This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
This is my first purchase at Farfetch.com and everything went smooth. I have contacted the customer service and the response was very fast. I ordered a Valentino bag on 27 Nov and it is shipped on 01 Dec and arrived on 03 Dec. Shipping is quick and fast. I am living in Canada and am afraid that they will charge me duties and taxes. However I wasn't charge any extra money. The price that you paid for your order already include customs and duties. I have been worrying since I saw so many negative reviews after I made a purchase on Farfetch. Luckily everything went fine. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I would definitely shop at FarFetch.com again.
I was desperately searching high and low for a kenzo sweatshirt and moschino belt and after endless clicks, I found them on Farfetch! *happy dance* To my surprise, prices on the site are much lower compared to buying it from boutiques so lucidly I went on shopping spree mode and ended up buying much more than anticipated :( Shipping took a total of 4 days and that's pretty quick so 5 stars to Farfetch!
So I've been eyeing this Burberry bag for a really long time, and it finally went on sale. But after I checked out and Farfetch sent me a reciept, the next day the item was cancelled. When I contacted support about this, they said their system sometimes can take a while to update that the item is sold out and they've given it to the customer that got it first. I was quite upset after that and since I've used a new user promotional code to make the purchase, I asked if I'm able to use that on something else instead since they cancelled my order. No response from support. Just shows you how much they really value you as a customer. How can u just let me make a "purchase" with the code, then cancel it for me and now I can't use this code ever again. Lol so disappointed, will never be returning.

The eytys jeans which i received today was obviously USED by another customer before they decide to return it to you torn & damaged. It is your responsibility to check returned items are free of any damages. I already sent you an email about this which included pictures and i'm waiting for your reply. My other orders from farfetch were absolutely fine. This rating is only for my last order. I am disappointed. How am I supposed to trust your website again if you are ok with sending used items to your customers?
I bought a sude jacket which cost around £1000 and shipped from US to UK. I am aware that there will be duty fee charges but I double-checked the item that it already has the import duty fee included. However, my item is still being held by DHL at the custom n asking me to pay an extra £230 for the custom duty free?!
I am glad that they have solved this problem as soon as possible and I do not get double-charged with the duty fee. Overall I am pleased with their quick response n therefore changed my bad review about this.

I returned a faulty item of clothing- the item shrank with the first wash. Item was returned & (of course!) the seller disputed my claim. It has taken 6 weeks to get Farfetch to agree to a refund although at this stage they are only offering a credit note but not a refund of the shipping costs. No apology either considering they are the selling faulty goods. If like me you have a dispute & Farfetch customer service are being deliberately slow & unhelpful check out your rights under the Sales of Goods Act and go to your credit card provider to reverse the payment. I'm giving Farfetch until Monday to credit my account then my credit card company is taking up the dispute which they assure me I have every right to my full refund.
Don't go for weeks without your goods or refund like I have & don't expect customer service to be on your side - remember they are there to retain not return your money even though it within your rights to a full refund. Buyer beware!

Beware. A good deal turned out to be a scam! I thought I was getting a discount on a pair of designer socks but working with this company is a nightmare when things go wrong. I foolishly trusted FARFETCH with ordering a $200+ dollar pair of socks as a Christmas present. I got a call a few days after reporting that the package was not delivered offering to send a replacement. When I followed up they had "no idea" what the voicemail was about and said needed more time to research. Then After "carefully researching" with the shipper for over a month they stole my money and never delivered the package. I'm not sure if my problem was ever even touched by a real person as it seems they were just churning out autogenerated emails with no real response to date.
Ordered item and they charged my credit card. Then heard they did not have size 4 days later (website had an "error". Said I would accept the newsize as long as shipped out the next day given the delay. They confirmed via phone the order would be placed and said I would receive in a week. Promised to sent out on Monday. Guess what - someone gets to old email a few days later and delays the order. HOPELESS SERVICE to date and have asked them to expedite service to me in a new location. Lets see if their customer service is any good and they try to resolve the issue. Everyone - hold tight on your orders!

Be very careful, the company policy is basically never to allow you any returns, refunds or exchanges. They try to just wait till issues go away, customer service lies about pretty much everything. If you ever have any issues with your order- you will not be able to resolve them. If you dispute the charge - they will not answer the claim. I would never ever buy there again. I lost my money and lots of time trying to return an item that was sent to me and was wrong. Disputed the charge and they still would not let me return or refund me! This is a scamming company...

