This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
Finally getting to sharing this. Bought my husband a pair of Dolce & Gabbana slippers for Christmas present. He opened the package on Christmas day, in front of the family. He loved the look (red Carretto Siciliano-print terry slippers). When he put them on however, he said it's not stable (thick foamy soles). The family said he shouldn't take a chance falling while on stairs. So I packed them (in all the original wrappings and package), got shipping labels and sent via UPS. Sometime later I received an email that says they found a problem - pulled thread (from terry cloth). I emailed asking how was the package opened, because I didn't pull any thread while packing them. The next thing they did was to mailed slippers back to me (refusing to take the return). When I looked at the bottom of slippers through the plastics (never opened it), there was a long, VERY visible thread. I absolutely didn't do this because it's not possible to not notice this. Having seen the material, I understand that a pull COULD happen, especially if someone has a sharp object nearby. As a vendor, blaming such an event on a customer without evidence is dishonorable. They could have it repaired. We could have it repaired if we liked the product, but we don't. At this day of age, we will do plenty of on-line shopping's, and returns - never had this kind of experience ever before. Be warned, do not shop on farfetch!

Unfortunately the customer service is awful. For a week now im still waiting for someone to answer me regarding the problems that I had to receive my order. I sent my email 3 times from last Saturday and still nobodys spend few minutes to write me back. This is unacceptable for a well known online shopping site.
Credit card is charged long before item is even shipped and they will lie to you and claim the item has shipped when it hasn't. Very very slow to receive the goods. Another aggravating practice is to mark up items that the boutique they got it from had on sale. They won't price match either.

I bought a mens Prada belt less than 2 months ago for £200 including postage.
The belt has broke, my son only wears it on a weekend as hes at college.
I was told to send pictures, which I have done, then I was told to package it back up with all the documents that I still have and send it back.
Im now told it will take up to 3 months to get a conclusion on a faulty belt, that is longer than we have had the belt.
Totally unacceptable, but reading some bad reviews Iv found that they do this hoping you will get fed up and go away.

Don't buy from them! This is a scam page! I've tried to buy something from them and never managed to do so. Firstly, they always give me an error page saying the payment didn't go thru. Secondly, when their customer service tried to help, my orders went thru, but after a few days they say payment didn't go thru even though money is withdrawn from my credit card. They say they need to verify me by Calling me. For what? How insulting! I use my credit card online and in physical stores everywhere without any problem!
I will never buy from them! Imagine when you think you have found a bargain, you place on order, you get order confirmation, money is withdrawn and a few days after they claim order is cancelled because they couldn't verify my card.

My sister passed the day after I made an order of a "Self-Portrait" dress with them. I had to leave the country and upon my return, my return date had already passed (One week only). The dress didn't fit well. I called them willing to provide proof of my plane ticket and even my sister's death certificate. They said the couldn't accept the return. The dress is missing a belt, it's really poorly made, which makes me doubt is an original dress. I've ordered from Self-Portrait directly before and never had an issue with the quality of their products. I don't even think I can resell the dress online given poorly made it is and since it didn't even come in an original package. It's totally a Chinese knock off!
Please, do not order from this website! We're humans. Things happen to people we need to be treated with fairness. I will never, ever, order from hem again. Don't risk it! Don't do it!
The absolute worst customer service. I was sent the wrong item, not even close to what I ordered. Now I am expected to make the return and your company refuses to send me the correct item. You expect me to re-order the item as if I haven't been inconvenienced enough. I am now running around to return the wrong item you shipped as if I am an employee receiving compensation for my time and energy, while your company can't possibly be inconvenienced with actually shipping me the right item without me re-ordering. I'd like to see if anyone had a problem with their shady practices of requesting copies of credit cards and passport or IDs before they will process your order. I have never heard of this before and would love to know if anyone got scammed. Because this is what it seems like to me.

After returning my order 10 days ago, farfetch hasn´t returned any of my money! I chose PayPal as a way of payment ergo it should have been a prompt way of refunding. I even contacted the customer service yesterday, which promised me an immediate refund, however i haven´t received any money back till this very moment. DEVASTATING!

AWFUL experience with Farfetch - do not ever buy from them. They will screw you over even if they or their suppliers make an error. I received a faulty item a few months ago and filed a return. A courier was booked to come pick up the item. The courier came as booked and I passed the item to them. After several weeks of not hearing an update on my return I called Farfetch. They said that the item was never delivered and as a result I am not entitled to a refund. The courier PHYSICALLY came to my house and handed the item to them. What else was I supposed to do? Instead of filing an insurance claim against the courier, Farfetch CHOSE to penalise the customer and not offer me the refund. So choose wisely. They will side with their suppliers and never their customers. What an awful experience. I will NEVER buy from them again, nor should you.
My son ordered a pair of boots on the 11th December but they haven't arrived.
I have emailed both Farfetch and Swear London but the replies are very generic and nothing is getting sorted.
I have asked for a full refund but once again the email said they are looking in to the issue.
I would never use this company again as the customer service is very poor.

