This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn't get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn't matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
Be careful when buying from Farfetch. Their return policy is so strict that to be able to return something, you basically have to ship it back as soon as soon as you get it.
I bought a gift for my husband and by the time his birthday arrived (and the item did not fit), it was too late. Only a few days past their window. No exceptions are made. Not even for a store credit.
TERRIBLE company. Terrible customer service. Tried to buy shoes twice. First time they returned it to the seller without notifying me. The second time, DHL apparently left the package at my door (never received anything). They won't refund you. They will be just so sorry for you and there is nothing they can do about it. Just save yourself the time and shop on netaporter or somewhere else!
I bought a coat online two weeks ago with my credit card but after few days they sent me an email that the coat's price was wrongly marked so they cannot send me the item due to wrong marked price thus they offered a 20% discount.
Then I tried to bargain since the payment was made so the contract should be formed when they accepted that payment. However they no longer replied for two weeks. This is the worst online shopping website I have ever been to.

Bought something during black Friday for 500 thought that I got good deal, one week later they doing the season sale and now it is 400. I asked for price adjustment because same item same size, they just said they can't do anything. But I can return item and buy again. What a bad options. I am not going to do return and wait 2 week for my money and buy again to save 100 dollar. Make me feel stupid to shop here, less than a week price drop 100 and I have to suck it up.
I received my items fine size did not fit. I used their prepaid label and returned. I can see item has been received since Dec 16. Its now Jan 7. I am still not reimbursed. Not purchasing from them again. They dont respond to emails and dont pick up the phone
Their shipping is so restrictive you cannot change the address and must be home to sign for package. I work like many others and told them this and they would not help so i had to pick up in a horrible neighborhood shipping office. It took an hour and many attempts at getting package.

Item received could not be worn because the sensor was not removed prior to shipping. This is a major inconvenience as I now have to not only send it back; then wait for my refund; but while those funds are tied up, I have to scramble to find and pay for another sweatshirt for the purpose. Smh
The absolute worst. They sell items from Europe, don't respond for weeks, send to the US and for their returns they make you pay 200 customs and $55 shipping, although the site says full refund for returns, so the total loss of any item around $1000 is $400 if they don't fit. I tried ordering again thinking they might have changed and have been waiting for a response for a week. Nothing.
I placed an order for a dress 2 weeks ago, received the wrong order, returned it, got in touch with customer service who acknowledged the mistake, gave me a 10% discount, ordered the dress again based on his promise that I would receive the right one, but no, i receive the wrong dress AGAIN! And in the meantime, my size is gone, but it's posted again a day later, I order that dress and I'm sure it will be wrong. If you don't know how to post and distribute items, I think you should go out of business. Complete waste of time. And I want my money asap!
I bought my off white shoes and the were meant to be leather but they are all made in cotton, i contacted the customer service and they told me

I ordered 2 pair of shoes 10 days ago.
Each pair appears to be shipping from different stores.
On Farfetch web site it states for both pair of shoes "preparing order".
I sent them at least 5 messages to know when it will ship.
The only replied I have received is "We'll be in touch soon".
I cannot even cancel the order because it says "We're already preparing your order so it's too late to cancel".
(It does of course not state how long the preparation can last).
So basically, I have been charged with almost EUR 1.300,- for 2 pair of shoes which they are not shipping.
They are not replying to my emails.
I cannot get a refund because it is too late.
I do not know what I will do next.
One thing is sure it is the last time, I am ordering from them...
Ordered a shirt that was canceled the following morning, so I had to reorder the following business day only for them to turn around and send the wrong shirt. Will never be ordering from them again. If you plan on ordering from them, order under your own risk cause they're like a third party company so if they send the wrong item you will be inconvenienced highly. Just a heads up! In the pictures I have proof of purchase and the shirt I perfected versus what they sent me.

