This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.

Best luxury retailer to buy products if not buying directly from designer websites. Has frequent sales and usually you can get past season items for 40% or more off. Quick to deliver and easy to make returns. Only downside is minimum for free shipping is usually very high and if not met the shipping can be pricy. Overall great website and easy to navigate
I am a Farfetch customer. I often order goods from them. I have always been pleased that I buy from them. Delivery is fast, the goods are in the same condition as they were received. I recommend Farfetch to all my friends, it is very convenient and safe!

The absolute worst customer service. I was sent the wrong item, not even close to what I ordered. Now I am expected to make the return and your company refuses to send me the correct item. You expect me to re-order the item as if I haven't been inconvenienced enough. I am now running around to return the wrong item you shipped as if I am an employee receiving compensation for my time and energy, while your company can't possibly be inconvenienced with actually shipping me the right item without me re-ordering. Absolutely ridiculous. Unprofessional. Bergdorfs would never.

I am a big online shopper and when I researched on FarFetch review, I see some negative reviews. I hesitant a bit but still decide to give it a try. Bought a pair of shoes and it came very quick via DHL. Later because I had to return the shoes, the return was quite easy, and the FarFetch was very prompt on refunding me the payment.
I would like to share my experience here.
I'd like to see if anyone had a problem with their shady practices of requesting copies of credit cards and passport or IDs before they will process your order. I have never heard of this before and would love to know if anyone got scammed. Because this is what it seems like to me.
After returning my order 10 days ago, farfetch hasn´t returned any of my money! I chose PayPal as a way of payment ergo it should have been a prompt way of refunding. I even contacted the customer service yesterday, which promised me an immediate refund, however i haven´t received any money back till this very moment. DEVASTATING!

My son ordered a pair of boots on the 11th December but they haven't arrived.
I have emailed both Farfetch and Swear London but the replies are very generic and nothing is getting sorted.
I have asked for a full refund but once again the email said they are looking in to the issue.
I would never use this company again as the customer service is very poor.

Always super efficient, professional and so easy to use. The selection of item is outstanding and always makes me really consider what items will be best for me, and not feel compelled to grap from a limited choice.
Shipping was fast, but extremely poor packaging. No tissue paper or bubble to hold the bag in place in the box. Moreover, the bag's height is actually taller than the box's height. I don't see why a large box is not used. The leather is wrinkled, and may have been caused by the box squishing the bag.

AWFUL experience with Farfetch - do not ever buy from them. They will screw you over even if they or their suppliers make an error. I received a faulty item a few months ago and filed a return. A courier was booked to come pick up the item. The courier came as booked and I passed the item to them. After several weeks of not hearing an update on my return I called Farfetch. They said that the item was never delivered and as a result I am not entitled to a refund. The courier PHYSICALLY came to my house and handed the item to them. What else was I supposed to do? Instead of filing an insurance claim against the courier, Farfetch CHOSE to penalise the customer and not offer me the refund. So choose wisely. They will side with their suppliers and never their customers. What an awful experience. I will NEVER buy from them again, nor should you.
Hey, just curious as to what FarFetch offers in the situation of not receiving an item!? Someone has signed for it in my building but it wasn't me. Will they offer me a refund? Or send me a replacement pair of shoes!?

The delivery was amazingly quick even being shipped from UK and Italy to the US, less than 48 hrs though I was expecting a few days. Orders from other shops within the United States (not Farfetch) take much loooonger. Amazing packaging. Coming from Russia and Dubai where you always get the brand's shopping bags included in your order for a great experience, and not having the same in the US from luxury brands was a surprise (not via Farfetch). Thank you Farfetch shops for including those, it is just a nice touch and attention to the client, and overall everything was perfectly packed. Both ordered products are great and as expected, love them and will definitively enjoy using. Also, I have saved a few dollars comparing to buying the same from the US online stores. Thank you Farfetch, will continue shopping with you.
One of my favorite places to shop! I can usually find items I can't find anywhere else. The packaging is perfect and gift-ready and the shipping is usually very fast, no matter what country it's coming from! Farfetch is quickly becoming my favorite online retailer.
The fact that I could buy these AM1 Watermelon's via Farfetch for retail price, was a dream come true! Next to the fast shipping and the outstanding communication with the support desk (superfast reaction).
I placed an order for black and white Givenchy Sneakers and when they arrived red sneakers were sent instead. I contacted customer service to have them returned and purchase a new pair, and red sneakers were sent again! Poor quality control. Don't waste your time.
Farfetch has the most amazing fashion selection. During the last free shipping period I bought a wonderful Kenzo Jumper from a boutique in Italy and I received it the day after. It came in a lovely package that made me believe that I was buying something from a real and special business.
We ordered a hat from farfetched, they took my money and said it would take 1-2 days to process the order. 4 days later they emailed me to say the item was out of stock and that they are refunding me the money. I had a look online to see if this was the case and it wasn't just that the price had gone up! I am totally disgusted with the service and process farfetched are providing! I will not be buying from them again! Jokers!

Sent a Gucci bag without the original packaging and a knock off dust bag. The boutique also didn't send my receipt with the order, which is not acceptable. As I have paid £500+ and expect of my satisfactory. My order is no longer showing up in my Farfetch account, so that I can schedule a returns slot, in time for my order to be shipped back to the boutique. The boutique is Viktac based in Poland. I have called Farfetch customer service and they were no help. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from Farfetch. I cannot trust this retailer.
Only take 2 days to arrive at my doorstep! Fast process! Pls do sales discount more often, and pls create a chat medium in your website or twitter so we can communicate / inquiry with a fasr response. TQ

Ordered a pair of very expensive shoes and tried using a promo code that didn't work. Paid for the shoes full price anyway and then spoke to customer services to some twat female who wouldn't even apply it as a goodwill gensture. Paid for express shipping only to find out that they forgot to process my order! Desperately needed them for a wedding which I am not attending now because farfetch have employed stupid people who cannot do their job properly. I'm truly let down by this $#*! company and I would warn anyone not to use them. Twats

I bought a bag and it came with many scratches. They said they would contact the retailer and 2 weeks passed and still no words and the price of the price went down. So I called and said I wanted to just return the bag and get a new one thats lowered price and hoping itll come scratch free. The new bag came with some minor scratches that I can deal with. But the returned back which has been delivered for close to a week now still shows up as return requested on their site. I emailed them several times with no response. Needless to say I have her received my refund. I have to say their prices are good but really need to improve their customer service!

I purchased 2 different products in the same transaction which were being shipped from Austria and the UK. Both products arrive at the same time and the delivery was prompt. Only downfall was that the packaging of the products was a bit of a let down. I was intending to give both these as present in the original packaging however the shipment stickers were stuck on the box. One of my products was packaged well while the other was packaged in a disappointing manner considering it was a luxury brand. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase however I do believe there should be an option for gift wrapping.
I ordered a golden goose shoes and I received it with an old box the shoes is totally dirty and ripped from one side and it's like someone used it and returned it and Farfetch team didn't even bother to check the item before delivering it. After sending them all the pictures and proof they are asking me to do the return before sending me my money back. They are really unprofessional and they don't even value the customer. I paid 2000 aed to receive a used shoes
