Excellent service! Thank you very to everyone with whom we got in contact to place our purchase order. The customer service was highly professional and resolved all the issues we had and we received our clutch we ordered by Alexander McQueen
This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
Hello. I ordered it as surprise but it arrived me without box only as wrapped in paper. I am so disappointed!
I Paid extra 50$ fees for the delivery company
This is almost half from the shoes price!
This is Bad experience
Used item was not disclosed on the listing. I would have not purchased had i known that. The shipping company (DHL) was excellent, though.
They seem not to know what they are about on the international and global scene. They are not ready to grow. Don't buy from them.
I ordered a pair of shoes from this website on the 23rd of June. They sent me an email confirming that my order was sent to me by DHL, but when I checked my order through the tracking number on the DHL website, it said that my order was delivered to the Biondini boutique in Paris, instead of me. I emailed the customer service, they confirmed that my order was at the boutique and they would send it again. It has been a week, and my order status still seems "Ready to Go". I sent them another email this morning about when it was going to be sent, and the customer service answered that the package had been sent by the boutique, but there was probably a problem with DHL. WHAT?! They also said that they were going to give me information about it, but no tracking number, no nothing, and I'm fed up with waiting and receiving the same answers. They have very bad communication with the boutiques they retail, I didn't even get my package and the payment has been made through PayPal. I am thinking of canceling my order, but after what I've read above, I'm more concerned about the cancel process. On the website it says that the order would be in my hands a few days later, but all I got was some email traffic and frustration after almost 3 weeks.
DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED...
I received the bag with missing component, then I contacted the service center, someone received and promised to

Horrible customer service. Claiming I removed tags and got item dirty. Go with Net-A-Porter or anywhere else.
Items took too long to arrive. Im following the online directions for returns and it will not process my return.

Received wrong size of shoes for my wedding! Very frustrating and am hoping they will fix this quickly.
I placed my order on 10/16/2014, and received a dress that did not fit. Every store offer easy return process, thought Farfetch.com is the same, but I was dead wrong!
They received my return item on Oct 27 and was supposed to received a refund right away. As of today, 2/27/2015, I still have not received my money back? Which company takes 4 MONTHS to NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR A RETURN ITEM? Please read other reviews on other websites, they make things up about the return being not in the same condition. In my case, the dress I return suddenly now has a stain? I tried the dress on for less than 30 seconds, then put it back in the box. They use this same tactic to refuse to refund and drag the process on and on until you never see your money again? Now they have the dress and my money, I filed a credit card dispute, and they responded to my credit card company that they have already issued the refund but to some credit card number that I do not own. I contacted their customer service and asked them where they got that credit card number that wasn't even mine. Then I was told in order to refund my money, I need to first close the dispute. I own a business and I know that even if there is a dispute, you can simply just issue a refund without any problem. I contacted my credit card company again and they let me know the same thing. Yes, they can issue a refund at anytime during a dispute. If Farfetch ask you to close any dispute before they can issue you the refund, please DO NOT trust them. Clearly that Farfetch is lying to my credit card company and I. At this point, I lost $1000 for nothing but frustration.
Please let the "World" know that this company constantly SCAMS their customers! That's how they earn their money. Stay Away from Farfetch please, don't become the next victim!
Hello Ki K.,
Thank you very much for taking the time out to provide us with your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your experience.
Although, we appreciate that customers must try items in order to understand if they would be of a good fit, please note that it is per our terms and conditions that items must be returned in their original condition. It should not normally take us such a long period of time to look into a return case.
Furthermore, we would like to confirm that it is necessary for a dispute to be closed in order for a refund to be completed successfully. If you have been issued a refund and at the time, you have an open dispute, it may not be possible for this refund to be issued.
Regrettably, I was unable to find your enquiry in our system. We want to look into your query immediately and hopefully offer a resolution as quick as possible. I ordered isabel marants size 36, above the sizes was written: french size (French size was also only option to choose). So i ordered just french 36. And got home 35. I called out farfetch on it and they told me. Its because french 36 is in italy 35. But 1: i didnt know i ordered from an italian retailer. And that you should watch out wich size you take because of that. There is nowhere on this site"wacht out wich size you take alert or something" Neither is there an 36 Fr = 35 it sign. And I looked on for example Ssense.com, they have it. So then you look out for it. They should have warned me about it. And 2: my friend also ordered a french size and sended home also by an italian company and she got the good size at home and not a size smaller. I have prove for this sended to customer service after that they ignored me! They also didn't give the shippingfee back. And I am afraid to order from that site in the future because i am afraid it will happen again and they tell me again its my own fault.

