This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
Dec 21st i received call from farfetch support, They wanted to validate something on my purchase I made that month and they were series of personal questions about my purchase history and they were looking for previous address, credit card # etc. It felt like more of an interrogation. I have been shopping online for years never in my life i received a nasty call like that. I already paid for the purchase i made from farfetch earlier that week and i was not sure why i received that call from farfetch support. They told me that they wouldn't ship the item until i clarify all these questions which included my personal information and historical purchase details. It was a clear profiling based on my name or nationality. This is unacceptable. Since then i reported this incident and there is no action has been taken!
Bought an iPhone case during the free shipping period, came in bent and unusable. Asked for an exchange and they said that they usually don't accept exchange but my case is an exception. Waited for 2 weeks without any information then asked again. The said that they will only give me a refund for the amount that I have paid for. Slow response during the live chat.
I ordered a $900 bag as a graduation gift, but due to the couriers negligence someone STOLE IT. Firstly, Farfetch did not even contact me to say my package arrived. Secondly, DHL did not even ring my doorbell to alert me to pick up my parcel. Thirdly, the delivery man just left my parcel in the apartment lobby near the mailboxes. I contacted them for a solution and after weeks of waiting, they just tell me to contact the local police as it's not their fault because they delivered it. They stated that they would not be held accountable for the loss because they delivered it and are not responsible for what happens to it after delivery. I am so disappointed as this was my first time shopping there. Now I've lost $900 and someone is walking around with a bag I paid for. Farfetch AND DHL will not help me come up with a solution.

I placed 4 orders over the past 1.5 weeks. 3 orders got cancelled due to out of stock. However when I clicked on the item I bought which suppose to be out of stock, they are still selling on farfetch at a much higher price. I have never got my order cancelled from other designer online shopping site, but 3 orders got cancelled by farfetch.
I ordered an item, got the cookie cutter/template email confirmation saying that within 48 hours, I'd get an email confirmation from the merchant with updates. Never got that second email. A week goes by. No email. No product. They had charged my credit card and so I call Farfetch and they told me sorry product sold out. So I asked if sold out - why did they charge my credit card? Now I've got random fraudulent charges on that credit card. Maybe Farfetch didn't scam me but surely they are doing a lousy job with the sellers they are allowing on their site. Stay away - no deal is worth the headaches and frustration of fraud and scam!

I purchased a fairly expensive item and when I rec'd it, it was all wrinkled and looked like it had been hanging in front of a store boutique for quite some time considering the discolouration of the dress. As far as I'm concerned, the item should have NEVER been shipped to a consumer in that condition. Trying to get some answers, but only offer apologies.

My package arrived empty, the enveloped had the glue intact and they said the currier confirmed that they have sent it because the weight was correct. They never sent photos of the weight DHL mentioned! Farfetch would not only not reimburse or send me the item but did not even send the photos to prove DHL actually sent the item!
Do not think all companies are equal when it comes to returns. Farfetch makes it very difficult to return items even when following their website instructions. First, to find how to return is difficult and then the website cannot find your purchase, then it is too late to return.Then when I go to upload my pdf invoice, of course their website would not take it. I do shop online and make only a few returns with ease, but this company is difficult to deal with returns. I will shop with other companies that are easier to communicate and more caring to their customers needs.

I ordered a Palm angels tracksuit and it said the purchase had been done and that they only had too confirm, two days later I get an email saying it has cancelled. I talk to my bank and order the pants again, and after two days the same story. This is pathetic.

I've been trying to return items, however, on the return address page it states that the address is invalid even though the address is exactly the same as the shipping address. I've tried calling customer services many times but there is no answer.
The only way to return an item is by booking a courier via their website. So I did this and booked a day and time slot. But the courier never turned up and I've had no communication from the courier nor from Farfetch despite sending them multiple emails and messages via the online form on their website. They say you should return the item within a week to ensure they get it within the 2 week time frame they require for refunds. But how can you do this when you can't get the item collected? I've started a Paypal dispute as fortunately this is how I paid, so fingers crossed this is how I will get my refund

Order a last pair of Versace pumps and Farfetch delivered them in two days to Seychelles instead of South Carolina. I had to wait over a month for a refund and wanted to still get the shoes or at least promo code for my troubles. Well, I received multiple apology emails with neither the shoes nor a usable promo code. Very disappointing and will NEVER recommend anyone to shop there either.
Late delivery, even more annoying with the return, DHL pick up was ok but for the refund, you gotta chase and chase. I usually shop at netaporter and they really made things so easy and efficient, i thought the competitors would at least learn to do the same but farfetch wasted so much time and its stressful to keep emailing to chase for delivery and refund. Annoying af

I successfully ordered in the past, but the past few days, their web site is not functioning properly. I click on a size of an in stock item, the site shows that I have chosen the size, and then when I "Add it to my bag" the item is not placed in my bag, which remains empty. I clicked on the "chat on line option" for help, but the answer back is that no representatives are on line right now, and I've got that answer regardless of time of day. Called the "new phone #" given on the site, no answer, then today after holding a long time a recording takes my name, #, etc for someone to call me back. Is Farfetched having financial trouble?

