This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I tried to purchase an item, but even after using four different payment methods, they cancelled it every time. This company is a fraud. Don't trust them!
I will never attempt to do business with this company again! After several explanations they refunded a account that's no longer there so good luck on me tracking my money down! Thanks Farfetch!

The customer service at Farfetch is so sorely lacking, in this day and age of online shopping there is really no reason to shop here. My daughter bought me Veja sneakers for Christmas. They ran extremely large probably a whole size too big, I'm guessing they were mismarked. Since most places have exceptions of return windows that close 30 days after Christmas I called on Jan. 19th., the Farfetch window closed 10 days earlier. They would not speak to me about the return, only my daughter could call (which is super odd for a gift giver to have to get involved). I could also send an email but it had to be from my daughter's account (again, very awkward). I offered to pay to ship the sneakers back and exchange them for my size but they were unyielding. I would not be returning if there wasn't an issue with the sizing. There is absolutely no reason to shop at Farfetch when there are so many retailers with normal and understanding customer service. Their policy of getting the gift giver involved with a return is lunacy. They are extremely shortsighted. What a waste of time, energy, and money!
I placed an order 2 weeks ago, the delivery time anounced was 4-5 days, however my order is still "Preparing for shipping".
I tryed many times to understand why I'm still waiting for my order and I chated many times with the "customer service" (it's a non sense because they're completely inefficient and don't ensure a quality service) the only answer they was able to give was "We contacted the store to know why your order hasn't been shipped".
After many reminder and times wasted chating with them I decided to cancel my order, and they told me they weren't able to do that neither because they have to wait for the answer of their supplier.
So here's my situation: I can't receive my order because their supplier doesn't answer and I can't be refunded netiher because they don't answer. So I can't wait decades but they did debit my account! I paid for something I won't receive and I can't cancel, I call that a theft!

My first purchase was a splurge for my daughter, a sweatshirt for almost $300! I accidentally ordered a medium instead of a large. I contacted customer service and was told that they couldn't change the order OR even cancel the order I would have to have it delivered and RETURN IT! I LOST $1,600 and they refuse to return the money to me.
I purchased a $1,600 Off-White bag from the website directly on October 19. When I got the bag it came with a security tag on it so I decided to refund it. Farfetch provided me with a return PDF to print with a waybill number on it. I returned it November 9th. When I called to follow up with the refund 2 weeks later, they said it's lost in transit and told me to wait. Two weeks later they emailed and they said they followed all their steps so it was not their fault and decide to close the case and refuse the refund of $1,600. When she called DHL they said the waybill number was incorrect and said it was from Mexico to Mexico. So Farfetch messed up and refuse to fix the issue. It's taken them a ridiculous amount of time to figure things out and when they couldn't figure it out they decided to just sweep it under the rug and ignore what has happened completely. Do NOT purchase from them.
My card was misappropriated and I was notified it was used for several transactions, two of which on Jan 7,2020 on Farfetch.com.
I contacted the police and vendors within two hours. The other vendor cancelled the orders within one hour and offered to cooperate with the police to provide the offenders details. Farfetch customer service promised to check and then did not reply. I prompted two days later and got a "sorry" email, where they said they would reply asap. They didn't, so I asked again one a week later which they replied quickly and said "We tried our best to stop the delivery and to RTO, but because the man pick up the package at express service point not waiting at home" plus an apology.
I am very skeptical of their "tried our best", because no cancellation or refund, was offered and even emails weren't actively replied unless I chased. It feels to me they would prefer to wave these incidents away, receive the revenue at my expense and even though a crime had happened literally in their backyard that they were given full notice of!

Ordered a Dsquared2 gown on behalf of a client for whom I am a stylist/personal shopper. I witnessed my client try on the dress which was a little too small and didn't drape properly. Immediately arranged for a return tag and had the item shipped back per the site's specifications within the appropriate time frame. Lo and behold, the dress arrived back at my doorstep last Friday (with no heads-up from FarFetch customer service) The boutique asserts that the dress is "damaged" and in addition to dumping an unusable dress back on me they charged an additional $120US for the privilege of being screwed over (duties and shipping) FarFetch has provided me with the same tired "your agreement is with boutique, not us" song and dance that others have received and has done nothing to lobby for a more satisfactory outcome. I've offered to pay a restocking fee. I've asked them to negotiate a lesser refund. All to no avail. I have a dress worth over $1K that does not fit and was not wanted by my client. So, add BOTH me and my client to the list of aggrieved patrons of FarFetch. I've had previously successful purchases on the site but given this experience I will never shop here again. In fact, I will actively discourage others (including the thousands of members of AICI) from shopping here. Not worth the headache and financial damages one may suffer at the whim of their boutiques. Far better sites are Matchesfashion.com and netaporter.com for items in these price points.

I buy two kenzo sweaters from farfetch. They are totally different with the same style swearters sale in the authorized kenzo franchise. Material is
Different, prints Is different, label is different, even the size is different even though they are both XS. The manager of kenzo franchise told me that these two kenzo Sweaters are fake ones. I complain these problem to farfetch. At firstly they gave the explanation very funny. The difference is caused because of apply by different manufacturers. But they are exactly same style and shows produce in same country. I trust kenzo will keep the same style sweater in the same size. They just say if you are not satisfied with goods, just return. I said need more explanation, then noboday response. They ignore this every important question. Pleas we don't want to waste money to buy fake one. Once you are being found what are you doings, you just chicanery. And just disregard my email. Really bad service. Guys please open your eyes, farfetch sale fake ones.
Hello, I ordered from Czech Republic 3 things, price: 3514. 45: wallet, shoes and bag. The wallet and shoes came without problems in good stuff, but the bag for the delivery history was in Prague, but for some reason it was sent back, and didn't deliver to the my address, I waited bag 5 days. The support service (Ana C. And Magda R.) told me that the payment failed and the bag was returned, but how can payment not be paid if the purchase was paid by one card, and two things have come, and the third is not. Then they said from the support service that the payment will be returned to the card, although there was an opportunity to return it to the credits of Farfatech and I can buy again without problem with card. First they must ask how it will be more comfortable for me to send them to the card or credit them. I'm a buyer and I'm right. People's re working in a similar company should sell and help, and not be pofigistic. Negligent attitude, spoiled the mood, I say white, the support service says black, I will never use this service again, because with this bag I had to go on the friends wedding, and and now it's spoiled, it's better to order directly from original boutique.