I ordered a Yeezy boost 350 size uk8.5 but it came as uk10 instead. It creates a lot of unnecessary inconvenience.
I bought a pair of Lanvin shoes (UK 7 as website showed) but received a pair of size 8.
Either inside the shoes or outside the box showed size 8. (not specifying UK or US, just saying TAILLE Size 8)
I contact Farfetch customer and being instructed to start return process so that they would send me the correct size of shoes or full refund if they are no longer available.
In a couple of days, I received an email saying that I ordered UK 7 which is US 8 and Farfetch vendor sent the correct size.
From my previous experiences purchasing European brand shoes, the size either mark UK (7) or EU size (41) and they would never use ONLY US size.
Hence, my reasonable doubt is that either Farfetch might have been selling counterfeit products or they just made some excuses and would not even bother to admit that they sent the wrong size while sending me with the correct size (there are still size available).
In short, my first experience with Farfetch is terrible ( Mr. Porter or SSENSE or even ASOS is a lot better) and wonder if Farfetch product is authentic or not.
Wouldn't make another attempt with this website.
I sent a return of some jewelry worth $350 to a UK merchant and it somehow arrived without anything in the box (so the merchant says). I've had strange things happen with returns a couple of times before, like a random product being returned that was not what I sent for example, and have always been refunded anyway. Not with Farfetch! They "investigated" my case, asked me for "evidence" that I shipped the product in the package (what would that even be?), and eventually told me that their investigation concluded and they would not refund me. My best guess is that DHL stole the product - it was jewelry so very lightweight and the driver knew what it was per Farfetch's own policy of checking that the product is in the package with DHL. Farfetch is the one with the DHL contract and the one responsible for the product between transit, so you'd think they would take responsibility for the loss. No. Additionally, since Farfetch is the actual account owner with DHL only they can open a claim, I can not, and they have refused to do so. Their customer service team has only stonewalled me, refusing to answer basic questions or provide any sort of detail whatsoever. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company which will hopefully go through. If not I'll file with the BBB and likely have to eat the $350 loss. I was beyond shocked by Farfetch's customer service, especially towards a prior customer, and will never shop with Farfetch again. I'd be wary if you are ordering anything that you might need to return. Even if you have the DHL driver "check" your package like Farfetch instructs you to, that apparently provides no evidence that you actually sent the product. If the DHL driver or the merchant is unscrupulous, as far as Farfetch is concerned you are SOL.
Disappointing. Feeling bad when receive the product. I wanna refund. Please refeund for me for this item. This item is expensive but not worth
I just want to say that Farfetch seemed to be a legit website when I first saw them as an alternative in Bluefly (which by the way is a great site that doesn't LIE). I went ahead and looked for some Burberry Polos and found on their Sale tab that they had a couple for a very very good rate. Unfortunately, I couldn't get them in time and were sold out by the time I made up my mind. I put a request to inform me when they would be getting more. The price was 68 bucks each. A couple of week later they sent an email that they had more in stock, I immediately went back to the site and bought the two shirts. Prices were great and they were supposed to be sent in 4 business days. About 1 week later I got an email saying that the price was incorrect and that they offered 20% discount (much like other reviewers here). Of course I felt scammed and replied telling them to cancel my order.
Its been more than a week, I actually went ahead and bought the two shirts on a local bloomingdales (which by the way raised their prices in the mean time so I ended up paying way more than intended), and since I haven't gotten a response back from Farfetched and of course, haven't gotten my money back.
They took the 150 out of my checking account immediately after I pressed "Sale Complete" and I had to call the customer service representative to ask her why they hadn't processed my cancellation and gave me my money back. She said the employee who was supposed to help me had been out, and that she was very sorry for this.
This is very unfortunate and feel powerless in this situation. Big companies like this get to keep my money for as long as they want and mislead people into thinking they're getting something that's not. Very VERY disappointing. Hope people read this and stop buying from them.
Tip for consumers:
DONT BUY FROM HERE!! ITS A SCAM!
I bought a dress online. So far so good. Never got an email of confirmation of the purchase. After a week and 3 calls from me to farfech customer service, I learned that they can't fulfil the order. So took them a week and an extensive follow up from me to them to realize they can't fulfill the order. In my last call to the Customer Service (Connie is the name of the lady I was talking to) - all I got from her was "I DON'T KNOW" - All I got from the Customer Service in regards my issue of having bought and paid for a dress that was never going to be deliver was - I DON'T KNOW. Didn't offer any solution, didn't even let me speak, she will continue speak over me. As I couldn't speak and Connie wouldn't listen, I asked to speak with the manager which after 15min of waiting didn't even attend my call -apparently it was busy with another call. Finally I suggested To Connie -once she finally let me talk- to go a size up on the dress or check the same dress in different colour. She helped with that request. The situation now is: I have to wait another 24h to see if the third party boutique can fulfill the new order. I am guessing that if I don't hear back within 24h I would have to chase farfech AGAIN... is this for real? I am starting to think that the website is a total scam.