After reading a lot of bad reviews about farfetch I still decided to give the site a try and they came through with speedy delivery, authentic product, great communication. Product came from italy to brooklyn via dhl. Ive made orders inside the states that didnt arrive as quick. Sorry for anyone who had a bad experience but I personally have nothing bad to say about farfetch.com and i will buy from them again in the future.
Cancelled my order without any reason after I move in to a new apartment without any explanation. I called customer service, they claim they need to do security check on my account, because they detect someone else tried to log in to my account. This is totally bull$#*!. I upload the document they need so I can approve I am myself, waited for days, sent many emails waiting for their response. However my order still got cancelled, since they "can't confirm the authenticity". What the heck? They refuse to explain any extra detail. I also try to call the customer service to get more detail, but met a rude representative, no help at all. They left me no choice, and basically telling me go away and never shop at Farfetch again. Will Do!

I've shopped at this online company for over a year. I proberly dropped easy $5000 on
Shoes and sale items, and I saved a ton of money. Stuff mostly comes out of Italy or France.
I track items from DHL. It's a excellent company if your wallet can stand it. Nothing fake.
I love Rick Owens and Tom Rebel. Two thumbs up.
I ordered a prada bag and instead received a pair of hiking shoes. Despite the fact that the return is purely being made because of an error on THEIR apart, customer service is still extremely unhelpful. I sent the item back and Farfetch confirmed they received it - however still no refund after 2 weeks. I call almost daily to chase on the refund but the only advice customer service has given me is to wait a few more days for processing' and they are apparently unable to do more than email the boutique' to follow up. If a company as established as Farfetch can only email' the boutique and do not have other mechanisms to escalate cases, this is a serious flaw in your corporate operations and needs to be addressed ASAP. Still waiting on my refund.

I paid 20 extra to receive the product faster, it should have been delivered on day 26, and it will only arrive tomorrow (I hope). The least you could do, would be to deduct back those extra 20 I paid for nothing. It was a gift for a special date, which meanwhile has already passed.

If I could give NO STARS I would! I ordered two dresses, neither fit. Sent them back in less than 3 days in pristine condition. They received the return 16 days ago and are giving me some run around about the condition of the returned items. What BS! They are in the same condition i got them in. They are dealing with the vendor (Marchesa Notte) who both shipped and received the return. I do not care about how their business works, I want my money refunded $1390! I just disputed through Amex because I am tired of calling every two days and being told it's going through, it is not! Buy from a retailer you know, these people excel at giving the runaround! Bad experience!
Purchased a pair of shoes online, gave my credit card details and received confirmation of order. A few hours later received an email advising that displayed the wrong price and I would have to pay an extra $300 if I wanted them (like it was my fault).
I requested cancellation and asked them to confirm that they had either credited back my money or hadn't taken it in the first place as their email was not clear.
I have done this numerous times and haven't had a reply. I wont be shopping with this store again.

Lovely bag! The box (farfetch packaging) was somehow opened on one side when it arrived but thankfully there was no damage on the bag itself. The bag was well supported with a few air pillow cushion. Coach packaging was superb as always, lots of foam and paper wrap for protection. This bag came with a dust bag which is nice for storing.
I received this shirt with buttons falling off. I am very disappointed because I should not be responsible for now reattaching these buttons. I have contacted customer service so we'll see what they are going to do about it.
The bag was lost, it didn't reach me in time, because it arrived a week later. I tried to talk to the supervisor, who did not give me any solution. I asked if it was lost, they sent me another one or refunded my money, and they said no, without offering me a solution until the order was found. I will definitely not buy from this company again, after not giving me a solution when they lost my order. I have not been able to give it away in time.
Awful experience. Been left with no Christmas present for a family member 1 day before Christmas. Ordered prior to the delivery cut off on the 17th December expecting delivery between 21st-23rd Dec, called to check on order on the on 23rd Dec AM only to later be notified that day at 18:00 that the item was out of stock. Leaving no time to re order from another retailer. This is after already placing an order a week prior for the same item but being sent the wrong product. As well as double checking with them that the actual product was in stock and then being told it isn't last minute. Thanks for ruining Christmas for a member of my family as they now don't have the one thing they wanted.