I recently ordered 3 pairs of Tom Ford sunglasses, two in the same design of a different color and then a separate design. I kept one pair and started the process to return the other two pairs. The DHL courier picked up both, signed both slips. I received credit for only one. I write to customer service and they say the other box was EMPTY. A complete fabrication. This is a scam and a lie. I am owed 297 Euros!

I purchased a ysl bag from the site and apparently they partner with Saint Laurent NYC, got a faulty bag and tried to return. They declined it and did not ship it back until asked, then the bag was shipped in a flimsy box without its original ysl box dust bag receipt and everything. Customer service was useless. Such a joke!
I will never shop with this company again. After placing a order one day prior to a huge sales drop in price, the service representative did not bother to contact the boutique, instead I was told to return the item and place a new order, after realizing I was not being refunded my shipping of 24 dollars I contacted another sales rep who told me that they did not contact the boutique and this matter could have been resolved without additional shipping charges. I talked to the management and they said it's not their problem. I am now paying over 48 dollars total in shipping charges for items. I will do everything I can to make my voice heard about this.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses in October 2022, and I still havent received the product purchased. Delivered to me was an empty off-white sunglasses package, and thats it. After a 3 month long process I was told "the weight of the package delivered was the same weight as when it left the warehouse". No $#*!? The sunglasses were taken out of the packaging before they were shipped were they not? Dont deal with this marketplace, quite unprofessional and demeaning in the complaints process.

I haven't still my refund since May and I have emailed and have called the Farfetch customer service. They keep on informing that they are awaiting their partners, they should be taking care of the customer first then they can deal with the partners after. All I want is my refund, not any thing extra when I have sent the correct brand new item with all the tags intact. So distressing, they have taken my £693 and product and not returning my refund. Hopefully someone can help me getting this back
They keep on replying about the boutique not accepting and making lies up about the tags when I have sent pictures of the jacket with all the tags in tact. I can't believe how difficult they making this so difficult about a refund.
It's not like I'm asking for anything complex, I sent the item back brand new with tags and just want my refund.
Farfetch sends us almost daily intrusive newsletters, although we never ordered them in the beginning. Even when we later explicitly objected to receiving unsolicited advertisements, farfetch continues to send us spam. This company has the worst customer service and no respect for its customers. We will never order again from this dubious company.
Avoid at all costs. Farfetch insists on an open-box policy when returning goods to them, which their courier checks before accepting the parcel. In full compliance with their returns policy, I left the parcel open for the courier to check, he accepted it, and left with it. I was contacted after returning an item to be told that it was missing from the parcel. Farfetch have now refused to offer me a refund, and I'm now having to resolve the issue through Trading Standards.
This is a massive oversight in their corporate processes, and it is complete insanity to think they can routinely treat consumers like this.
I made three orders two weeks ago. The customer service called me they cannot verify my bank information and they want to cancel my order, but I called another phone number, that person said your order is good to go made me confuse. And furthermore, the other package shipped to me and almost arrived to my destination, they called the order back without any explanation. I called customer service many times, they cancelled two of three orders. And I believe last Friday they said my order will be return next Monday and get refund Tuesday. Nothing happened right now..

I order 6 t-shirt with the final price to be over a thousand dollars. I was waiting for 6 different packages. The first 5 arrive everything perfect the last one. Farfetch cancelled my order saying I requested it. When I called customer service they said it was cancelled because they don't deliver to my address even though I made several previous orders to the same address. Also they could not give a valid reason for not contacting me prior to making the cancellation without my authorization.

We ordered quite a bunch at prices, which were announced as sales. Then we received a mail that our order was cancelled for - very unconvincing - reasons. In the meantime - one night - prices increased substantially. We still did not receive a refund. A mail went unanswered.

Tried to dispute the charge through my bank and they lied to the bank saying that they had delivered the ordered when they even sent me emails that the order was NOT going to get delivered. Anyways, frustrating, still waiting for the refund and I do NOT recommend ordering anything from them.
