This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
Farfetch in the name of discounts inflates the cost price by more than 100% and cheats the customers. Technically you are paying more price than the original cost itself. Be carful when you purchase at Farfetch site
Just received my husband's Christmas gift the day before Christmas. It was supposed to be delivered on the 20th. The sweater was supposed to be size 4, the item I received was size 2. One day before Christmas and I don't have a Christmas gift for my husband.
My wife and I ordered our Daughter a pair of shoes that were pretty expensive, we opened the box and their weren't any shoes in the box. So we reached out to Farfetch and FedEx! They both don't want to take responsibility but FedEx did inform me that the package only weighs 1.7 pounds and that weight could only be the box and paper! So we re ordered the same exact shoes and the recorded weight was 3.7 pounds which is the actual weight and further proving our point that the vendor never shipped the shoes. Farfetch is not willing to correct the situation or refund us our money. DO NOT SHOP WITH FARFETCH!
I ordered a bag from my son who's on trail from a big case he's being feeling terrible and suicidal the back was supposed to come in a week it came three days earlier and it was a womens jacket that was supposed to go to Canada I live I. Washington DC in America. He cried all day he's 20 I couldn't do anything and the rude people at Farfetch I hate hate hate them so much

Absolutely exasperating! I paid for a product which I NEVER received, and all I got in return were roundabout answers and bureaucratic redundancies from their customer service. For a company that prides itself on its reputation, FARFETCH has shown an overwhelming aura of complacency and indifference.
I felt completely dismissed during our exchanges. It's shocking that a brand of FARFETCH's caliber can treat its customers with such disregard. Instead of tangible solutions or clarity, I was met with vague responses that danced around the issue.
It's one thing to not receive what you've paid for, but it's another to feel like your genuine concerns are being tossed aside by the very service that's supposed to help. For anyone considering shopping with FARFETCH: be wary. You might end up paying for empty promises and sheer frustration.
Rating:
1. I have noticed that whenever you look at an item a few times, after a while the price will increase
2. Their promo codes are scams, don't work. I signed up for the newsletter for the 10% promo code but when i selected my item, it said the products don't qualify. IF IT WON"T WORK THEN WHY BOTHER OFFERING A CODE?
3.2nd case is. I used honey for a 10% off promo code which worked then after i refreshed the page to add another product into cart. The code didn't work anymore. Its like they knew i was about to purchase something then they cancelled the code.
I 100% don't reccommend farfetched. Much rather pay a little more and buy from the actual retailers than this scam of a company

I have tried to contact Farfetch several times from Australia and the phone number continually rings out with no answer despite the website saying they are available to answer 9am - 6pm. This smells of a very dodgy website. Do not purchase

I was looking for a proenza bag and i chanced upon this site. I decided to take the plunge and make a purchase especially since there was international shipping available. The shipping was fast and efficient. HOWEVER, the item i received looked worn and there were scratches on the hardware of the bag and on the surface of the leather as well. The condition of the bag was bad! I did not expect to receive an item like that!

I ordered 2 pairs of snaker from farfetch. The items were sold by Browns UK. After more than a week from my order placed, I was informed by Brown's that both snaker were out of stock. I really surprised by the system used by farfetch or Brown's. 1st, the system should not complete my order if there is no stock. 2nd it is unbelievable that it took a week to find out they are out of stock. I will never buy from Brown's again.
FarFetch customer service is completely incompetent in locating a lost package that was shipped to me. I bought a jacket priced at $4900 and the package they shipped through FedEx was supposed to be delivered to me for signature upon arrival.
Instead Fedex routed it to what is called a "clearance broker".
FarFetch Emailed me and informed me that I need to pick up the package from some entity called "Various" and take my FedEx and ID with me.
But they did not tell me the location of "Various" nor their phone number, and when I called them to obtain it, they refused to give it to me.
The package has still not been delivered to me, and FarFetch has refused to give me instructions on how to pick up the package from "Various".
Tip for consumers:
Be aware that their customer service is very unknowledgeable and lazy.

Like other people who had to return an item that did fit not I had a bad experience. Got a shirt - it did not fit - returned it with all tags attached, followed all the return instructions and now the store in Rome Gente Roma claims I did not include the tags. Regret not taking a picture of my order! Not sure how this will be resolved. Learned my lesson - will read reviews first before shoping on any online store. Got used to great customer service on amazon, neimanmarcus, saks.

I order over a $2000 worth of items... things was delivered to wrong address and i sent pictures of the home that was not mines. I sent them proof of my home and the home they sent me and they tell me it's nothing they can do and want me to be okay with it... and costumer service really no help I asked to speak with a manger no manger I asked for the corporate number and no corporate... I will no longer be a shopper.
I foolishly bought a pair of golden goose(GG) from fartfetch without checking the reviews. I have recently learned that they do stand behind the merchandise that they sell. I purchased my GGs a month ago. The star is detaching from the shoe. As much as GG costs, it is a no-brainer that there is a problem with the design of the sneaker. The associate provided me with two options: 1) take the item to a repair shop and get the invoice approved and then they will pay a percentage (percentage not disclosed) 2) complete extensive paperwork to be reviewed by the brand that doesn't often acknowledge that the product is poorly designed. That said, I will avoid third-party stores.
Tip for consumers:
Customer no service. No refunds or exchanges even if the product is poorly designed. (Golden Goose sneakers are not cheap).

