This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
No packaging came with this item, only the shoe box directly inside the carrier brown bo. Was disappointed as this is for a present and I ll have to package the boots myself.
I bought a down jacket and the size guide in the website was indicating 48European belongs to US M size. But when I received the item there was written 48 belongs to Size S. I said them they accepted that they are wrong amd they told they will fix the wrong info in the website. Then they proposed me to exchange, I said OK, but when I sent item back for exchange they wrote me that the bigger size is expensive and I need to pay additional fee for that.
This is a not serious and non competent company.
They even didnt take resposibility for their fault.
I have shopped many times at Farfetch. However, out of my last 3 orders. I have twice now been sent items in error. The first time I ordered plain cotton Rick Owens hexagram sneaker, yet I received the waxed denim. Unfortunately for me, I opened the package past the return limit date. On my most recent order I ordered the Rick Owens - Geobasket in Black/Milk, I however received the Black/Milk/Green which is nowhere to be seen on site. So my options are... I can either return them and have no Geobasket (as now they have non in my size) and from what I can see unavailable everywhere or just keep what I am given. They offered me an insulting 10% discount on my next order. DO NOT SHOP HERE! SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Looks like Louisa Via Roma and Ssense will be seeing a lot more from me.
As the reviewer below me stated, this company practices "dynamic pricing," which means they'll raise the price on you for no reason because they think you'll be willing to pay more for an item or they can get someone else to pay more. It's sneaky and unethical when they use your browsing info such as cookies, your zip code, even your operating system to increase prices because they think they can squeeze more money out of you.
I saved a fendi bag charm in my cart earlier this week at an amazing price. I was too busy to get on a computer and check out and am not a fan of paying with things on my cell. Now, I wish I did. The next day I went to my cart to check out and the price had gone up $100 for no reason. There was no sale going on when I originally saw the item nor any indication that the price I saw was for a limited time only. I've been checking on the item throughout the week and now it has gone up $500 from the time I put it in my cart. Ridiculous!
Wish I had taken a screenshot or taken a picture so I could've tried price matching with someone else.
Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere people! They will take any information they can get about you or any one else on their site and use it against you. Why should I have to pay more just because they think I can? I'm sure even if I had placed my order they would've cancelled it and given me a bs excuse like the person below me. Don't waste your time here!

Until their recent sale, I've only purchase a few hard to find luxury items from farfetch that I usually kept.
Because their sale started before the other big stores, and because I needed numerous types of clothes comma I bought things all over the luxury side of their website.
This came to a tremendous amount of money over the period of three to four weeks.
I kept 70 to 80% of the items.
A couple smelled like horrible mold.
One necklace arrived broken.
Some of the tags they put on so that the clothing won't be worn are done so that you can't even see what it will look like.
When I ask to exchange a few items for a size that showed available, it took 3-4 phone calls over 6 days to get the ok on that.
For one item, I had to just repurchase it.
The boutique would not agree to an exchange.
It has been over 3 to 4 weeks since my first returns were sent. I have received 2 of approximately 8 or 9 credits dur.
All customer service will say is that it takes a week to 10 days.
It has been three to four weeks.
I am extremely concerned because I have sent more returns in the last couple weeks and to know this is their procedure is beyond concerning.
I would continue to purchase on their website, but can not do to this experience I'm not receiving credit for my returns.
It is not a week to 10 day process. Like the other reviews say to get a credit seems to take over a month as well as numerous complaints and calls and hopefully it will at least happen then.

We ordered an Off White shirt for my son from Farfetch, the order was confirmed, payment taken and delivery promised in about 10 days. After a week or so Farfetch sent us an proforma email saying that the shirt was not available after all.
This is not a case of an order being processed slowly - Farfetch failed to honour its contract.
I note that that shirt my son ordered is not actually unavailable (as Farfetch claimed), but I see it is widely available at a higher price of £370. What has happened was that Farfetch accepted full payment for the item (at that point a contract to supply was made), then realised it could sell it for an additional £120 and so just walked away from the deal.
The above is sharp practice - Farfetch is not a trustworthy company.
Addendum: Farfetch did contact us (as its response below suggested) and offered us some store credit as compensation. We still think the company's policy of taking full payment without an intention to supply goods is flawed, and so we have refused the store credit compensation - I suspect this will be the last time we hear from Farfetch.
Tip for consumers:
This is not a good company with which to do business.

