This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
I ordered a MK bag as it seemed a good deal. From E 663 for E 398 and than with an additional 15% promocode it cost E 358.30, including E 20 delivery.
However, after ordering I happened to look up this bag at the Michael Kors website. To my astonishment I found a price tag directly from MK of E 269 from E 385 with free delivery.
It is simple, I wasted E 89 by ordering this bag from Farfetch instead of directly ordering it from Michael Kors. After complaining to Farfetch I only got a silly answer back about their return policy. As if should return the bag, order the cheaper one at Michael Kors and pray to get a full refund from Farfetch.
Even more bizar, the bag is currently listed for E 790 at Farfetch, and still it would only cost E 285 at Michael Kors.
Apart from this experience, I must say that the delivery process was very very smooth. I ordered it on Friday in Dubai and it arrived on Monday in the Netherlands. Very nicely packaged, very good quality bag.

Absolutely exasperating! I paid for a product which I NEVER received, and all I got in return were roundabout answers and bureaucratic redundancies from their customer service. For a company that prides itself on its reputation, FARFETCH has shown an overwhelming aura of complacency and indifference.
I felt completely dismissed during our exchanges. It's shocking that a brand of FARFETCH's caliber can treat its customers with such disregard. Instead of tangible solutions or clarity, I was met with vague responses that danced around the issue.
It's one thing to not receive what you've paid for, but it's another to feel like your genuine concerns are being tossed aside by the very service that's supposed to help. For anyone considering shopping with FARFETCH: be wary. You might end up paying for empty promises and sheer frustration.
Rating:
1. I have noticed that whenever you look at an item a few times, after a while the price will increase
2. Their promo codes are scams, don't work. I signed up for the newsletter for the 10% promo code but when i selected my item, it said the products don't qualify. IF IT WON"T WORK THEN WHY BOTHER OFFERING A CODE?
3.2nd case is. I used honey for a 10% off promo code which worked then after i refreshed the page to add another product into cart. The code didn't work anymore. Its like they knew i was about to purchase something then they cancelled the code.
I 100% don't reccommend farfetched. Much rather pay a little more and buy from the actual retailers than this scam of a company
I ordered my Stella McCartney shoulder bag on Sunday/ Monday midnight and it arrived at Tuesday - shipping from Europe to New York City - the speed is incredible but also, how my bag is packed/presented nicely and neatly is impressive. This efficiency and convenience really helps customers and we can feel it.
Stella McCartney logo bag - I only see this preorder item on its website and Farfetch. Really nice bag and I like it a lot. Thank you Farfetch to choose a reliable vendor/ partner and select great merchandise!
Lastly I notice in the package there is return label with concise instructions, clear labels and expectations. Very helpful note for everyone. Even though you may not need to return this time, you feel comfortable as how your return may look like.

I have tried to contact Farfetch several times from Australia and the phone number continually rings out with no answer despite the website saying they are available to answer 9am - 6pm. This smells of a very dodgy website. Do not purchase

I was looking for a proenza bag and i chanced upon this site. I decided to take the plunge and make a purchase especially since there was international shipping available. The shipping was fast and efficient. HOWEVER, the item i received looked worn and there were scratches on the hardware of the bag and on the surface of the leather as well. The condition of the bag was bad! I did not expect to receive an item like that!

I ordered 2 pairs of snaker from farfetch. The items were sold by Browns UK. After more than a week from my order placed, I was informed by Brown's that both snaker were out of stock. I really surprised by the system used by farfetch or Brown's. 1st, the system should not complete my order if there is no stock. 2nd it is unbelievable that it took a week to find out they are out of stock. I will never buy from Brown's again.
FarFetch customer service is completely incompetent in locating a lost package that was shipped to me. I bought a jacket priced at $4900 and the package they shipped through FedEx was supposed to be delivered to me for signature upon arrival.
Instead Fedex routed it to what is called a "clearance broker".
FarFetch Emailed me and informed me that I need to pick up the package from some entity called "Various" and take my FedEx and ID with me.
But they did not tell me the location of "Various" nor their phone number, and when I called them to obtain it, they refused to give it to me.
The package has still not been delivered to me, and FarFetch has refused to give me instructions on how to pick up the package from "Various".
Tip for consumers:
Be aware that their customer service is very unknowledgeable and lazy.

I was really hesitant to buy from this site based on some bad reviews I had read, but gave it a try because I really wanted the YSL Tribute sandals I ordered. Wow, I was impressed with the quick turn around. I ordered Monday at 8pm PST and the shoes arrived on Thursday. Vienna Austria to San Diego! Also, I got an immediate email from farfetch ackn the order and a separate email with the DHL tracking info. No Duties to be paid either, it was included in the purchase price and still got a super deal. I would highly recommend farfetch and will use again!
Like other people who had to return an item that did fit not I had a bad experience. Got a shirt - it did not fit - returned it with all tags attached, followed all the return instructions and now the store in Rome Gente Roma claims I did not include the tags. Regret not taking a picture of my order! Not sure how this will be resolved. Learned my lesson - will read reviews first before shoping on any online store. Got used to great customer service on amazon, neimanmarcus, saks.