I am having the same HORRIBLE experience as others. Bought shoes and when UPS delivered to door, there was an additional $40 shipping due that FarFetch didn't pay. Then the shoes didn't fit so emailed them about return. They never got back to me and no phone number to call. Emailed them every few days for several weeks and when I finally got an apologetic reply that there email system was having problems, they still did not answer my question about how to return the shoes. I have sent them 5 more emails and still no response. This was an expensive purchase, almost $400 and I am beginning to think that this is a scam. At best, this is the WORST ONLINE RETAIL EXPERIENCE hands-down that I have ever encountered!
If anyone has advice on how to return my shoes and get my money back, please let me know! Thanks.

I purchased an item from FARFETCH which happened to be very tight and caused injury to my feet.
When I tried to return it, they accepted it and sent me a shipping label.
I shipped it back expecting a refund which never came.
Next thing, I called them only for them to say that they can't refund me anymore because its passed the return date.
Remember, this was already discussed that with the rep prior to them sending me the return label, And she said it was OKAY
Today, they have both my Shoe and my refund.

There are 2 items I never received but Farfetch said they already delivery. No refund. Don't buy from them or you will have the same problem like me in the future.
I just received today a dsquared t shirt that seemed too big for the size i ordered wich was large. Behind the neck, the size says L but the other tag wich is inside close to the ribs, it says XXL! So, either its fake, wich is completely illegal and unacceptable or i really dont know what happens with this company. Very dissapointing, i feel scammed. I m sure they will reply me with their robot messages: we are very sorry blah blah blah, the experience you describe does not reflect our luxury blah blah blah. Never again. I ordered approximately 700$ of clothes, one jacket and one pant
I never got it, apparently a third party took care of the delivery, so it was hard to track the items, they were not sure where it was, I finally got a confirmation it has been delivered, when I contested it, they sent me a proof of delivery, but it's not even sign by myself, it's the name of someone I don't even know, what a shame to deliver expensive clothes but to deliver it with any care, I told them I didn't sign for it, it's not my name on the signature, they didn't want to hear more about it and they closed this case and after months i still never been refund or even a voucher
They give you parcel to any guy who will be there when they deliver

I order recently items worth US$ 1985 this is a large amount of money- this is my first time ordering and item for this website as i really love the jacket and the shoes that will shipped from a small boutique from france- i pay the whole amount on my card and the money as been taken or pending from far fetch- and they told me that i need to transfer the money to there bank account which they will sent me over from and email and let go of my money which is in pending! I purchased this on monday 22/10/12 and the response of the email is very slow! I tried to ring customer service and it only put me on a left message! I still dont have my money with me and my order is not in process! I keep emailing farfecth and there response are very slow and the action is disgusting! I am very worried now that if i can get back my money or my order witht his company are genuine... please help!

I purchased a Jordan retro 1 low on this website for $ 207.19 + delivery fee, it's the worst Nike product i I've ever seen. One i opened the box my 13 years old son told me Dad this is fake.
Farfetch has no buyer protection or insurance on lost packages, which is crazy considering they are shipping expensive luxury goods around the world and there are increasing incidences of fraud and theft. I ordered an expensive bag, and it took several days and an email from me to even see the bag shipped; once it was shipped (via FedEx, signature required) the driver marked the package as delivered even though no one ever rang my bell or knocked on my door. A copy of the signature proves it was forged. I am distraught, as I have quite literally been robbed, but Farfetch says they won't do anything because FedEx claims the package was delivered. They "investigated" but as far as I can tell, their investigation involved checking the fraudulent tracking. I can't only complain about the shipper here, because it's just unbelievable that a luxury retailer would not have a policy, insurance or other recourse available to their customers for this not insignificant risk. Do not buy from them, you're rolling the dice. Go with a retailer with better policies.
I bought the moncler acorus jacket for £560 from farfetch website, i then got a email saying thanks for your purchase from dellagilo i then googled the company and found they sell it for £506 with delivery. I feel this is a big scam.

I wish I'd looked at this site before ordering.
I won't bore everyone with the details of the issues I encountered as sometimes even the best websites have problems and it's the way they deal with them that matters.
Two different customer services assistants promised me calls back which I did not receive, the third advised that she had arranged a redelivery of an item shortly before I received an email advising it had been sent back to Italy.
I have called four times following the receipt of this email to see if they could have it sent back to me, I haven't been able to get through I've left a number of messages asking for a call back and an email requesting the same. No response.
The products that Farfetch offer are fabulous but if you have an issue the customer services is none existant, I would expect better customer care from poundland never mind a designer clothing retailler.
