This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I bought a coat online two weeks ago with my credit card but after few days they sent me an email that the coat's price was wrongly marked so they cannot send me the item due to wrong marked price thus they offered a 20% discount.
Then I tried to bargain since the payment was made so the contract should be formed when they accepted that payment. However they no longer replied for two weeks. This is the worst online shopping website I have ever been to.
Hassle-free transaction, great customer service, excellent packaging! It was my first time purchasing at Farfetch and the item originated from Poland, while I on the other hand live all the way in the Philippines. But I received my item within a week despite the quarantine. I'm so happy!
Bought something during black Friday for 500 thought that I got good deal, one week later they doing the season sale and now it is 400. I asked for price adjustment because same item same size, they just said they can't do anything. But I can return item and buy again. What a bad options. I am not going to do return and wait 2 week for my money and buy again to save 100 dollar. Make me feel stupid to shop here, less than a week price drop 100 and I have to suck it up.
I received my items fine size did not fit. I used their prepaid label and returned. I can see item has been received since Dec 16. Its now Jan 7. I am still not reimbursed. Not purchasing from them again. They dont respond to emails and dont pick up the phone
Excellent website. I really think this is fashions best kept secret. I purchased 6 or 7 items from them over the last few months and loved the service, products and whole experience. They have quite a bad rep online so I wanted to post to help them out as I don't think it's very fair or true of the experience I have had shopping here!
Their shipping is so restrictive you cannot change the address and must be home to sign for package. I work like many others and told them this and they would not help so i had to pick up in a horrible neighborhood shipping office. It took an hour and many attempts at getting package.

Item received could not be worn because the sensor was not removed prior to shipping. This is a major inconvenience as I now have to not only send it back; then wait for my refund; but while those funds are tied up, I have to scramble to find and pay for another sweatshirt for the purpose. Smh
I have been buying from them for a couple of years. They provide a wide selection of the best causal, street and high end brand wear your find on the net!
Best of all, the delivery is top notch; you pay one time the delivery and any customs in your country and its even better than paying them separate!
Packaging is amazing too. They really take care of your items.

The absolute worst. They sell items from Europe, don't respond for weeks, send to the US and for their returns they make you pay 200 customs and $55 shipping, although the site says full refund for returns, so the total loss of any item around $1000 is $400 if they don't fit. I tried ordering again thinking they might have changed and have been waiting for a response for a week. Nothing.
I had a bit of jitters at first coz of that part in the app that says reviewing order after you've already payed. But i realize now I had nothing to worry about! I got the item fast! Dhl was very smooth and efficient! The item was really nice! I'm super satisfied. Definitely buying from farfetch again!
I placed an order for a dress 2 weeks ago, received the wrong order, returned it, got in touch with customer service who acknowledged the mistake, gave me a 10% discount, ordered the dress again based on his promise that I would receive the right one, but no, i receive the wrong dress AGAIN! And in the meantime, my size is gone, but it's posted again a day later, I order that dress and I'm sure it will be wrong. If you don't know how to post and distribute items, I think you should go out of business. Complete waste of time. And I want my money asap!
I bought my off white shoes and the were meant to be leather but they are all made in cotton, i contacted the customer service and they told me
To return the shoes, i dont have time for send back the item as i have a pretty busy job so id like a partial refund
I ordered 2 pair of shoes 10 days ago.
Each pair appears to be shipping from different stores.
On Farfetch web site it states for both pair of shoes "preparing order".
I sent them at least 5 messages to know when it will ship.
The only replied I have received is "We'll be in touch soon".
I cannot even cancel the order because it says "We're already preparing your order so it's too late to cancel".
(It does of course not state how long the preparation can last).
So basically, I have been charged with almost EUR 1.300,- for 2 pair of shoes which they are not shipping.
They are not replying to my emails.
I cannot get a refund because it is too late.
I do not know what I will do next.
One thing is sure it is the last time, I am ordering from them...
I shop the world online constantly and I have found FarFetch to be better than all the rest. The speed at which they get my orders to me in New Zealand is head spinning. When I recently had to return an item (I'd ordered the wrong size). FarFetch made the process an absolute breeze. I didn't have to leave the house and it didn't cost me a cent. I had a full refund in no time. And what I've bought from them is beautiful, good quality product. I love FarFetch.

I purchased a pair of shoes made by rick owens from farfetch website. I just received my item few hours before. I'm so happy that it could be delivered that fast. However, once I open the shoes box, I found a paper wrote "duplicate" in the box. I wanna know what's going on with this? I don't want to spend that much money on a fake item...

I moved to the US and changed my payment method. Even though I spent thousands previously, and was going to keep spending in Farfetch, I was never able to purchase anything with any of my American cards. I called several times, send my documents to prove authenticity, but their dumb system can't do anything.
Should I say that all their competitors like NAP and Matchesfashion work great for me?
It's so frustrating for me that company can lose its pretty loyal customer just because of stupid analytics
Not cool. Probably I will buy less $#*! that I don't actually need or support locals (which is actually great), but as for upcoming recessions that attitude for business is not an option, so hope this review will see anyone smart enough to asses possible loses of their poor practice
Ordered shoes and I did not like the colour, returned them (they even picked them up at my house). Customer service on Facebook immediately answered my question, asking where my return was. Could not say one bad word about them.

This was my first purchase on farfetch.
I must say. It is bit expensive but its completely hassle free, as it takes care of customs clearance and shipping.

Ordered a shirt that was canceled the following morning, so I had to reorder the following business day only for them to turn around and send the wrong shirt. Will never be ordering from them again. If you plan on ordering from them, order under your own risk cause they're like a third party company so if they send the wrong item you will be inconvenienced highly. Just a heads up! In the pictures I have proof of purchase and the shirt I perfected versus what they sent me.

I recently ordered 3 pairs of Tom Ford sunglasses, two in the same design of a different color and then a separate design. I kept one pair and started the process to return the other two pairs. The DHL courier picked up both, signed both slips. I received credit for only one. I write to customer service and they say the other box was EMPTY. A complete fabrication. This is a scam and a lie. I am owed 297 Euros!

Innovative idea - shipping is swift. The only downside is that there is no active exhibition of their telephone number on the website - I had to find it on google search - when I called, there was just an endless loop of soporific classical music and the slow talking drone of the automated service woman telling me to leave a message.
I purchased a ysl bag from the site and apparently they partner with Saint Laurent NYC, got a faulty bag and tried to return. They declined it and did not ship it back until asked, then the bag was shipped in a flimsy box without its original ysl box dust bag receipt and everything. Customer service was useless. Such a joke!
So I found a very rare backpack there that couldnt find anywhere else. I was also lucky to find during the discount season, and was able to get it relatively cheap. Relatively. Prices are high but you should expect that when you want some original designer garments.
I will never shop with this company again. After placing a order one day prior to a huge sales drop in price, the service representative did not bother to contact the boutique, instead I was told to return the item and place a new order, after realizing I was not being refunded my shipping of 24 dollars I contacted another sales rep who told me that they did not contact the boutique and this matter could have been resolved without additional shipping charges. I talked to the management and they said it's not their problem. I am now paying over 48 dollars total in shipping charges for items. I will do everything I can to make my voice heard about this.