I placed an order for black and white Givenchy Sneakers and when they arrived red sneakers were sent instead. I contacted customer service to have them returned and purchase a new pair, and red sneakers were sent again! Poor quality control. Don't waste your time.
We ordered a hat from farfetched, they took my money and said it would take 1-2 days to process the order. 4 days later they emailed me to say the item was out of stock and that they are refunding me the money. I had a look online to see if this was the case and it wasn't just that the price had gone up! I am totally disgusted with the service and process farfetched are providing! I will not be buying from them again! Jokers!

Sent a Gucci bag without the original packaging and a knock off dust bag. The boutique also didn't send my receipt with the order, which is not acceptable. As I have paid £500+ and expect of my satisfactory. My order is no longer showing up in my Farfetch account, so that I can schedule a returns slot, in time for my order to be shipped back to the boutique. The boutique is Viktac based in Poland. I have called Farfetch customer service and they were no help. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from Farfetch. I cannot trust this retailer.
Ordered a pair of very expensive shoes and tried using a promo code that didn't work. Paid for the shoes full price anyway and then spoke to customer services to some twat female who wouldn't even apply it as a goodwill gensture. Paid for express shipping only to find out that they forgot to process my order! Desperately needed them for a wedding which I am not attending now because farfetch have employed stupid people who cannot do their job properly. I'm truly let down by this $#*! company and I would warn anyone not to use them. Twats

I ordered a golden goose shoes and I received it with an old box the shoes is totally dirty and ripped from one side and it's like someone used it and returned it and Farfetch team didn't even bother to check the item before delivering it. After sending them all the pictures and proof they are asking me to do the return before sending me my money back. They are really unprofessional and they don't even value the customer. They canceled my order 3 different times for security reasons and I never ended up processing an order. Almost 6 months later someone used mg card information and placed to large orders to be sent to an address in London and I live in the US lol. Then 3 months later it happened again. I will definitely never order from here again.
I recently completed my first transaction with this company and, unfortunately, my initial experience left me quite disappointed. I placed an order for a pair of wedding shoes in size 36 EU for my wife. However, the quality of the shoes did not meet the expected standards, and while we reluctantly decided to keep them, the size guide on the website proved to be grossly inaccurate. This led us to initiate a return on the very same day in order to exchange them for the correct size.
Much to our surprise, the company rejected our request for a refund, arguing that the shoes we returned were not in the same quality condition as when they were dispatched. This assertion was entirely baseless, as we had returned the shoes in the exact condition in which we had received them.
I ordered a dark blue Kiton double breasted suit at over 2000 euros. The photograph and description were clear and unambiguous. Farfetch delivered a black single breasted TUXEDO (dinner jacket), with tuxedo trousers! I would not trust this organisation again. It is obvious that no care was taken at all to ensure delivery of the advertised product, or did they think that I would not notice the difference between a black single breasted tuxedo and a double breasted blue suit.
Never order from this website. They are contracted with a bunch of different boutiques that send the actual items, so they serve as a third party or broker for the goods they supposedly sell. They sent me an empty box and the weight matches the label through DHL, but because I had it set for no signature required due to Covid19 issues, they faulted me. This happens a lot according to trustpilot. There is no way for them to regulate what the contracted boutiques sends out, and I happened to be one of the many who received empty box for a wallet that I paid $300. They are not to be trusted. Their corporate office is in the UK, my order came from Italy intact with no package tampering or broken seals, but they said that it was stolen/lost in transit. Yeah, right. Just file a claim through your credit/debit card claims/fraud Dept. Or use PayPal. Done set your DHL for no signature required even though there is a pandemic because if they send you an empty f*cking box, they blame you.
I will never shop here again. The website wouldn't let me check out and continued to refresh every time I tried to purchase an item. I ended up getting confirmation e-mails 1 hour later saying I had bought the items numerous times - charging me up to £600. I called up and was assured the orders would be cancelled and no money would be taken out of my account. However, 5 days later I received an e-mail stating my orders had been cancelled but I checked my bank account and they've taken all the money out. I was told I wouldn't be able to retrieve this money until next week. How shameless of them to do, especially nearing Christmas. I'll also be charged by my bank for going into my overdraft. Disgusting company.

I ordered a gown $1,095.00! I tried it on for 5 minutes, felt it was inferior quality for that price, took it off & sent it back immediately. Farfetch refused to credit, stating that it was damaged. If it was indeed damaged, it was not by my trying it on for 5 minutes.
They were impossible to deal with and I don't know how to resolve this and get my money back. It is too much money to waste when I had absolutely no responsibility. The damage they claim is 1 chrystal that came off the dress. Don't know what to do!
This is the worst shopping experience i had ever had. I purchase for an item on Monday 2th DEcember, i was never infromed about my shipping details, and after i contact them they inform me that they had made a mistake in the price!