I order over a $2000 worth of items... things was delivered to wrong address and i sent pictures of the home that was not mines. I sent them proof of my home and the home they sent me and they tell me it's nothing they can do and want me to be okay with it... and costumer service really no help I asked to speak with a manger no manger I asked for the corporate number and no corporate... I will no longer be a shopper.
It advertised everywhere that its fendi tote bag had 20% off. And also on the wesbite, I clicked "shop now" behind "extra 20% off sale with code: x20BF", and then I found this tote bag. BUT they still didn't give me 20% off.

I have wanted the Givenchy Pandora Medium Peacock pring bag FOREVER. One morning I got a sale alert from Shopstyle; the bag was still somewhat out of my price range but doable. I made my purchase choking on the price a little. The very next day Farfetch began a promotion giving an additional 30% off of sale items. I called customer service to see if they allow me to use the discount on an item I had purchased the day before. The customer service rep I spoke with agreed to refund the difference as soon as we hung up a received an email confirming my refund would be processed. I got the refund in less than 2 days. My bag arrived yesterday in 5 star condition; in a beautiful bow wrapped box with the dust bag included. From ITALY to TX in 6 days I LOVE THIS BAG!

Everything is perfect how to order! How fast to get the shipment, the parcel condition, the web site is easy, the customer service is really good, but the return is not easy since i live in kuwait! I should msg or email the customerservice do the return for me
I foolishly bought a pair of golden goose(GG) from fartfetch without checking the reviews. I have recently learned that they do stand behind the merchandise that they sell. I purchased my GGs a month ago. The star is detaching from the shoe. As much as GG costs, it is a no-brainer that there is a problem with the design of the sneaker. The associate provided me with two options: 1) take the item to a repair shop and get the invoice approved and then they will pay a percentage (percentage not disclosed) 2) complete extensive paperwork to be reviewed by the brand that doesn't often acknowledge that the product is poorly designed. That said, I will avoid third-party stores.
Tip for consumers:
Customer no service. No refunds or exchanges even if the product is poorly designed. (Golden Goose sneakers are not cheap).

I am having the same HORRIBLE experience as others. Bought shoes and when UPS delivered to door, there was an additional $40 shipping due that FarFetch didn't pay. Then the shoes didn't fit so emailed them about return. They never got back to me and no phone number to call. Emailed them every few days for several weeks and when I finally got an apologetic reply that there email system was having problems, they still did not answer my question about how to return the shoes. I have sent them 5 more emails and still no response. This was an expensive purchase, almost $400 and I am beginning to think that this is a scam. At best, this is the WORST ONLINE RETAIL EXPERIENCE hands-down that I have ever encountered!

I purchased an item from FARFETCH which happened to be very tight and caused injury to my feet.
When I tried to return it, they accepted it and sent me a shipping label.
I shipped it back expecting a refund which never came.
Next thing, I called them only for them to say that they can't refund me anymore because its passed the return date.
Remember, this was already discussed that with the rep prior to them sending me the return label, And she said it was OKAY
Today, they have both my Shoe and my refund.

There are 2 items I never received but Farfetch said they already delivery. No refund. Don't buy from them or you will have the same problem like me in the future.
I prefer to spend as little time on buying good clothes as it is possible - that is exactly what farfech provides me. I like their app with wishlist, similar items and so on, helps to compare and chose the best option. Also they make measurments very accurately, so it is easy to buy best fitting size.
I just received today a dsquared t shirt that seemed too big for the size i ordered wich was large. Behind the neck, the size says L but the other tag wich is inside close to the ribs, it says XXL! So, either its fake, wich is completely illegal and unacceptable or i really dont know what happens with this company. Very dissapointing, i feel scammed. I m sure they will reply me with their robot messages: we are very sorry blah blah blah, the experience you describe does not reflect our luxury blah blah blah. Never again. Ordered an item on their site on the 3rd December 2019. Immediately received notifications regarding acceptance of order. The item was to be shipped from Italy. It was delivered to my Australian address on the Sunday 8th December 2019. Excellent service considering this is the Christmas period.

I never got it, apparently a third party took care of the delivery, so it was hard to track the items, they were not sure where it was, I finally got a confirmation it has been delivered, when I contested it, they sent me a proof of delivery, but it's not even sign by myself, it's the name of someone I don't even know, what a shame to deliver expensive clothes but to deliver it with any care, I told them I didn't sign for it, it's not my name on the signature, they didn't want to hear more about it and they closed this case and after months i still never been refund or even a voucher
They give you parcel to any guy who will be there when they deliver
