. I was told I wouldn't be able to retrieve this money until next week. How shameless of them to do, especially nearing Christmas. I'll also be charged by my bank for going into my overdraft. Disgusting company.

I ordered a gown $1,095.00! I tried it on for 5 minutes, felt it was inferior quality for that price, took it off & sent it back immediately. Farfetch refused to credit, stating that it was damaged. If it was indeed damaged, it was not by my trying it on for 5 minutes.
They were impossible to deal with and I don't know how to resolve this and get my money back. It is too much money to waste when I had absolutely no responsibility. The damage they claim is 1 chrystal that came off the dress. Don't know what to do!
I order a Givency T-Shirt and then received a message that it was sold out however they were sourcing it from another partner. The message stated if the item cost less they would refund the difference. If it cost more they would not charge me anymore.
I never write reviews but I was so impressed I had to write one for them. Oh yea best part is I still received the T-Shirt in 2 days!
This is the worst shopping experience i had ever had. I purchase for an item on Monday 2th DEcember, i was never infromed about my shipping details, and after i contact them they inform me that they had made a mistake in the price!
How often that happens? How often someone so rudely provide you with so important information. They dont even do what they promised - to wait two days in order to give my final answer. Truly remarkable customer service. Do make a purchase and maybe your charges would be wrong.
This website is a scam. They have taken money from my account after canceling my order without a legitimate reason. I asked for my card to be reimbursed but they have not responded to any of my emails. The whole experience has been a total nightmare. Should have known better, ordering from a website that does not give their phone number on their website is not secure. Stay away!
I order shirt for £500 never recive it, call to ask whats going on and they send me pic that the item was been delivered to "my house" someone is reciving it but its not me so just spen £500 for someoneelse! Think 10 times before u order from them
After shopping for designer items on various websites, I have found that Frafetch is by far the best. The selection is all over the world, shipping is prompt, prices are competitive. Their sales are amazing. I wish all designers participated. I am a VIP member and their customer service is great. Arthur, my shopping advisor is very helpful.
Quick delivery service from DHL. I received my Furla handbag in good packing. Place my order on 19/6, received it on 22/6 in Hong Kong. As I wrote on title, its a nice on-line shopping experience. Definitely I'll visit Farfetch again.
Shipping really fast. The bag itself - Beautiful! Just packaging from the boutique sent didn't involve the original Saint Laurent box and packing which I hoped for, instead the boutiques own wrapping and box.
I bought a pair of Dries Van Noten trousers that I couldnt find anywhere else and received them from Italy within 2 days - the trousers are so pretty and the packaging was amazing. My new favorite fashion destination
From what I understand the commission withdraw the stores is 15% to 25%, so far so good. I just do not understand why they want more 10% for dispatch of goods when the buyer is also paying the invoice.
Great service, updated me on where the shoes were and delivered before expected date! Brilliant! The shoes were perfect, I have wanted them for a while and such a great price! I will definitely be buying again from Farfetch.

Farfetch.com did not react swiftly and, because of that, the order was sent three days later as foreseen. Farfetch.com did not release the package on the fallacious pretext that it did not receive a copy of my bank statement.
The site tells a bunch of lies about when your order is going to be shipped. The 1-2 processing time is total Bs and false advertising. They hold your money and theyre basically a middle man i will never shop here again and i would never recommend them to anybody.

Ive ordered off of this website multiple times, in one situation I had a problem with my order ( on my end, I ordered the wrong size) theyre so accommodating and reply straight away. They give frequent emails, keeping you updated on the status of your order. The staff are friendly, and professional. No complaints here! Theyve made me a loyal customer. Id 110% recommend their website.
Bought a bag from farfetch. The bag came to me has a scratch on the front. I returned the bag. The order status has been kept at "returning" since then. It has been 4 weeks. Asked CS twice, got replies but no answer. Kept saying they understand. It's like I hv spent the thousand for nothing! Will I never receive the refund?!?!?!

I ordered a pair of size 6 slippers and got a size 7. So I returned the item, placed another order, and still got the wrong size. After receiving the wrong item for the third time, they finally told me that size 6 has sold out. All i can say is that i'm truly disappointed and will never use Farfetch again.
They wouldn't take any liability for lost packages and blame everything on the customer. I had to call customer service multiple times and they always asked me to call FedEx directly. Considering the price of items in their website, I expect much better services.