In November, I ordered a Jil Sander tangle small white from Farfetch. When I received the item, it's MILK white (with different product ID and the tag was broken). I returned and received a different amount which delivery fee was excluded. I found it unacceptable as it's Farfetch who sent the wrong item. I shouldn't bear the delivery fee so I email them and get my refund in the end.
After 1 month, in December, I purchased the same item again. I even email asking them to remind the vendor to send the correct item this time round. The new customer service replied me, in a way I didn't feel good… When I finally received my second order, the item is wrong again! And the wrong item I received is exactly the same item as I received in November (I can recognise it because the broken tag shares the same tear and there is a handwriting on it). I guess the item experienced 3 times of return as they strike off the code and hand write the new code this time. Once again, I wrote to Farfetch, same customer service, and s/he replied me the same answer. S/he has a reply template which is really different from the 1st customer service.
I was recommended by influencer. However, a terrible experience I had with Farfetch……!

I ordered from this site because I couldn't find the specific DVF sweater I wanted in my size from other well known (to me) online stores or e-tailers. I ordered the sweater, & received the DHL delivery quickly. (At a cost if $24)However, the boutique it came from sent the wrong item. I received a DVF silk blouse, not a wool blend sweater. I spent over an hour in an online chat with Farfetch who explained to me that they could not give a full refund, including my original shipping cost ($24.00), because they sell for over 300 boutiques & the individual boutique needs to approve it. I was then asked to, send a photo of the item received. Bottom line, an hour in an online chat, 7 emails exchanged with 4 photos attached, & boutique still insisted they sent the right item. They would not acknowledge mistake. Farfetch rep saying "I'm on your side" but apparently powerless to help the consumer. Would NEVER buy from Farfetch again. NO customer service! Consumer has to prove by photos showing fabric tag of item received that it did not match fabric of item ordered! Still no refund of original shipping cost. DO NOT waste your time buying anything from Farfetch. Big hassle for THEIR mistake!

I bought a leather jacket from farfetch blk dnm. It dident fit so i returned it. Well after 7 days they contact me by email saying the store wont give me a refund and will be shipping the jacket back to me becouse apparently it smelld smoke and had been worn... NOT only do i not smoke i only wore it ONES! This is unaccepteble. I am thinking of making this a legal matter. Its the worst experience ive had with online shopping. Ive orderd from many different stores outside of eu but i have never been treated this badly before. Also i recived a bill from dhl for 200 dollars for shipping that i was under the impression that it was free... They told me that i had to pay for it becouse shipping to norway is ddu. I never write reviews but I feel the need to write my experience with Farfetch so others are aware. I was sent the wrong color of the an I purchased. I returned the item and re-ordered the same item with the hopes that it would be the right color. I received an order confirmation. I was told by the customer rep that they would ensure that I was delivered the right item the next time around. I never received the item. Instead I had to contact them to ask where my item was only to be told that it is now out of stock. I was told I need to wait up to 14 days to receive my refund and offered no alternative. I called, and I spoke to Kat who was extremely rude and condescending. I have purchased over the years high end quality clothing and have never encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism. I was 'told' my item was not confirmed as they have up to 48 hours to confirm; however, I never received an email after 48 hours indicating that the item was no longer available yet the money was taken out of my bank account. Be aware!
Appearantly it is normal for them to get the money and you never receive what you paid for. Its not just that there is an issue with the order. The order simply never arrives!
DO NOT TRUST THEIR RETURN POLICY. I innocently bought a jacket from them and when it came, the material was not as described and was a little bigger than I expected so I decided to just to return it and no harm was done. All the tags were still attached and everything was exactly as it was given to me. A courier comes, inspects it before he collects it then ships it back. I then receive no contact for a while, and the return order disappears from the website. I call customer service who put me on hold for 45 minutes. Only to tell me that the item was received damaged despite a courier checking the quality of the shirt before taking it from me. THIS IS THIEVERY, THEY NOW HAVE MY MONEY AND THE JACKET. IT IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM A SITE THAT IS A PONZI SCHEME.
And after I'm call with comtommer service. Im find they have different size I'm asking can you send me different size they said I'm need pay full price.

I have last week (week 2 2018) placed two orders W7VS6U & RMK3BK (international orders). None of the items were available for purchase, however, the order amounts were deducted my credit card immediately and the last order still not credited my account one week later.
One thing is that items are not available for purchase - other websites seem to have this in order - but another thing is that Farfetch deduct the order amount from the customers credit card before event knowing if the item is available for purchase and before shipping - also contratry to the practice of other international websites and not in accordance with EU-regulations for that subject.
New customers be warned: Farfech deduct the order amount immediately for items not available for purchase, and you have to struggle with them for the reimbusement - and wait for it - afterwards.
Farfetch must really have a lot of frustrated customers and surely - Farfetch NEVER again

Received the wrong item.
