This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I did many shoppings via Farfetch, all fine till you do need to return the item. They wrote me back: Unfortunately, your order... cannot be refunded. We have checked the shipment information of your return and found that it was not handed over to the shipping partner as agreed.
I will never understand this, I returned the item to Latvia by DHL with all labels I got from Farfetch!

Absolutely SCAM company. Bought a dress, returned it within days following every step. I am super petite and once I opened the package saw how huge this dress was. NEVER EVEN TRIED IT ON, did not remove it from the hanger or plastic bag it came cover on and after several calls and insisting over email what was the status of my refund they are saying that it arrived damaged.
A complete lie! The dress is almost $5000. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card provider but AVOID yourself problems with this company. As they made something up to not issue my refund.
This item I bought it was actually sold out, I received an email one day saying it was back in stock so most likely someone bought it before and returned it and now they want to blame me for something that DID NOT HAPPEN.

Pretty disappointed, I spent over $4,000 on a bag that I wasn't able to buy in store as it wasn't available in Australia, only to have it arrive without a YSL box or bag. I like to store my bags in their boxes to keep them well looked after, but I have nothing to store this bag in. Can this be rectified?
I can't recommend this site. Extremely poor customer service. If you buy a product today, and the price gets reduced the following day, then you won't be able to get the difference refunded.
I will never ever order anything from this company ever again, I placed order online when FedEx came to deliver a stranger walking down the street met driver outside truck signed for package and kept going, all footage caught in my ring doorbell, I advised the company I never received my shoes I order for 1,300 they basically said screw off, nothing we can do. They wouldn't offer a reship refund to investigate nothing, I called customer service for week for a corporate phone number address something in the US they all act as if they didn't understand me.
I purchased merchandises from Farfetch for a few times. They sent me the wrong order for the first time, but the shipping was way too expensive to return it. And they canceled another two orders, saying that it was the problem with my credit card, but when I called my credit card company, they said it was Farfetch who canceled the orders. Guess they oversold.

Copared to our local competitor "Onas" your price is high plus the shipping for me against my purchases i should be entitled to free shipping also i did not like the idea of getting each item severely it should be compiled once and send it to my address. The packaging is really bad i though i might get it in its original box (for troy burch i got it in plastic small bag not in its original box as if i am buying in garage sale. This is going to be my first and last experience in buying from farfetche.
Very bad experience. I bought for 2.5 K $. One item was not fit for me, so I tried sending it back via the app. The app told me someone would come pick it up, but no one came. I then sent 3 messages to Farfectch via their app, but got no answers. I finally reached out to their support department via theiur website on a PC. They finally answered me, they basically told me that since it was past 14 days, they could not do anything for me. They would not listen to me at all. I told them it was my 4th message to them and that my 3 previous one where left unanswered, but they would not listen. So 600$ in the garbage, basically.

I was so happy when my first order arrived early than expected. When I opened the package, the right shoe looked worn! Because my son, liked the shoe, I decided to keep it. My second order just arrived today AFTER WAITING FOR ETERNITY! The order was not processed until I contacted Farfetch 6 days after my order was placed AND PAID FOR. I was still happy to receive it until I opened the package and saw that it was the WRONG SIZE. How extremely frustrating! I checked the site and the size I ordered is still available. What is wrong with you people? My feet are not going to magically grow from a 37 to a 38! Some care in these orders would have been nice!

NO ASSISTANCE ON DAMAGED ITEMS. Sunglasses (over 500) had issues with polarized layer on lenses scratching super easily 6 months after I bought it. Polarized layer was coming off just by cleaning with cloth.
It was a product issue/ defect.
Farfetch blamed me for it without giving a chance to analyse the sunglasses to get to a proper conclusion. After insisting with them they said they contacted the brand and the brand the conclusion was the same.
At the same time I contact them I contact the brand directly (in LA, USA)(I live in Europe) and they accepted to solve the problem and get the lenses exchanged.
Do not expect any assistance on your purchases from Farfetch.

I ordered a shirt which was delivered by DHL. DHL Didn't follow my delivery instructions and left the package at the door instead and sent me a blurry picture as proof of delivery. When I got back the package was not there. I contact Farfetch and the said they will investigate and get back to me with a decision regarding a refund. The company got back to me through one Andre who said that the company can't bear liability since I agreed for the package to be delivered at the door which isn't through and I have evidence. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this transaction. The company is a very fraudulent one, I'LL ADVISE YOU TO AVOID.
I was just told to take them to a shoemaker and have them stretched out! WTF. They cost 2000kr and I have never had to take any shoes to stretch so that is admitting that it was not a normal size which should have been mentioned on the site. I have spoken and written with 3 girls so far and they just say one bs story after another. This is really unfair. It was my bday gift and I love the shoes but they are not a normal fit and I should not be treated this way. This company will soon go out of biz. Who will put up with such treatment?

