This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I order recently items worth US$ 1985 this is a large amount of money- this is my first time ordering and item for this website as i really love the jacket and the shoes that will shipped from a small boutique from france- i pay the whole amount on my card and the money as been taken or pending from far fetch- and they told me that i need to transfer the money to there bank account which they will sent me over from and email and let go of my money which is in pending! I purchased this on monday 22/10/12 and the response of the email is very slow! I tried to ring customer service and it only put me on a left message! I still dont have my money with me and my order is not in process! I keep emailing farfecth and there response are very slow and the action is disgusting! I am very worried now that if i can get back my money or my order witht his company are genuine... please help!
I purchased a Jordan retro 1 low on this website for $ 207.19 + delivery fee, it's the worst Nike product i I've ever seen. One i opened the box my 13 years old son told me Dad this is fake.
Farfetch has no buyer protection or insurance on lost packages, which is crazy considering they are shipping expensive luxury goods around the world and there are increasing incidences of fraud and theft. I ordered an expensive bag, and it took several days and an email from me to even see the bag shipped; once it was shipped (via FedEx, signature required) the driver marked the package as delivered even though no one ever rang my bell or knocked on my door. A copy of the signature proves it was forged. I am distraught, as I have quite literally been robbed, but Farfetch says they won't do anything because FedEx claims the package was delivered. They "investigated" but as far as I can tell, their investigation involved checking the fraudulent tracking. I can't only complain about the shipper here, because it's just unbelievable that a luxury retailer would not have a policy, insurance or other recourse available to their customers for this not insignificant risk. Do not buy from them, you're rolling the dice. Go with a retailer with better policies.
Using Farfetch is fun and amazing! However, the shipment fee on sale items was shocking! The item cost me AED 210 on sale but the shipping fee of AED 80 (almost 50% of the amount of the item) was so disappointing I ended up paying the high shipment fee because I love those shoes and I've been looking for them everywhere... I will be very careful before ordering items on Farfetch again...
Since I referenced these reviews prior to my purchase I thought it appropriate to share mine. My bag arrived on time, as ordered, and at a disount compared to the same item at Barneys. The supplier actually put a bow on the purchase and included a handwrittten note which was a nice touch.

I wish I'd looked at this site before ordering.
I won't bore everyone with the details of the issues I encountered as sometimes even the best websites have problems and it's the way they deal with them that matters.
Two different customer services assistants promised me calls back which I did not receive, the third advised that she had arranged a redelivery of an item shortly before I received an email advising it had been sent back to Italy.
I have called four times following the receipt of this email to see if they could have it sent back to me, I haven't been able to get through I've left a number of messages asking for a call back and an email requesting the same. No response.
The products that Farfetch offer are fabulous but if you have an issue the customer services is none existant, I would expect better customer care from poundland never mind a designer clothing retailler.

Took advantage of a pre-Christmas sale; I purchased 2 items from different boutiques, one from Italy and the other from the US. Both arrived within 4-5 days during the busy Christmas period, beautifully wrapped, great pair of shoes and a polo shirt. One thing to remember is that you will need to pay import tax/duty on anything from the US (if in the UK), easy process through DHL.
I did many shoppings via Farfetch, all fine till you do need to return the item. They wrote me back: Unfortunately, your order... cannot be refunded. We have checked the shipment information of your return and found that it was not handed over to the shipping partner as agreed.
I will never understand this, I returned the item to Latvia by DHL with all labels I got from Farfetch!
This happened to me 2x, so I decided NEVER SHOPPING via this e-shop. Pls, avoid of them!
Absolutely SCAM company. Bought a dress, returned it within days following every step. I am super petite and once I opened the package saw how huge this dress was. NEVER EVEN TRIED IT ON, did not remove it from the hanger or plastic bag it came cover on and after several calls and insisting over email what was the status of my refund they are saying that it arrived damaged.
A complete lie! The dress is almost $5000. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card provider but AVOID yourself problems with this company. As they made something up to not issue my refund.
This item I bought it was actually sold out, I received an email one day saying it was back in stock so most likely someone bought it before and returned it and now they want to blame me for something that DID NOT HAPPEN.

