This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
After placing my first and second orders (not reached yet), I wanted to order another vintage item.
So I email them first asking what's the minor imperfection of the vintage products as stated in the description.
They replied me that they will contact the boutique and get back to me ASAP.
Few days later, they emailed me " sorry, i've about your request, please let me contact the boutique and get back to you ASAP."
And again few days later, I cant wait anymore, I emailed them asking if there is any news regarding the bag.
They said " I havent forgotten about your request, please let me contact the boutique and get back to you ASAP"
There's still no reply until today. I think its about 10 days now...
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? AND THEY NEVER EVEN GET BACK TO ME AS PROMISED! DO THEY EVEN KNOW WHAT ASAP MEANS?

After that many days, my first shipment arrived. And its STAINED! I emailed them again asking them to exchange! AND they tell me THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME ASAP.

I am new customer to FarFetch. Made a checkout payment of $758 AUD after the exchange rate. FarFetch replied, cancelled my order and request for bank transfer. Tried to do a bank transfer, now it cost $808 AUD with the lower exchange rate and bank transfer fee that I have to pay. Apparently the first payment was already been sent and now FarFetch has refunded me, its going to take 14 days to do a credit refund. Horrible, I am not going to pay until I receive my first payment.
Don't understand why FarFetch has to complicate the payment process. I never had such problems with LUISAVIAROMA, MR PORTER, Net-A-Porter etc eben with huge transactions. FarFetch doesn't understand 'service quality', now it has incur extra cost and time on their customer hands. It really hurts to get such a terrible shopping experience, I will not recommend anyone to buy from here. MR PORTER and Net-A-Porter are both UK firms like FarFetch, but their customer service is absolutely outstanding compared to FarFetch.

I ordered a necklace from far fetch for my eighteenth birthday. It was crocheted metal (not even gold or silver, just METAL), and $650. It came two weeks before my birthday, so I tried it on to make sure I liked it then put it back in the box until the big day. My brithday came and went, and after wearing it just two times I noticed it started to loosen/come undone. When I contacted the store asking for a refund and a phone number, they didn't reply for a week, then said that since it had been past the two weeks they couldn't help me, and that it was the nature of the item to change and shift, But they could send it back to the designer and then MAYBE repair it, This seemed crazy to me, it was obviously a lot different than pictured, and I haden't abused it in any way. Plus, I didn't want to pay $80 for shipping to and from Canada just for a solution that probably won't amount to anything? (I had contacted the desinger and they said it was normal for the necklace to change, too, making me think that they wouldn't fix it). What I want to know is why they didn't put that in the item description, I definitely wouldn't have bought it had I known it would end up looking so different form the picture. On top of this, I asked several more times for a phone number, and got nothing. I'm really disapointed with this experience, and I wish I could feel comfortable ordering from this site again because they carry really hard to find designers, but it's just not worth it.
DHL lost my parcel and after a month since purchase date, I still have not received my item or refund!

AVOID FARFETCH!
This January(2014), i purchased 5 Moschino iphone cases and make them sent to China, the parcel was rejected by the customs saying it's overweigh the individual purchasing amounts, and my parcel was sent back to italy then. I never even received or touched those cases, but Farfetch said i need to pay for the returning postal fees, which was about 60 USD. Isn't it ridiculous!? I need to pay for some bloody things i've never seen! Their customer service was totally a disaster, i sent several emails to them, they usually replied after a week or even weeks. They were always incredibly sorry for replying late or raised any inconvenience to me, but they never changed. Lol and now is June already, 6months has passed, MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED AT THEIR BOUTIQUE YET! Seems like i will never get my 400 dollars back. I decided to sue them in any uk consumer protection organisation i can find. This is far too over. In addition, they really like informing you the goods you purchased several days ago is out of stock, and they are"incredibly sorry", they will withdraw your money asap... So speechless and frustrating, i would never shop at this website again. AVOID IT GUYS!

I have NEVER had a worse experience with an online website. I wouldn't even rate it a 1. Sent me the wrong shoes twice and charged 500 twice. F*CK FARFETCH. I AM FURIOUS.
They received the return, but they don't follow up the process, you won't get back the money. Won't buy at the shop again.
Never do shopping here. Most of the items are used and returned ones (not even sure they're genuine anymore).
Ordered $400 shoes and was expecting same level service but the next day it was cancelled. The reason, it's not available.

I have never written a review in my LIFE. However, my experience with this company was SO unpleasant. I had to. In a nutshell, I felt duped by this company. Overall there are WAY better options out there for online shopping. I found Farfetch to be out of touch with the customer. The website was uninformative when it mattered most. One of the many examples: Returns & Refunds. I dont find it fair that you have to return an item within 14 days, and this item needs to get back to the vendor in this allotted time (even if the vendor is across the world), or else your return is null and void. Perhaps the most disappointing find as well as the most ridiculous policy is: if your Farfetch tag is broken when you receive it or you accidentally cut it off, or (like my situation) the tag was clasping a shirt together and had to be taken off to try it on, you will have to pay for the entirety of that item, whether you like it or not and especially if you want to return it. What is this? This is STEALING theyre just taking peoples money. They do not forewarn new customers about the Farfetch tag. BEWARE! Way to look out for the customers Farfetch! My tag was clasping a button down shirt together - it had to be taken off! My shirt also had 4 needles inside the shirt. One cut my shoulder blade. I kid you not needles. This was the boiling point. Bottom line, Farfetch does not care about the customer. They care about money in their pockets. Farfetch is not convenient, impossible to return, slacking on refunds, and MASSIVE AMOUNTS of trickery involved. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. ASOS is a much better option and is more user friendly!

Two Farfetch orders got lost in delivery-process. Not a problem for Farfetch - no support - they say it is my problem.

This is my first time voicing a complain as I have been VERY DISAPPOINTED with the the level of service provided by Farfetch, I have ordered with them twice, and both experiences have been bad. The first time I ordered I paid extra for expedited shipping (1-2 days) yet the item still came a week later. The second time, I ordered sneakers off Farfetch's women totaling USD 700 website and the shoe came in the wrong size - A Farfetch representative admitted they were experiencing a technical glitch on their site. The only problem was that I no longer had the box (had shipped to my brother's house in the UK) to avioid customs duties if I were to ship in Asia so they would not take the return back. SINCE IT IS ALSO PARTLY THEIR MISTAKE, I ASKED FOR THEM TO MAKE A COMPROMISE - FOR ME EXCHANGE TO A BIGGER SIZE SO AT LEAST I CAN GIVE IT FOR MY BROTHER TO WEAR. HOWEVER THERE IS NO REPLY - THIS IS THE KIND OF RUDE SERVICE YOU EXPERIENCE AT FARFETCH. THEY JUST CHOOSE TO IGNORE YOU. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN
