Excellent service! Thank you very to everyone with whom we got in contact to place our purchase order. The customer service was highly professional and resolved all the issues we had and we received our clutch we ordered by Alexander McQueen
This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I rather shop here because of the deals. The 20% off here and there makes a huge difference. I would love to collaborate with you all. I work as an influencer in Atlanta.
My social media handle is TPGent
Fantastic experience as always, the site's customer service went above and beyond this time when I was confused about sizing. Shout out to Kyeria M. Will shop with farfetch again soon bc of this experience and recommend to others
I returned sunglasses followed by their instruction, but when the sunglasses arrived in the custom of Portugal, the DHL told them to contact the custom to release the item, but they did not, and the item is there for almost a month ( still there at the time I am writing this review) and they just hold my refund not take any action. I contacted them, they only said they still hold it and will update to me asap. They do not care customer but their own interest. Very bad company. I already disputed the charge from my bank.

Shopping with farfetch has been the worst shopping experience for me ever. They sent me faulty shoes. Then when I tell them, I don't receive good customer service and they send me through the regular return process. I had to buy a box and ship it back. I gave it to their courier and now they are saying they can't track it when I used their label. I would highly recommend not shopping here
Confusing return policy. I was one day "late" requesting permission to return a pair of pants -- and they shot me down, despite the fact that I am a frequent customer of the store in question.
Never again.
I'm a regular customer at Farfetch, however, my experience with Clotilde Silva was extraordinary. She handled my concern with utmost compassion and ensure that my order was taken care of extremely sensitively. She's an asset to Farfetch!
Tip for consumers:
The online shopping and customer experience on Farfetch is unlike any other website. Don’t even think twice before buying your favourite product from them.

This store is great in case of ordering outfits here. Actually, there are plenty of online stores where ordinary people can order clothes, however this is a premium segment in outfits. I saw here a good dior t shirts and I really anted to order it. I asked customer support about all the details concerning shipping here and they responded me pretty fast. I found out all the details and ordered this t shirt. I had to pay for the delivery but it didn't even matter. If you will buy clothes on particular sum the shipping will be free of charge. So, great store, no complaints.
I ordered a wallet for my partner it was supposed to be delivered on Monday, then on Tuesday, Friday, and Monday again. Each day you need to wait for them at home, they never came and instead I got an email to say I'm not at home. I got their emails at home.
Farfetch was very nice, we're sorry and we're really sorry etc. But their solution was for me to go to the UPS station and pick it up, I of course refused.
The compensation they offered, we'll be prepared, 10 euros!
I will never use their website again. Horrible experience and lame customer service.
Scammers! Never buy this store. I bought an article online through the web some valentines shoes and they arrived in Miami in another color. Proceed to return it as corresponds with the return label. No matter how many emails I sent and calls, they never responded. They never refunded my money. Even when I received an email that would refund me, they never did. They want to scam me and steal with US $ 850 I can't allow it. Submitted the claim to PAYPAL and they have more than 95 days that the claim is open and PAYPAL has not yet closed it because they continue and continue to wait for information from the store. He submitted all the tests. They are scammers who do not respond and take more than 180 days to make you a refund. SCAMMERS!
I bought a pair of very expensive shoes from them. The shoes did not quite fit my feet. I sent it back. Unused still with it seal on the sole to prove it is unused. But because I did not send the original box they did not except it. They simply said it is their return policy which is written buried somewhere in their site. Their excuse "the boutique is unable to sell the product as is".
They are saying they are proud of opening independent boutiques to the world. But they make the most fundamental part shopping independent boutiques - personal service. It seems Farfetch is simply an order processing site and does not like to provide some solutions and customer service. Their business model does not really work.
I strongly advise not use them. If you like a product find another way to purchase it. Once the product is sold, they simply don't know you. No personal service that independent boutiques are really there for.
Please know that Farfetch is only fetching your purchases (and making a markup on them of course) from boutiques all over the world. What a great idea and what a boon for us shoppers to be able to travel the boutiques of the world from our desk! What I didn't realize about this business model is that they don't stand by merchandise that is defective, but rather wait for the boutique (from which Farfetch purchased it) to handle the complaint. I bought a Stella McCartney dress that was clearly defective and while Farfetch agreed that it was, they made me wait over two months for a response from the boutique in Portugal, which never came. After much nudging on my part, Farfetch finally agreed to issue me a Farfetch credit and have me return the dress, but refused to credit my original credit card. Not okay!

When the price is already paid in full and it's time to receive the order, instead an email is received and said that the price is wrongly labelled, and they asking for $500 extra, and what the heck is this? I also called their customer service and they do have a policy saying their labeled price might be wrong and at your own risk...
Had to return an item whose size was misdescribed on the website. Farfetch refused to refund my shipping charges. Told Farfetch I would take it up with my credit card company. The agent then told me in a haughty manner that if I did that I would be unable to order from Farfetch again until the matter was resolved. I had little intention of ever using Farfetch again before she spoke, and even less afterwards. They have a lot to learn about customer service.
This usually satisfied farfetch customer was highly disappointed by the last delivery, a very expensive prada re-nylon skirt which arrived totally carelessly packaged and was completely creased upon unpacking. Given the unique re-nylon material, it is not clear if the deep wrinkles will ever disappear. Quite astonishing for a luxury retailer and absolutely not expected. Extremely disrespectful to both the customer and the product.
Tip for consumers:
always check where the item is shipped from and by whom

To be honest, I was a little nervous to order from Farfetch because I read some mixed reviews. However, I took a chance and it worked out really well. My order came from the UK to Canada and got here surprisingly quick and the product was just as I imagined it would be. The entire experience was awesome.
Tip for consumers:
Do your research. Know your size. Farfetch sizing was off (because I ordered from the UK and you have to convert) and I ordered based on advice from another website selling the product.

