This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I ordered from the FF website for the first time in December, but was told, after paying, that the shoes were unavailable in the size I ordered because the exact pair was simultaneously on display in a shop and must have been sold. I have never had this problem before in many years of online shopping. I returned the boots and received a refund, except for the shipping. The second purchase, pants, recently arrived in the wrong color and the customer service contact admitted that the color shown on the website was not what was shipped. I've been waiting for close to a week now to see if the pants I actually ordered are actually available and my patience is wearing thin. I don't want to report FF to a consumer protection bureau but will do so if the latest issue isn't resolved soon.

Order arrived in 5 days, well packaged and lovely
I made a few purchases and was very happy with them until there was an issue with an order. Recently, I ordered 3 items and received only 2 items so I reached out to them to tell them there was an item missing. They replied saying that they confirmed having sent all items and hence I was making a false accusation. I was not at all happy about their initial response, but I offered to buy it again at the same price since I still didn't have the item and wanted it. Amazingly, they said they would not honor that either since they were not at fault in any way.
It is a shame really since I would have liked to continue using their service if it were not for this terrible experience. I have spent more than $3,000 already and the item in question happened to be the least expensive item I purchased at $50.
You can try your luck with them if you wish but would not recommend it if you don't want to ever feel the same way as I do now.
I place a full price item for over $2000 in my bag to checkout and the 15% new client discount applied. I want to check out a day later due to interruption and Farfetch had reduced the price by $13 and it was no longer eligible for a new customer discount as they argued it was no longer fully priced. A drop of $13 on $2229 by them was deliberately aimed at avoiding having to honour the 15% new client discount. Misleading and deceptive

I recently tried placing my first order on Farfetch, the order was processing for 2 days before it got cancelled with the item still in stock(i checked afterwards) and it said that they will refund within 14 working days. I was shocked why my order was cancelled at first and also worried that i wont get my refund as i have read a lot of reviews regarding that but i actually received my refund within 2 working days. Might try ordering again next time.

If I could post zero stars I would. My husband ordered a bag on 15 December, we have no bag and we still don't have a refund! Farfetch say they have to 'investigate the matter with DHL'. Our contract was with Farfetch not DHL and you can see from the tracking number on to DHL's website that our parcel has never been delivered. We should have been refunded immediately, this is illegal and disgraceful

I called and verified everything on the phone so many times I can't count! Even reordered over the phone! Only to have them cancel my order every tine! If you need a dress on time DO NOT order from this site. I gave them everything but my 1st born and still do not have my order. Will NEVER use them again. Very disappointed!
Even speaking with customer service does not help with this company. Very unprofessional and surprised they are still in business.

You advertise 4 day shipping, yet I received my parcel a full 14 days after first purchasing. This was because your boutique partner wanted to verify the amount of shoes I ordered and it took you 5 days to confirm with me. When I did confirm my order nobody informed the boutique to process the order, so it was delayed even further. It was only when I phoned customer service that someone looked into it. Even then, the customer service agent laughed at me on the phone when I was upset about level of service. In the end I went directly to the store who were most helpful. You clearly dont have the appropriate systems in place. I ordered these shoes on behalf of 4 of my bridesmaids for my wedding this week. You have now lost 5 customers. I would never recommend FarFetch to anyone.
I purchased a pair of shoes for over $450. I was working out of town & had them delivered to my moms house. It was 17 days after they were delivered before I got home to try them on. I immediately contacted customer support to return them for the right size & was told after 14 days I can not return them under any circumstances.
I have to admit that I was a bit hesitated before making an order with your organization as I have been ripped off many times in the past from a few companies. Copied items, poor quality, far from original design, and extremely delay in delivery are nightmares. I actually have another entity, who I have used once in the past and really like them. Yet you guys have outcompeted them in terms of price and speed! I cannot believe that I have received my orders within a few days. And they look as good as being advertised on the web. Have ordered many times from Farfetch. I am surprised to see those recent negative comments. Remember, they are from different shops all over the world, working with Farfetch. I have ordered leather shoes and belts from Farfetch, most of them were made in Italy, and most of the time they arrived timely in amazing shape. I have got 2 returned so far, essentially because of the size issue. They return it for you for free.
These people have a five day return window! I realize not everyone is Nordstrom but---FIVE DAYS! I ordered a necklace that when it arrived was not as expected (to say the least) but between my 98 year old mother and a highly allergic Basset Hound I missed their ridiculous window. I foolishly assumed that like many sites you had at least 21 days. Given the price of their merchandise they need to realize people have lives and be more accommodating.

