This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
From what I understand the commission withdraw the stores is 15% to 25%, so far so good. I just do not understand why they want more 10% for dispatch of goods when the buyer is also paying the invoice.
The site tells a bunch of lies about when your order is going to be shipped. The 1-2 processing time is total Bs and false advertising. They hold your money and theyre basically a middle man i will never shop here again and i would never recommend them to anybody.
Bought a bag from farfetch. The bag came to me has a scratch on the front. I returned the bag. The order status has been kept at "returning" since then. It has been 4 weeks. Asked CS twice, got replies but no answer. Kept saying they understand. It's like I hv spent the thousand for nothing! Will I never receive the refund?!?!?!

They wouldn't take any liability for lost packages and blame everything on the customer. I had to call customer service multiple times and they always asked me to call FedEx directly. Considering the price of items in their website, I expect much better services.
WORST Customer service ever! I have been waiting for my refund on a item I returned over 6 weeks ago. It has been at customs since March 7th and Joana at farfetch has done nothing on her part to help. She has avoided handling the situation. So far I am out of $ 400. As a owner of a boutique myself I am lost for words. I would never have a customer waiting this long. No matter how tempting a item is. DO NOT order from this site. They are the most disorganized company I have ever purchased from.As of now I am still waiting for my $. I see why they only take emails. TBH this is my first time to write such negative review about shopping platform. I placed my order two days ago and I've been told it's canceled because of out of stock. But it is still in stock when I checked back. The thing is price went higher. I do not think it make any sense to notify customers that my item is out of stock after I placed my order with completing payment. Making money in such way only gives me a reason to not spend single $ on this website.

3. Beyond difficult to have credit issued for item successfully returned within the time guidelines
4. The associate on the phone could not have been less interested in successfully removing the issue of credit issued finally had to file dispute with CC for the credit HORRIBLE! AVOID FARFETCH.

Received the wrong item so returned it for a refund after they could not offer to send me the correct item. After multiple calls, they are now claiming the item i sent back was not what they sent and they cannot give me a refund. Hoping paypal can help me get my money back from these scammers
Don't buy anything here, it is a waste of money. The products are probably fake, because the quality is so bad. The rhinestones of a €487 shirt fell off after wearing it TWICE. I've seen AliExpress products that were better quality.
Farfetch has the worst customer service ever. If your new shoes are too big for you, and you need to complete a return, It is never going to happen actually, because, Farfetch workers are careless about your problem, and will do everything for your return never being complete.

Losing all the protective paper for the chain of bag. Tiny dirt on white color leather surface couldn't be clean. The worst packing I ever shopped online especially a branded product.
Only a dust bag to protect the bag and shipped with a super over size carton box. Imagine the bag was colliding all the times in the box during the delivery. Unbelievable for a AUD 3780 product.

Tried to call customer service it took 45min on two occasions for someone to answer
No help whatsoever. I was told in a rude manner I will not get my order on time and that's it.
4 days after still processing order and no news or update. First and last time using this website. Avoid
Bought a pair of shoes shipped from Europe. The shoes were displayed items since the right shoe was obviously looser than the left shoe. I paid over hundred dollars on the shoes with us$25 on shipping. Was very disappointed about the purchase. I would not recommend buying from them since all merchandises are shipped from third parties retailers. Farfetch would never be able to exam the quality of the merchandise.

They are sooo rude and dishonest. I returned something only because it didn't fit within their return guidelines and they are saying they will only give me store credit. When you pay so much for an item it is ridiculous to only get a store credit. With no phone number and overseas its a scam. I'd rather pay more and get it from a reputable store - buyers beware!

I ordered 2 dresses. Only one of the dresses was delivered. The shipping label, packing slip and everything showed 2 dresses, but the package only had one dress. This is a $750 dress that I was charged for, and never received. I've been in contact with farfetch for 3 months, every time I call they say they're reviewing with the company and will get back to me within 24-48 hours. They do not get back to me, I have to call and it's the same story. I demand my money back. I don't know what else I'm supposed to do. Stay away from this company. This is a fraudulent company.

I ordered Grey Joshua Sanders sneakers for $198. And got Brown one ($168). I asked to change they said they don't have grey, but they will give me 10% discount for Brown.
I said that even with 10% discount Brown are cheaper. So I was offered to place an order in another color.
I asked for Red. They responded me after 3 days. They said we can't change it for red. Sorry. WTF?

They offered me 10% off. I think 10% is for a new item with certain flaws, So I said no and I would like to have a 25%off. They rejected my offer today. Ready to return the item but since it already been close two weeks return period. Finger crossed that I can get my money back.

I was about to purchase 2 pairs of the almost $100 for one pair of Rihanna x Fenty fur slides! SOOO glad i googled reviews because that is almost $200 out of my pocket for fake shoes or to have an issue! Always look up reviews on Google before buying from a website that you may not of heard of!

I just bought a trousers ship to uk and that item is only cost 260 pounds, while i was purchase, there was only one shipment method to choose, which was express 2 days delivery( 12 pounds). Its been 3 - 4 days now and just got a call from dhl saying i need to pay101 pounds more for vat charge.
I have ordered at 09/12 the bag as gift for my pregnant wife to Portugal. I wanted to make a surprise for her
But Farfetch send me at 15th that they are return back my order to store and now price will be 950€ instead of 610€, and I should make a new order and pay x2 price, because soon Christmas. So, now my money are hold, my wife without gift and it was my last order in Farfetch.

When I received the order, I saw it came from Belgium, the same country as I live in! The original price was still on the box: 125. I paid 75 for a shipment within the same country! I've placed an order on Nov 3rd, and waited till Nov 5th with no changes on the order status. Therefore, I contacted the customer service via email.
They emailed back to inform me the item was out of stock and cancelled my order.
However, shockingly, I found the exact same item automatically appeared in my shopping cart with the price going up!
I felt cheated! Not only did they lie about the item being out of stock, but also used up my first time 10% off which I could have used on the scarf I bought the next day!
Worst of all, I have written another email stating this matter but got no response so far!
Be aware and stay away from this website! They practice price fishing, lie to you and cancel your order!