I posted that Farfetch had not been at all customer focused when an item I ordered went missing. After I posted on Sitejabber they credited me (not particularly graciously), and gave me a discount off my next purchase. The discount was less than I received from another etailer for an unrelated delivery problem. Well intentioned and gratefully received, but still, not a luxury service as claimed. My conclusion: Great when things go right, bad when they don't.
Ordered online for delivery to a pick up point. All the usual tracking mails telling me it's ready for collection, but 4 visits and calls to the store show it's not there, and never has been. Farfetch refuse to credit me, saying they need to treat it as missing. This means they have my money and I have nothing for it. Arrogant. Just a bunch of middle-men protecting themselves and not focusing on a good - but now lost - customer.
Tip for consumers:
Use Mr Porter instead. And if you must use Farfetch, don't trust their supply chain to the UK drop-off points. Even if it's the carrier's fault, they will not treat you as a valued customer.
This was my first experience placing an order with Farfetch. I was very impressed with how you handled an item I had ordered no longer being available after my order had been placed. Great to receive the updates and reassurance that you had found the product from another supplier and would cover any excess costs. This was a great experience and I'd be happy to recommend your service.
After my package was stuck in UK customs for over 12 days, I receive the same answer over and over again from Farfetch and DHL just to go in circles. Every day they never received a proper response ever, only to say "we're working hard on it". I never received my item, the latest status of my item simply shows returned to the sender. I have not even received a refund or any form of compensation.
Farfetch has not got back to me, it seems like nobody knows what's happening to my order.
I never wanted to go public with my order, I have been very patient with the customer service reps. I've only been lied to over and over again. So disgusted with my experience considering my purchase wasn't of low value either. These people don't care about you at all.
My order number is GAW39J and on the status, it says it's been delivered which is a complete lie. Rubbish service and disgusting business practice.
I am a customer from Israel. At first I was really excited to find FarFetch, because of the variety of cool cloth and accessories.
My first order went Ok., I paid and received the item.
But my second attempt was a disaster. I tried to order a pair of boots on January 15, but there was a technical problem with the website and could not complete the order. So I've tried 3 times but no succeed. Then I saw on my inbox that I have received 3 transaction confirmation for the same amount. From that date till I have sent FarFetch an email every day, asking them to confirm the order and to charge me only once. But, FarFetch ignored all of my emails! No answer at all! And there isn't any phone number, now I was charged 3 time for the boots, and it seems I'm not going to get anything.
I have made two separate purchases within a week. Once I got my first package, they had a 20% promotion. So I made another purchase and got 20%. I've emailed them asking if they can do a price adjustment. Instead of me returning and ordering again to get the 20% off. Doyle said they will honour the part of the price adjustment. So I've waited, didn't get the refund after 2 weeks. So I've emailed them again. They said the 20% was already offered on my second purchase and will not honour the first order. Which I think is totally unfair. We continue emailing back and forth and now they said the promotion is over and will not refund me anything. What kind of business is it? False promises.

After ordering a bag through the site listed as "last item remaining" and going through the checkout trying to use a discount code for 10% off for signing up to the email list and another for under 25's student discount, neither of which worked I happily overpaid for my purchase as it was listed as being in Australia already so I hoped it would arrive quickly.
3 days later I had to reach out and contact customer services myself as there was no update on my order status, it took over 2 days to hear back from someone saying they have canceled my order as the item was not in stock from their supplier... it will now take up to 14 days to receive a refund. Absolutely disgraceful service. Save your time and money. I found my item from Selfridges myself for $100 cheaper than on farfetch including the cost of shipping from the UK.
I've ordered from Farfetch twice (a Chloe wallet in the sale, and an Alexander Wang bag) and both times the shipping was really quick, even though my items were being delivered from across Europe. I was kept updated at every stage of the delivery process and my items came beautifully wrapped too!
Hey Caitlin, we're so pleased to hear you're happy with your Chloé wallet and Alexander Wang bag and we can't wait to see you online again soon. Thanks, Farfetch
Ordered 3 items and a problem with each of them: 1) Wrong colour sneakers sent - apparently unable to send out correct colour, as the mistake was in the description on the wedsite. H2) First coat ordered never arrived, as their distributor no longer held stock of the coat. 3) second coat ordered arrived damaged.
Customer services seem disinterested, and a manager is never available. Still waiting refund for one expensive item, even though the partner took receipt of the item 2 days ago.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use - other better & cheaper websites offering the same.

I have repetitively emailed Farfetch regarding an order for the same item that was placed FIVE times! I urgently need to cancel the four wrong orders but they have not responded at all, and they are continuing with the processing with the order. Within an hour two orders have been processed and are now preparing for shipping. I don't get how you can process an order but can't cancel it? I have been charged five times for the same sweater and I need a response!

I tried it for a couple of times, whenever they are offering coupons, they don't let me check out, saying that there's a problem with my credit card. I feel like whenever there's an issue on their side, maybe it's a technical issue, or they oversell, they all use "An error occurred while processing your payment. Please try again or feel free to try another form of payment" as an excuse. It happened four times already.
Dear W L,