Ordered a top and returned. DHL came to pick it up but never received a refund. Called Farfetch and they advised that there was nothing they could do even the tracking number showed it was delivered. Would not order from there again.
This company is just a scam company please avoid. They took some large sums of money from my bank account and I haven't even ordered anything from them. You cannot contact them by phone and the only way to contact them is via e-mail. Eventually someone from Farfetch phoned me, but they were incredibly unhelpful. Didn't want to give any details of the company, when I insisted on them giving me a phone number to contact them they gave me some bogus number in Portugal and they said they were a London based firm! Scammers, avoid at all costs.
I bought platform sneakers by SWEAR on FarFetch on November 5th, 2022 and it said it would take 5 weeks AT MOST because they're custom made, allegedly. It has been over 14 weeks, I've sent 6 emails regarding my order and every time they respond saying they've contacted the manufacturer and are awaiting a response. They NEVER update me, I have to keep sending them emails regarding this issue.
What pair of sneakers takes over 14 weeks to be made? My last email where I asked for a refund was completely ignored. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Never again.
I returned an item from FarFetch over one month ago. After multiple emails and phone calls I still have not received a refund. All they say is that "we have not been able to get the partner boutique to issue the refund". Their site description claims easy returns and refunds. I was not aware that FarFetch was not actually able to issue the refund directly. This is very upsetting as it was an expensive item. Beware of purchasing from them.

Ordered an item over 9 days ago and was charged immediately. Item still shows as under review. Contacted customer service and they said the store probably no longer has the item in stock. They cannot send it from another seller and promised to refund me after they contact the seller.
Item is no longer available on their website.
Disappointed.

The hardwear on my handbag came back scratched and Farfetch could do nothing to help me. They did not even have another bag do exchange out for me. This was the worst experience ever with them. I am highly disappointed that the seller would send a use handbag to a customer and Farfetch let's them get away with this.

It is a very good shopping site with wide range of stuff classic, vintage and the latest collection to choose from however, it needs improvement in giving details and sizes. Otherwise, I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.
Worst Customer Service i have ever experienced. I ordered a pair of guess shoes, they sent me the wrong size, i then had to return the shoes paying out an overseas delivery charge to get the shoes back to them and i never received any refund on the cost of returning the shoes even though it was farfetch's mistake. So i am left with no shoes and in deficit in my bank for a delivery charge.
Farfetch has been a nightmare to deal with. I returned an expensive item a month ago but still haven't received a refund. Shocking service from a "luxury retailer". Feels more like theft than service.

I made several purchases in Farfetch and made a return recently. I made a return request on the same day receiving my clothes (8/23) (too big for me), the DHL picked it up next day and shipping back to Netherland within 3 days (8/26). Then there was no update, so I was worried about whether I was able to get my refund. Then I contact the customer services (8/30) and they told me that my package was sending back to its original boutique store in Australia and would be delivered on 8/31. On the day that the boutique received the package (8/31), I saw refund shown in my credit card. Very happy about it :D

I would recommend never purchasing an item from this crooked site. I purchased a pair of $500+ sneakers which I ultimately decided to return. I received confirmation from Fedex that the package was picked up for return. We never received any follow up from Farfetch on the return however, were never issued a refund. When we ultimately noticed and reached out, they said they were unable to track down the shoes and would not issue a refund. We sent them the confirmation email from Fedex and it was a 1-week back and forth between those two companies blaming the other. Ultimately, we have no shoe and no refund. The customer service is a joke and the Company is an unprofessional/criminal.
