This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I've been waiting for phone customer service for half an hour and no one responds. My item was returned and delivered but the return page still says "requested". Emailed twice and get nothing back. Is that how farfetch treat customers? Really sad and disappointed. Worst experience ever.
Farfetch has great items but the customer service Is terrible, pretty much non existing. You can DIE trying to reach them, there is no way! They reply with copy paste emails and phone doesn't pick up.
As long as your order is perfectly placed everything is great, if your order gets messed up by anything I advice you to hold patience. They don't care about your time, patience money or loyalty. For being a high end retailer you'd expect better service. Zara, H&M, Walmart are way more sophisticated than Farfetch when it comes to that. Such a shame!
Farfetch through their appointed courier lost a returned package. For 50 days their customer service agents continue to email me saying that they are"pushing their team." They have pushed absolutely nothing but canned messages and should be ashamed at how they treat customers.

Terrible. I purchased a pair of trainers which fell apart within two months after light wear, and they refused to assist. Difficult to get in touch with as well-- the 'enquiry' took well over a month and required chasing on several occasions, only for them to come back and say it was 'wear and tear' (one of the soles came off!) and it was 'not a quality issue' (how do they know?!). I really expected better than this: in my experience high-end designer retailers usually go above and beyond to assist you. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying designer items to do so directly with the designer or a reputable department store-- you will receive much better service.
Service standard is getting worse. I ordered a goods via Farfetch during the single days event. The good was lost by the Singapore courier ie DHL. It took them almost one month to investigate and update has been very sporadic unless I chased them. I will not have known their good is missing until I call the courier when they miss the delivery date. No honesty and integrity. This is so disappointing in regards to their refund policy. The shirt was meant to be Xmas present for my dad.

I have ordered 2 sunglasses, and only one came. The box was small so it was not possible to put both in them, even DHL have confirmed that-but still fighting more than a month for a refund. And nothing...
This site is ridiculous. They do not accurately inventory items offered for sale. As a result, items purchased may not actually be available. Purchases will be cancelled because they are unable to fulfill them. FF is fine with wasting your time on these bogus sales. No apology, no compensation, no explanation even. This has happened to me multiple times with them. Won't happen again.
Farfetch return team accused me falsly for
Defects on boots that I didnt make.
I got boots that were too big, so I packed straight away and send it back. I didnt make any photos.
I got answer from Farfetch that boots came with defects! They sent me photos of boots, I couldnt prove other way so they sent boots back.
And this is not the end! I got boots and I couldnt believe my eyes, but defects are worse then in the photos they send me! This time I have a proof. I dont know what caused these defects(I think the original black box), but what I want you to learn from my mistake- make photos off everything you get just in case.
I still hope they will refund me
Terrible customer service. I will never purchase from Farfetch again. I purchased a handbag and was not happy with it. I immediately returned it within the return window. I patiently waited for my refund to be processed and was in contact with Farfetch customer service throughout the ordeal. They then informed me that the boutique claimed the bag was not in its original condition due to some scratches. Farfetch resolves the issue by sending back the returned item to me and sending me a tracking item without any further information or proof. Farfetch does not protect its customers from false claims. Also, reading the reviews from other websites shows they have a habit of not refunding their customers. I wish I had done my research before buying from this awful company. Buyer beware!

I place an order for 2 dresses with Farfetch. One arrived during the specified delivery window that they gave me. The other came weeks later which unfortunately was when I was on vacation. Upon my return, I tried on the dress which sadly did not even come close to fitting. I immediately contacted them to initiate a return which they denied. I explained that for circumstances beyond anyone's control, the package arrived much later than I was told but they still refuse to accept a return. I have had no luck in trying to reach anyone by phone. I am now stuck with an expensive dress and no way to wear it. In talking to a local store that used to do business with Farfetch they said they stopped because there were so many problems. They said and I agree, the company serves a good purpose in theory but that their customer service is not worth it. Be forewarned!
Farfetch has been falsely accusing me of returning worn shoes! I tried on one shoe and it never even touched the ground. They have no proof and cannot provide an image of the original condition they sent the shoe. Their customer is beyond awful. They are dismissive and take absolutely 0 accountability. They also charge about 20-25% on brands that you can buy elsewhere and cheaper. Overall this has been the absolute worst customer service I have dealt with. Attached is the image of the shoes they sent me saying they were returned to them worn…what a joke.
I recently made 2 purchases to which 1 went missing.
Both times they were delivered, given they are costly shipments, I expected some kind of responsibility on behalf of the delivery team.
However, I never received a call for either one of my deliveries as I had specially called and requested to.
The first time the order went missing (value of $470) and the second time I had to rush back home as soon as I received an email stating it was delivered and luckily was able to get a hold of it.
However, for my missing order they simply told me I have to wait 14 days to know what happens next but they are confirming to me that my package was delivered...
Really at loss of word.

