This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I have ordered from Fartech in the past with no problems just a little bit slow in the delivery process but it did not bothered me much. I am not sure what is happening to this company but they have one of the worst customer services in the market. I order a pair of glasses. I checking weekly on my account to see where it was on the shipping. It took around two weeks to update that product has been shipped. I did not receive any communication about the tracking number. After around four weeks (more or less) I checked again and noted that it was 'delivered" but I did not receive the merchandise. I emails them. It has taken around two months (also replying to DHL that I have not received any package) to tell me that basically there is nothing that can be done because I waited so long. I have never experience it with any other online company. This is simply unacceptable.
I was looking for a particular Gucci wallet that was sold out EVERY WHERE but this website. I was skeptical because it seemed too good to be true. Package arrived earlier than state in official packaging! I cannot wait for my hubby to get his anniversary gift!
Really impressed, ordered from farfetch UK for the first time on 4/1/15 and purchased lovely shoes delivered from Cologne, Germany. Paid £18 for 2-4 day DHL delivery where I was able to track my order every step of the way and my delivery arrived on day four 8/1/15. When I called Farfetch UK they were very helpful in letting me know when to expect my parcel and advising me on whether I had to pay custom fees etc ( in this instance I didn't have to). They also send emails about your order, keeping you constantly updated on the whereabouts and ask for feedback, which to me shows that they do care about improving. I think this is an excellent company with great value for money, helpful customer service and most importantly (for me) an excellent delivery time.

I honestly dont want to complain but this dress is also badly wrinkled. Basically I ordered a blue Esteban cortazar from the same seller and it came wrinkled without a garment bag. So I specifically requested for a garment bag for this order prior to shipping to prevent similar situation. You can take a look at my account history. I spent over $1500 for two dresses and had such a bad experience with packaging. I dont think asking for a protective garment bag for a designer dress is too much to ask.

I ordered for Christmas from Sefton boutique and received the package within 24 hours, beautifully wrapped and extremely happy with the product! Fab service, great product and can't wait to shop again!
I have been waiting on a refund for $1000 of shoes for over a month. Getting close to reporting it as credit card fraud as I do not have any goods for my services. Will not be ordering from farfetch anymore.

I bought shoes which come damaged. More than 20 days customer support had not help me. Most of time they just didnt answer to my emails.
At the end they send a courier to me to return the shoes and receive my money - of course for that luxury I had to pay the shipping cost, VAT etc for the first shipping.

The reason i gave 2 starts because the shipping is fast but the package is not ok. I bought a dolce gabbana bag and it only come with a box, no dust bag for luxury bag? No farfetch tag for refund? No authentication card but whole bunch of intruction cards were placed randomly.
I bought from three boutiques on farfetch and each parcel arrived within 4 days even though they were coming from all over the world! Really impressive and great clothing. I just with the shipping was a little cheaper but I still paid as I really wanted the bag, coat and bracelet I bought!
I ordered a Converse x Brain Dead Chuck 70 shoe which is 41 Eur. You sent me something I do not even know. I bought it for my sister's birthday and you can not imagine her disappointment when she opened the box. I am your custumer who is from Turkey and I was telling everyone how responsible you are because you were informing me for every step of my cargo. But in the end you victimized me. I am sure you know about the exchange rating with usd and turkish lira, and it is not your fault but it's huge problem for me. I paid all the taxes including the custom duty. They were a lot. I can not pay them one more time. Even it's size is wrong. I do not want to be stressed for the mistake that does not made by me. Waiting for you to compensate the situation. I want exactly what I ordered without paying another custom duty.

When I took the sneakers out of the box, the first thing I noticed was the blemish on the front part of the right shoe (photo enclosed). There was also a smudge on the inner side of the right shoe (photo enclosed). I tried on the shoes anyway and they were too small, although I normally wear size US 7.5 for women Nike sneakers. Therefore I will be returning them.

I ordered two items recently. A pair of earrings, which I was called about times because they sent a courier to my location. I was in meetings and couldn't answer. Then I went to return the earrings right after I bought them to only find out they don't accept returns for jewelry, which apparently they state in their T&C, which I never read since I only do business with websites I trust. I don't trust them and will never use them again.
Other issues -- horribly designed site, check-out process poor, shipping too expensive. When I tried to return, I couldn't log into the site (it appeared down) and I had to instant message for a long time with someone to 1) learn I couldn't return 2) cancel my second order because I don't want to do business with them anymore.
It's unfortunate because the concept of the site is great, but execution terrible. They sell very premium items at a high cost, but they are anything but premium.

I was able to purchase a gift for my spouse via farfetch in which I was so excited, even scored a Black Friday deal! However less than ten minutes later (9 to be exact) I recieved an email saying that I would be reimbursed. HUH? I never asked for a reimbursement. I was bamboozled. This site is a total scam. I bought a pair of church's shoes. It damaged and the 2 shoe bags missing, conspicuous crease to the trunk of the shoe, and laced. The bottom show signed that it has been used too. I returned. Then another pair of monk shoes, the metal buckle is broken and with crease too. And I return with their specified courier, returns in transit for so many days. And I am worried. Selling worn shoes at brand new price. Damn it.
I was hesitant to order from farfetch because of the negative reviews but I took a risk and I am glad I did. This team is on point, awesome, quick, good quality. I am looking forward to shop more on there website.

I just bought some snickers and i was a bit disappointed to see how the package was brought to me. The whole box was destroyed and glued afterwards, and i supposed that this should not happen. Even the inside paper is broken. I completely understand that my be cases when the box is open for border, but still this was a real disappointment to receive the expensive snickers in this way!
Ordered twice, both times shipment didn't arrive. First time they told me there was a technical glitch and that i shopuld place the order again. Failed to clear customs the second time around too and had to haggle and call them to get my refund. Still waiting! Terrible first and last experience with them
I loved the idea of this company. The selection is great. The prices can be good if you're knowledgeable. However, the cust service is terrible. I got a notice of a 'good customer' pre sale on thanksgiving. I ordered 2 things. On Monday, I get an email of an additional 20% off. I call and write to see if I'll be refunded the 20% since my order hadn't even shipped. Long story short, no one was available. I didn't get the refund. No US store would treat good customers so badly.

I ordered a pair of boots from Farfetch. The order time seemed long to receive a confirmation of item ship (more than a week) which seemed longer than I thought it was supposed to be. When the boots finally arrived, they were two different boots, both for the right foot. I called customer service, who told me they would process as an exchange since the boutique made a mistake, and they would ship me the correct item to replace the wrong ones. I sent the boots back the next day, and then several days later, I called to find out what was going on with my order, and the person I spoke with told me she'd have the other customer service person i had spoken with call me back. I never got a call, and I then a few days later received an email stating I would receive a refund. I won't be ordering from them again.
