I bought LV bag from them and when i asked for exchange or refund they refused! The prices also here is too expensive then the other shops! Don't buy trust me not worth

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE... THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT HAVE THE ITEM YOU ORDERED! Absolutely insane when you are spending thousands of dollars on brands such as Armani, Versace, McQueen, Givenchy! I placed an order and farfetched.com debited my debit card before I could blink, literally seconds, then a few hours later I get an email saying the item "is no longer in stock". When I called customer service, their excuse is that they deal with boutiques and "this happens all the time and is really not our fault". I can't wait to see how long it takes for my account to be refunded. I should have read all of these negative reports before purchasing anything from this site. One this is for sure though, their site is quite appropriately named... Farfetched!

Terrible... would NEVER use again, purchased a pair of shoes for £460 and the box came held together by sellotape and already been sent out before and returned. DO NOT BUY VALENTINO SHOES FROM this company. When asked about what they will do about it (2 weeks later) they offered me an insulting offer of compensation.
How can they be so unprofesional on their business!? Farfetch is a joke! Never use it! AVOID! I made order first with visa then it was canceled sand they wanted my detail passport etc. I provided all information they wanted but still they could not confirm my address! Then i tried with two other card they canceled both so They charged 3 times ( And kept the money for 3 weeks until it was back on my card) Even they said it taks max 6 days till i got my money refunded on my card! I still wonder HOW COME this kind of website exsist! Also the customer service is very unprofessional a bunch of kids working there! Try searching other sites first where tradeing is easy and not made uncomfortable and humiliation.

We do not control the length of time it takes for funds to be returned to an account, the refunds are processed the same day as the cancellation and it is then processed by your issuing bank/card provider. Arrived on time and wrapped nicely and tracking available through UPS. Postage did take 7 days but paid reasonable postage costs of £5 so expected. I will use again

I bought a pair of Bottega Veneta for $858.35
I returned the item as received. DHL came to pick up the item and they checked the item before taking it. As per Farfetch returns policy, the item was placed in the supplied Farfetch box in addition to another cardboard box surrounding it.
I received an email from Farfetch with images stating that the item was not sent in the Farfetch box and that the security tag was not attached to the item. The security tag is merely a plastic loop around one of the loafers, this can easily come off and be placed back onto the shoe. This is what I presume has occurred.
Farfetch procured DHL for handling and shipping of their goods. I have explicitly followed Farfetch's return instructions to the letter. Any alterations to the packaging or transport of the items are obviously beyond my control and are the sole responsibility of DHL and Farfech. I am extremely disappointed with how this matter has been handled and Farfetch's denial of any responsibility.

Furthermore, our security tag is designed in a way that it can be removed only by breaking the plastic with force therefore it will not come off during transit.

The Bottega keychain strap was sold out in the USA but luckily I found it on Farfetch. It was the last one too so I immediately bought it. First time buying through Farfetch and they did a great job of packaging and shipping it fast. I received it before my Bottega wallet that I bought in the USA on the same day.
Fantastic service - 3 days from London to my front gate in Melbourne, Australia. Also the site is friendly, and easy to navigate, and good communication re tracking etc.
I've never had a package arrive so swiftly before. Also, the tracking was made very easy and user-friendly. Always felt secure knowing my package was in great hands.
Received defected item and returned for refund. No progress for more than 13 days. No reply. Already sent many emails. Worst online shopping experience. Dont buy from them!

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.

As for your debit card being charged straight away, this is something we cannot control as usually that is just the nature of debit card. Unlike credit cards, payments using a debit card are immediately transferred from the card holder's designated bank account, instead of money being paid at a later date.