I've putted an order on November 27th, 2018, three items, from two different locations, 1 to be collected in Spain and 2 in Italy. Shipping notification took more than 3 days and worst than that has been UPS behaviour. The forwarder sent a notification saying that the delivery would happen on December 04th and 05th, which didn't happen delivering only on December 06th and both for the delay and the delivery confirmation they didn't sent any communication. That's not the right way to proceed with clients.

Having read many reviews about this online shopping site i was very wary of buying anything. Having decided to take a chance & order ( having also used Paypal to purchase my itemincase of any required case) I can honestly say i hadno problems at allfrom minute i bought my item from a boutique in Italy to item arriving in my home in North East of Scotland, ( may i add delivery in less than 5 working days!). I was able to track item online through UPS allthe way. I would definitely recommend this site on my own personal experience.
Love this slim fit and warm down filled Canada Goose jacket. This jacket fits well and the material feels great. I love Canada Goose jacket because it's Canadian company with great design, goose down fill, made in Canada and excellent quality control and after care service. This jacket is true to size, I am 173cm, 62kg and size M fits me perfectly. I have different kind of Canada Goose Coat, they are warm but heavy, but this jacket is lightweight and still warm. It's soft and warm for autumn and spring. Totally worth the money!
Pretty disappointed, I spent over $4,000 on a bag that I wasn't able to buy in store as it wasn't available in Australia, only to have it arrive without a YSL box or bag. I like to store my bags in their boxes to keep them well looked after, but I have nothing to store this bag in. Can this be rectified?

I can't recommend this site. Extremely poor customer service. If you buy a product today, and the price gets reduced the following day, then you won't be able to get the difference refunded.
I will never ever order anything from this company ever again, I placed order online when FedEx came to deliver a stranger walking down the street met driver outside truck signed for package and kept going, all footage caught in my ring doorbell, I advised the company I never received my shoes I order for 1,300 they basically said screw off, nothing we can do. They wouldn't offer a reship refund to investigate nothing, I called customer service for week for a corporate phone number address something in the US they all act as if they didn't understand me.
I purchased merchandises from Farfetch for a few times. They sent me the wrong order for the first time, but the shipping was way too expensive to return it. And they canceled another two orders, saying that it was the problem with my credit card, but when I called my credit card company, they said it was Farfetch who canceled the orders. Guess they oversold.

I am satisfied even though i had some issues with the shipment. I paid for the same-day-delivery but I got the item the morning after. I sugges to improve the customer service because the phone number is not a free call and there is not chat assistence.
This is the first time I have ordered from Farfetch and I have to say the service has been exemplary from start to finish. The customer service staff are very friendly and helpful. The delivery was very quick - I was told that I wouldnt receive my item until after Christmas which I was disappointed about because the item was a Birthday treat to myself, so to receive my item a day before my Birthday and before Christmas, with notifications to advise of delivery date I was so impressed! Thank you! I love the item and will definitely order again and recommend Farfetch.

I ordered a Faliero Sarti scarf nearly a month ago from L' Eclaireur in Paris. It arrived very promptly but the colors were not what I expected so I returned it the very next day. It arrived back to the store on Nov 15th, nearly three weeks ago. No one will respond to tell my what is going on and when they plan to refund my money. It is so frustrating, I had to call my bank and file a claim. I find that the customer service reps are pleasant on the phone but they cannot get anything done and do not know what is going on with these transactions. They seem clueless. It was my first and most likely last shopping experience with farfetch. To date, still no one can tell me WHY they have not processed the return in Paris. If the returns take a month to process, don't you think they should let the customers know before you order. It's ridiculous.

1st time i order high brand item through net. Was afraid of the size or to lost in the way but really quick service 3 days only and the size is perfect.
The shippment should arrive on 30 September- 1 October but recieved on 5 October. I think its DHL problem as i called them many times.
I ordered Masion Margiela ring for hubby birthday. The ring beautiful, but the packing so bad. The ring box was old with scratch n sticky tape place on it, ruined the value n the shape of the ring specially when you buy it as a gift. Wanted to see an elegant wrapping for such brand n occasion.
Copared to our local competitor "Onas" your price is high plus the shipping for me against my purchases i should be entitled to free shipping also i did not like the idea of getting each item severely it should be compiled once and send it to my address. The packaging is really bad i though i might get it in its original box (for troy burch i got it in plastic small bag not in its original box as if i am buying in garage sale. This is going to be my first and last experience in buying from farfetche.