No ability to cancel within minutes of order being placed. Long waiting time for delivery, sent wrong item, provides an invalid out of order phone number for customer service and when I tried to get a return label printed, I was blocked todo so once I put the reason for return in as a wrong item delivered. Im assuming they were trying to force me to call but call who? BEYOND FURIOUS especially when They have my $500 For shoes I never got!

I wish I had an option to select zero stars. I have never felt so cheated by a company in my life. I ordered a bag as a gift for my husband, but when We received the box we noticed it had been tampered with and the bag wasn't in their. I immediately called Farfetch to see what was going on. After speaking to Sonia S. On 5/13/2020, I found out that they are a third party company who never verifies that the items are being shipped to their customer. She placed a ticket to contact the other company to get a answer for me. I waited a few days to allow Farfetch to resolve the issue and in the mean time I ordered directly with the designer. I had no issues with receiving that order. On the third week of waiting I received a e mail telling me the sender said they sent it and there was nothing that can be done. This has cost me more then it's worth, NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!
I'm a platinum member of Farfetch. I buy 90% of my clothing through the application. However, recently, I purchased items that are coming from Australia and are being held at customs because they are REQUIRING MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to allow my package to leave the country. This has NEVER happened prior, and the amount of my purchase is minimal, obviously raising my concern as to why I'm required to give out such personal information as my social security number to purchase a skirt. I'm appalled, and unfortunately, although Farfetch may not technically be at fault, but they are acting as if I am overreacting to what is happening.
The customer service answer me direct, I got the confirm mail directly and sent package the day after, however UPS resheduled at 19.00 after I took the day off waiting at home the whole day and got the status on UPS that my package was rescheduled, information unavailable. 2 days after, I sent messages to both UPS and farfetch and farfetch customer service helped me about it. Recommend to buy but choose DHL if it's possible,
Farfetch sent my package without any signature required. I did not receive the package and they still expect me to pay for the item I do not have. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Customer service is rude and they shout out you when it is their mistake. Why should I pay $600 for an item I never received. Also, when you ask to speak to a manager they ignore the request.

I usually do not write bad reviews but this company is the worst one to deal with. My 1400 purchase was decline first time and they blamed my bank which has nothing to do with it(I guess thie system is so outdated and inconsistent that they are unable to process basic transactions. When called why my order was cancelled they blamed my bank, my card and everything in this world except them.(not saying that the guy promised me that somebody will call me back- and obviously nobody did, so I had to call myself second time. When kinda resolved the issue with the card, I am placing the same order and voila,-it has been cancelled again. When called the second time now LISTEN the answer was: I have supposedly called them and have cancelled the order which I NEVER DID! Anyways, this was my first and last experience with this horrid company and their service. NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY

Very fast delivery only thing is your sizes are not accurate my daughter & son both wear a 6 I ordered them a size 8 to be on the safe side & the sizes was still too small so now I have to return it

First time shopping at Farfetch and the experience was amazing. They always have great deals on sale I saved a lot and shipping was quick. I love my items and they authentic, would do it again.

Bear in mind the will be payment for import tax.
I bought a FAKE bag through Farfetch, YES, you WILL buy fake bags here. Be CAREFUL! I had to go through PayPal to resolve this situation.
I returned the bag to Italy because PayPal sided with me, but these scammers acted like the package was Refused, and the box returned back to me, to make it seem like they never got the bag back- to win the case with Paypal.
But here's what they did -- they took the bag from my package, and returned an empty box using a different carrier! So I had to escalate the case with PayPal. I'm sharing this so you know how scammers work.
The ribbons all have the dirty marks. Attached photo 1 & 2 for your reference. I don't want to return, hope you can arrange the new ribbons then send to me as soon as possible. Thanks!