They are keeping the original boxes of the items. The items then, are sent in a simple box with farfetch logo on it. They also send items in envelopes :)) ). Someone is keeping the original boxes to resale them empty on the internet. I'm 100% sure of this!

I ordered 2 valentino belts from farfetch for $315 and $450 each. The belt for $315 was on sale in its size, and I decided to purchase it knowing I can get the size fixed to my waist in the store. However, I didn't get a chance to fix it for a few weeks.Took it out today realized the belt has scratches, and the plating on the belt has come off? Definitely is not the real product and I am beyond shocked that farfetch has no control over the crap they sell. Utterly disappointed and disheartened, have no words.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding in two weeks time. They have taken the money from my account and are now saying they need a copy of my passport or other ID before they can process the order. I reminded them I'm buying a pair of shoes not asking them for credit! As I'm in the process of moving house and my things have already gone with the removers, I have no scanner or fax machine so can't supply them with a copy of anything. So they have cancelled the order and say the money will take two days to return to my account. And I have no wedding shoes. Appalling and possibly dodgy company.

I've used many marketplace over the years but to me Farfetch is the worst of all of them sometimes I even ask myself if these people go pick up the items on bicycle from Europe to America... my last order that I was charged 25 dollars to get delivered took about a month
God I hate farfetch.
I bought 3 items, 2 were a set. They didn't have 2 of the 3 pieces, including only one that was part of the set, but quickly shipped my order out almost immediately after letting me know that I wouldn't be receiving 60% of what I ordered, leaving me no opportunity to contact them to cancel. This also meant that I received 1/2 of a set with no hope of getting the other half, and had to pay a non-refundable $30 to have this order that I should have been given the option of cancelling delivered to me. When I wrote to them expressing my disappointment, I received a "we value your feedback" email and nothing more. Lastly, now, as I have received the order, I'm told that it was a final sale item and can't be returned. This wasn't indicated anywhere. There goes $140 that I could have just burned and had the same result.

I ordered a beautiful Burberry scarf for a Christmas gift. The package arrived with an EMPTY Burberry box! Farfetch said they needed to do an investigation. After a month and a half they determined they were NOT responsible! Super confused as who would be responsible if not the retailer. I am now out a lot of money AND the scarf I ordered.

First experience with Farfetch: They cancelled my order after 48hours and after the email confirmation that soon my item will be packaged and shipped. Apparently the shoes I purchased were out of stock and their partner didn't update the website. However, they withdraw my money from my bank account within few seconds and cancelled the order after 48 hours. They processed the full refund that should be back in my account in 10 business days + 10£ for my next order (LOL). When I ordered the shoes, they withdraw the money immediately, but when they do the refund, it takes longer... 0 customer experience. I will never shop again at Farfetch. Net-a-porter and Mytheresa are better and more customer orientated!

I don't know why my order was cancelled, I called farfetched and they said this is their security checking and i need to provide ID and picture of my bank card for verification, also I checked with my credit card company, they don't even have such a request.

I ordered a coat as a gift for my son, who was visiting from NYC over Xmas. I ordered on 12/11 and they took my Paypal payment. It is 12/31 and I still have no coat for my kid. All customer service could do was say "It's in customs in Cincinatti". I see, however, that the order languished on the company side until I called on 12/23, and then they claimed it was shipped. They did nothing with the order even though they took my money. Their compensation for late (still no) delivery is a $75 promo code, which I don't want. Why would I want to buy anything else from them? A terrible store. AVOID.

I ordered a case for Iphone 11, and received a case for Iphone 11 pro... in the box for the case for Iphone XR... I had a screenshot from application and email with order confirmation, which showed that I didn't mix up anything, that it indeed should have been Iphone 11. But accidentaly, in application now it's written like it was Iphone Pro in order since the beginning, and during the call support acted like they did everything right, and there is no mistake!
I have written a detailed complaint to the tech support, with the proofs of mistake, and got a response like "you didn't check it when receiving, which means we can't take it back and return you money". It is incredibly outrageous. Honestly, it looks like a scam
And, as icing on the cake, the price, shown in application, was ~56$, but they charged us ~74$