Had to return fake 600USD hoodie, they still haven't refunded me, its a scam, my credit card said they will refund.
If I could give Farfetch zero stars I would.
I purchased a Moncler coat from them at a cost of a thousand pounds which I had previously set up an email alert for, and also rang them many times.
When the coat arrived, it was taken (by UPS) to a random shop miles away from my home, and the card that was put through the door didn't have the correct address on. It took me another week to track down where the coat actually was.
When I opened it, I was horrified to discover that the Moncler belt was scratched and damaged, and truly looked as though it had been warn. The protective plastic covering was gone and it really resembled a second hand coat.
I contacted Farfetch, who took four days to reply to me, offering their apologies and... a free delivery code for my next purchase. I replied telling them whilst that was very kind (!), I would prefer a refund of my postage for what appeared to be a second hand, and was definitely a damaged, item. They obliged.
I returned the coat and within two days, it was back up for sale on their website. BUT. I still didn't have my refund.
I contacted them explaining that they are basically selling my coat - they still have my money for it, yet they're advertising it for sale?
I was told it isn't necessarily the same one, even though when I purchased it, I was told it was the last one in the system and they weren't getting any more in and that my refund would be processed in 14 WORKING DAYS.
I know some people have had a very positive experience with Farfetch, but personally, they have brought me nothing other than stress and hassle for what appeared to be a second hand coat. A coat they are now selling once again as brand new and undamaged, at full cost.
I wouldn't buy another thing from them.
Terrible experience.
I get wrong shoes
I order hi star and i get ball star.
The farfetch is so unprofesional!

Warm Regards,
I ordered earrings from farfetch.com that were not what I expected (more later) and even though the site aggressively promotes their free returns policy, and the materials I received with the shipment detail the free return process, when I tried to return the untouched items online the site did not allow a return, nor explain the reason. In addition, after the purchase I received an email thanking me for the purchase and again promoting their free return policy. By calling customer service, learned that earrings are not returnable. I was told there is nothing they can do since I agreed to this in the terms and conditions. Of course, if an item is an exception to the policy they should communicate this overtly, not in a legal agreement that will be checked in passing. I feel that this is deceptive practice, and unfair to the consumer, and they were unbudging in their claim that there was "nothing they could do." This is of course not true! They could and should allow me to return the item and refund my money.
In regard to the item, the problem is that they put pictures of it without indicating the scale and gave no information on size or weight that would indicate that these earrings where of exceptionally large size and weight — 5 inches long and hugely heavy, when I assumed from the picture that they would be on a more normal scale. (In my opinion, they are ridiculous and unwearable — and thus returns.)
My experience with farfeatch.com was totally unacceptable, and I recommend that others avoid this company. Too bad fro them too, since my wife had a shopping cart full of lux items that she wanted to try out.
Tip for consumers:
WARNING: earrings are not returnable. They hide this fact.

On June 16th, I have placed an order, number M3VP, "Dolce and Gabbana" pumps size 38. I have also placed a request to notify me once size 37 (which is my TTS) is back in stock.
On June 30th, after the shoes were delivered, I have received a notification to my mail that my "item is back in stock", which is the size 37.
On July 2nd, I have placed the order for the 37 pair, number UP4W. I have payed for the item, received a confirmation from Farfetch and from PayPal for my payment. I have also booked a return collection for the 38 one, to be more than 24 hours later. Hoping that in case the order is not processed I will be notified shortly and will cancel the return and stay with the 38 size.
5 days after placing the order and after sending emails asking for an update on the status of my order, I was notified that my item was not in stock and order was cancelled. The representative at the call center explained that the web store merchandise is also sold at the boutiques and that this item was probably sold at the boutique before complying to my order.
The representative response to this was that I would get 10 pounds discount on my next order- which is a complete disregard of my intelligence as your customer! Bought shoes which did not receive for 400$, and they offer me 10 pounds for my next purchase.
Also no one got back to me after repeate calling and sending emails
