This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
Ordered a pair of marc jacobs sneakers for a birthday present for girlfriend and after 10 days they still haven't dispatched them. Unreliable in the extreme and i'm starting to think it's a scam site. Do not shop here!
First of all, Farfetch faked the advertisement. Sent me something was not match its web description. Shown it white buckle belts and sent me completely a different thing. After i contacted them, they told me to do the return to schedule a pick up, which the pick up could only be scheduled on weekdays. Then i left the package in the morning at 9am for their picking up. They came late at the last mins at 6pm and found no package but didn't tell me until i asked them today. They said it lost and they don't have any responsibility. What a scammer
The absolute WORST on line shopping experience i have ever had. DITTO on all previous comments. I ordered a pair of shoes coming from LA to SF - no too far. These beautiful wooden platforms arrived wrapped in tissue and thrown into a soft pack (no box). When they arrived to me the wood was scratched and they looked as if they had been previously worn. No packing slip - no receipt - nothing enclosed just the shoes taped in a plastic shipping sack. Customer service did answer that they did not have another pair in my sized and offered me instructions on how to return for a refund but turns out that I am responsible to pay the return shipping. I am a seasoned on-line luxury customer and I will NEVER use this site again. AVOID or beware! Based on the other reviews + my experience... this almost feels fraudulent to me.
Dreadful and incompetent service.
Placed an order almost a week ago - farfetch still unable to tell me where the order is or what is happening.
Order shipped after a few days, then the DHL status said returned to shipper.
Chased the company several times for a response, no one ever got back to me as promised. In the end cancelled the order; I am now very nervous as to whether I will get any sort of refund.
I would advise people not to use this service - very unsatisfactory service and unreliable. By comparison I used another service in the US and the goods were shipped from the US to Asia in 4 days; after almost a week farfetch.com could not even tell me where the goods were or what was happening - total joke! Do not use this site.
I bought a moschino handbag and it started peeling after an hour outside! The purse was obviously old and worn! Customer service offered me a 10% discount, and when I refused, he blamed me for not handling the goods properly. I definitely do not recommend buying on the farfetch website, very bad experience! I will never buy anything there again

Within seconds of confirming my order I got another email cancelling my order due to some dubious verification requirements. I used my AmEx card. Either the credit card is accepted or rejected, what verification requirements are they talking about? Meanwhile I see a $1250 order pending on my AmEx account while Farfetch says it will take up to 14 days for a refund. This company strikes me as a scam. Stay away.

I purchased a purse on Farfetch and it's been two months but I still haven't received the item. Customer service was responsive at the start - that they will undertake an investigation which may take up to 15 days. 15 days later, I asked for an update. I demanded a refund (USD 2,085.80). I have been repeatedly asking for an update since then but still haven't gotten a response.
Cancelled my order for no reason and then said it was my fault. I didn't trust the reviews and it was a big mistake! Everyone that wants to order designer brands PLEASE order from East Dane, Mr. Porter or Luisaviaroma. Those sites have provided excellent service everytime!

Hi people of the world. I have bought a jumper online from Farfetch that has a price US$272. I called Farfetch and they told its inclusive all duties and taxes. When I bought it they charged me $US 392. I never mind as it's international purchase so understandable but when my dad received it in overseas he had to pay US$300 extra and they said it's import duty and tax. This is ridiculous. They misinformed me and when I called them and explained my issue they simply refused and said don't buy it online next time. What a bull$#*! customer service. I can guarantee you if you buy from Farfetch you will have to pay two times more than the actual price. Hope my review helps everyone
I purchased a $600 'Marc Jacobs' hand bag from this site. Within 3 months the hardware had tarnished. When I contacted them they said they would contact their 'supplier' they came back and said there was nothing they could do except off me a 10% refund. Do not purchase from this site.

My item was not deliver but farfetch had already charged me the full amount of my purchase before shipment and also later i found out that my order status"active order" had moved/changed to "order history" (delievered) and that means they had claimed item was delivered which is not true.
I had raised the issue and requested them to investigate however no response from their team, in my point of view they have no business etiquette and should I claimed this a cheating case? I will not buy from them again, is really a bad experience!
Bought $500 sneakers. Faulty after wearing 3 times. Farfetch who are happy to take my money did not accept responsibility. Blamed brand supplier for 3 months delay to look at my request for replacement or refund. Without even asking to have to shoes returned to assess damage they decide its down to wear and tear and decline compensation. Farfetch do not accept responsibility and take the " not my problem" approach. Any other retailer would inspect the shoes and then come to a decision. Sorry to have to put Farfetch into my " unprofessional and never purchase from them again" basket.

If you return an item you can't get your money refunded. Customer service is nonexistent. There is no management. Impossible to get them on the phone. Emails are not answered. Finally I called my credit card company & disputed the charges. I subsequently had a new charge on my account that was totally unauthorized & never delivered. I had to have my my account blocked so Farfetch could no longer put charges through. STAY AWAY!