I purchased a designer item, and within 24 hours the price dropped. Far fetch refused to honor the price drop or make any attempts to correct it. They told me their prices are allowed to fluctuate and there is nothing we can do. There is no price security and they do shady business. I would never order again. The advantage to buying designer, is that their prices stay relatively the same - but not with farfetch. Terrible service, to the point this must be illegal.
I've had my card and id saved by this company. It ended up that I got a lot of money stolen by this company. Money I haven't spent here at all. I bought my wife some shoes, worth $70
They ended up taking $1000 from my account. Robbers. And I'm not getting my money back either. Even though they've found out, that it wasn't me, spending any money here. Because, they've already shipped the goods to someone who had hacked my informations on this site. They shipped the goods at the same moment, that the money got taken from account. When I ordered for my wife, it took days to get the confirmation and then the process started. Here they took the money and then the package was shipped. I smell something rotten here. I'm giving it one star out of 5! The only reason for it is that „zero stars rating" is not possible.
Context: several months ago I bought Nike Air Max shoes and their soles (both shoes) are simply started breaking / cracking.
I made a claim to Farfetch, sent the pics of the faulty shoes and they send me the following answer:
"Your item's quality assessment is complete. The Partner has determined the problem is a result of wear and tear. Sorry, they're not able to take any further action. Thanks for your understanding."
Did not know that a few months of wearing high quality, original Nike shoes = WEAR & TEAR! And that the shoes will simple be damaged so quickly. Really! I thought that a high quality and original pair of shoes sold by Farfetch will last longer…

Just got a ferragamo belt from Farfetch.com and first off the delivery was quick and I didn't get charge with a crazy shipping fee. But outta curiosity I started to do my own research on these particular belts and found some discrepancies with mine. First off I have no serial number on mine and it didn't come with a card of authenticity. So be caution when shopping on this website
I previously wrote a review explaining how far fetch claimed a dress I returned was damaged (without sharing proof and ignoring any explanation that it was impossible for me to damage it with a 1 day return turnaround). They refused to refund me and said they'd ship the dress back to me. Well, a month later, they still haven't shipped the dress back. They sent me a tracking number that always shows it hasn't left the country of origin and yesterday it said it was sent back to the sender. Customer service doesn't respond at all, so I'm convinced they just run a small scam with their partner stores by claiming a product is damaged, then neither returning the money or the item. Buyers beware.

I ordered 1000 + from Farfetch last year Dec 9,2021 never received my package and they won't put a claim in claiming they have the Notice of Delivery signed. I had an executive claims officer from FedEx provide proof that the notice of delivery was false and they still didn't open a claim or give me my money back or tell me what I need to do next. Finally received a call back today Feb 4,2022 for no reason and no help at all. The proof of delivery has a false signature. I have a email from the executive claims officer at FedEx showing that the proof of delivery is false.
This website is 100% dubious, I ordered an adidas slide which was delivered and started deteriorating within 2 days of usage, now it is even worst that the first set of slides I got myself in the store. This is obviously a dubious company that is peddling fake items, keep your money and never shop with them unless you want fake items
I ordered a pair of Stella McCartney shoes. When the parcel arrived late, there were no shoes in it but two pairs of jeans. I sent them straight back. Farfetch say they have investigated and see no error in the transport of the parcel which was by DHL. They say they will not give me a refund (€395 plus €10 shipping) and are going to send the jeans - which I never ordered and don't want - back to me. Customer Service are useless - the worst I have come across.
I have been a longtime customer of Farfetch. I have spent significant money on the site that I have been designated a private client. That said, Farfetch works out only if the transaction works out seamlessly; BUT if there is an issue, such in my case where a $125 item was not delivered by FedEx after over a week, all bets are off. Their customer service representative are pleasant, but essentially useless. When I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, Farfetch froze my ability to place any orders.
To me, this is a clear example of avarice and incompetence. I have sworn not to buy from Farfetch ever.
I recently ordered my friend a gift from this company, and didn't open it because I didn't want to destroy the packaging. My friend opened up the presence and turns out I received the COMPLETE wrong item. Embarrassed me and ruined my birthday present to them. Like a normal person would do I called farfetch to discuss how we can fix this, as the item I received has not even been touched. They said no refund, no exchange and no to fixing the problem because the 2 week window has closed. Never ordering from this place again. Thanks for wasting my money!
Ordered and never received package. DHL directs you to contact Farfetch, Farfetch doesn't care that you never received your package. Shopped with Farfetch multiple times prior but will never shop from them again. They did not offer any form of resolution at all. Just said 'sorry we can't help any further'. Never dealt with such horrible customer service. Even Walmart values their customers more than Farfetch! That's hundreds of dollars down the drain for me at Farfetch's disposal. Scam of a website. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Don't shop Farfetch unless your willing to risk paying a premium for products that have worse quality than the prizes at chuck e cheese. Spent $500 on a pair of Dolce & Gabbana cufflinks for my wedding. I wore them once and they broke while I was removing them. What a way to end your wedding night. Farfetch was unwilling to offer a refund or replacement. The "partner boutique" claimed the item was "too old": I purchased the item in May and wore it in December. They then claimed that it likely broke due to wear and tear. I wore the item once, and as is the case with cufflinks, only touched them twice: once to put them on and again to take them off. A $500 pair of cufflinks breaking after one use is ridiculous. I have $20-$50 cufflinks that have lasted 10+ years. Spend your money elsewhere.