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FARFETCH. Purchased a $700 pair of Golden Goose shoes - the GGDB branding came off after just 2 wears. Contacted Customer Service – no response for over a month. Then - after several follow-ups – they finally offered to arrange a return back to the boutique (in Italy) for a "brand assessment" which could take up to 3 months, without any guarantees - apparently they could still deem it ‘wear and tear' and send me back the faulty shoes. Apparently, it's totally acceptable for a pair of $700 designer shoes to become faulty after 2 wears with the Seller assuming no responsibility or warranty whatsoever!
Bought the shoes in June, it's now September and I still don't have a resolution, nor a pair of shoes I can wear. Just a disgrace that Farfetch acts this way. To all you online shoppers – DON'T buy from them. Go elsewhere. And if you're buying online, check the returns policy as you may find yourself at a loss if anything goes wrong.
I purchased an expensive article of clothing from then and needed to return it. They use DHL which is awful. DHL came and picked up the item which I I have a confirmed apt that I scheduled through Farfetch. Well DHL LOST the package. I spent weeks on the phone with DHL and finally they told me they lost it and go to Farfetch for reimbursement. Farfetch states I have to go back to DHL who now claims since they can't find it it's not their fault. Meanwhile numerous reps at Farfetch told me this happens all the time bc DHL is awful yet they refuse to refund me. Do NOT buy fro te it's a major hassle if you need to return anything through incompetent DHL!

They sent me the wrong size made a label and put the size I ordered on it my daughter has a photo shoot and now she don't have any shoes to wear I'm very disappointed!
I ordered a pair of cartier frames with no issues before but this time around the customer experience was horrible my package got delayed in customs through the courier DHL and it seemed like nothing was done in a prompt manner to help push my shipment through I let Farfetch know what additional information was needed and they claim they sent it and due to the regulatory guidelines they shipped it back to the importer and initially saying that they received everything they needed but DHL claims that a piece of information was invalid and all Farfetch can do is issue a refund after its returned to the shipper and won't honor the promotional price I purchased the item for if I wanted to purchase again and the frames are hard to find anywhere else.

I've ordered jeans at the beginning of December and so they were delivered to someone else in UK. I've contacted them so many times and they kept telling me that I should wait. HA HA HA. I've contacted DHL Russia (I'm in Russia at the moment) and they told me that they've never received jeans and that most likely that's a scam. I'm waiting for the end of their investigation and reading what people have to say about their experiences and OMG they are so many of us who were scammed.
I've ordered from this awful website only because my fav net-a-porter.com didn't have my size and so I kinda had to try farfetch.com WORST DECISION SO FAR. farfecth.com, you are a bunch of scammers and you should literally close your website. They are cheater and liar. Don't buy something from that website. I ordered Mcqueen Sneakers and it had to be delivered between December 11 and 13 but I did not recieve yet. Costumer sevices always say about my order. I try to cancel order. I hope I can do.

I agree with most of the bad reviews that people have said. Last week I ordered a giuseppe zanotti shoe and since it was my first order I got a 10% off with a price of $658 (Order number: YVJYTJ). But a day later, farfetch mailed me and said that it was canceled because they couldn't approve my payment details. So I mailed them and asked what I could confirm so I could actually buy the shoe but there was no reply -- usually I could just confirm some details with stores like neiman marcus or harrods via phone or email if there was any issue with the payment and the order would be back on right away. But this wasn't the case with Farfetch. Then when I check the same shoe on Farfetch, the price has gone up to $720. And like others have said, this useless order made me use up my 10% discount as well. I feel cheated and hence i do not recommend Farfetch to others at all!

Expensive things with wrong price tags and make-up discounts. This time i have to return two things, the self-help return system in their website DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, i kept rescheduling but no courier email confirms, no one gives a $#*! your schedule in that page says. You HAVE TO call the farfetch phone and it took FOREVER to be picked up, when they do pick up, they are not helpful at all. Instead of apologizing to you, they asked me to contact the courier themselves so that i can schedule a pickup- where the label is owned by FarFetch! It is impossible to do that, really. This is THE WORST you could imagine. Don't shop here. Shop at SSENSE, better taste, better price, better service.
Purchased Phillipe Model sneakers ($317) they arrived. I noticed the soles were rotted on one of them, front and back. I immediately notified Farfetch and sent photos to document the issue. I was told that I had to send the sneakers to the manufacturer, in Italy, and it would take up to TWO months for their investigation and to resolve the issue. Resolve what issue? I was sent sneakers that should not have been sold to me and now they expect me to be out $317 and the sneakers until they conclude their investigation? Poor customer service. They should have either refunded me or sent out a new pair immediately. I have also contacted Phillipe Model, the manufacturer of the shoes, with no response. Seems neither one of them wants to stand behind the brand. I am frustrated and disappointed to be treated this way. Please don't purchase from either. I will never own another pair of P.M. sneakers and my Golden Goose sneakers I will purchase from a retailer who stands behind the brands they sell and treats customers well. Farfetch, you're an utter disaster and a serious disappointment.