I was looking for a specific pair of Golden Goose shoes and was excited when I found them at Farfetch. Even though this is an expensive purchase I was eager to treat myself. I received the tracking information and watched them until they landed in a warehouse in Cincinnati, OH... where apparently they are still sitting months later. After multiple calls to the shipper DHL and to Farfetch, each told me that they were not liable to refund me for my purchase even though I never received it. If Farfetch had just marked my order as lost, DHL would have supposedly refunded me. They refused to do this and I never received a refund or my shoes. Do not order from them. Their customer service is awful and good luck receiving your items.
Terrible customer service. I've never experienced anything like it. There is now plenty of choice on the internet so I would suggest you steer clear and find someone else. I'm sure there are plenty of other companies that would appreciate the business and treat you with a bit of respect too. Farfetch are very poor indeed.

Be aware of this seller! Returned the goods and never got my money back then had to open Paypal case. Still waiting for my money and they do not wish to refund despite the shoes being sent in a condition I received them (perfect/unused!). Definitely will not recommend and would never buy again from Farfetch again.
Please see previous reviewers comments - mine are exactly the same:-) Ordered a pair of Marc Jacobs boots, which came from Paris. I had previously agreed with farfetch that I would place the order for the boots if all the packaging was intact as I wanted them for a gift. When I received the boots the packaging was tatty and the boots appeared to have been tried on and smelled slightly strange. I therefore returned them, again having agreed with farfetch that they would refund me my postage charges in full for both return and delivery. To date I've been refunded the purchase price of the boots and that's it. Still quite a lot out of pocket though:-(
Impossible to send item back. FarFetch refuse to refund me. I'm hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Do not use Farfetch. They do not offer a working returns service from the UK. You WILL lose your money if you need to return goods.

In November, I bought Ferragamo $368 jelly ballerina shoes for my mom for Christmas. I bought them early because the shoes were coming from Singapore and I live in FL and was concerned about potential shipping delays. In actuality, the shoes arrived fairly quickly but I had to wait until Christmas to have my mom try them on. They didn't fit and Farfetch has refused my attempt to return them. Fourteen day return policy (with a couple of extra days for the holiday) is not reasonable nor market within a global pandemic and supply chain woes. I will never, ever shop at Farfetch again. $368 is sn expensive lesson to learn. They also refused my repeated attempt to speak to a manager.
Somebody paid a 1800 euros order fraudulently using my credit card. The name and address did not match the card in any way. The site was literally warned hours after the order with days ahead to cancel the delivery and refund the stolen money. They could not do it. It is either gross incompetence or indifference for user security. Either way, putting your trust in this site seems a bit far fetched...
A couple of days ago I woke up and found that there were several unauthorized transactions from Farfetch, an ATM and a company in Hawaii. All of the transactions were either $400 or above. I reported the incident to my bank, and they cancelled the original credit card and reissued another one. Yesterday, I saw that there was still unauthorized activity so I reported it again, to my bank. Yesterday, it was the company in Hawaii, so my conclusion was that somehow, these thieves have my banking information. Sure enough, this morning, I wake up to find more transactions from FarFetch.com. This has been 3 days of starting my mornings, undoing the work of criminals so I will be contacting the FBI this morning. I am sorry I ever heard of this company. They connected with me through phone alerts which I opened thinking they were a credible merchant. They are not. Save yourself. Clear their alerts. Do not click on them and whatever you do, DO NOT provide credit information.
I ordered stuff worth 2 grands and the order was marked delivered but not delivered. Their company policy on the website says this in the screenshot attached about no sign delivery and they said I requested for No sign delivery. How does this makes sense? Now thy keep juggling me between DHL and themselves. One asks me to contact the other and vice versa. This has drained all my energy and I am just shattered and frustrated. Do not order from this website. I ordered an expensive jacket but it came with a stain on it. Any other decent merchant would give a full refund (there is the only piece) and apologize. They insisted it's normal and asked me to take it back or kept my shipping fee. No way I would take a stained jacket so they kept my shipping fee. Never shop here again.

This company is so bad! I placed an order 7 days ago and it has not shipped! I tried calling customer service numerous times and sent them emails. No response whatsoever! My account now shows no order was ever placed.
They basically took my money. I'm not sure if this is a legit retailer. I received no communication from them. I already called my credit card company and alerted them. They are thieves! Don't believe the positive reviews. They are probably fake!

Ordered Golden Goose over a month ago from Farfetch and still don't have my shoes. Come to find out my shoes were delivered to some random address in Spain and I live in California! I keep getting the runaround from them without a resolution in sight! Their excuse is they're working with their courier (DHL) to solve the problem. They made the mistake not DHL. Beyond frustrating to deal with! I don't understand why they penalize paying customers for their mistake. Get your act together, Farfetch!
