Won my shoes through a raffle. Get to store and pick up. Notice one shoe has scratches on it. I was asked what are options. They don't have anymore and it came from the Nike factory like that. Nothing was offered.
I went to your store establishment to purchase sneakers one of the employees told me they didn't have my size in store so she ordered them through store computer and informed me they would be delivered in 3-5 business days which is fine I received an email a week later telling me my order was cancelled, I call customer service and they tell me there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. This is complete inconvenience to me as a customer and unfair especially when it's a gift for your child literally a few week away from Christmas. Unfortunately I will never shop at finish line again this is unacceptable
It's totally messed up that now you can't even try to enter raffles for exclusive shoes if you haven't already shopped there and have points. I only wear curtain brands and styles and not even being allowed a chance to purchase what I like from here is very disappointing. So maybe if I had a chance to buy, I would spend my money with them but I won't for the trash items that they want me to buy! And what few points I had from last year were reset at the new year so I have nothing with them. Looks like I won't ever be back here again. Y'all need a new procedure ASAP cause that ain't it!
I order 2 pair of Air Force 1 let's just start with the packing was poor no paper in one of the box then the box is orange inside which stained the sneakers orange laces dirty my other pair look like someone stepped on them all bent up horrible I tried to get them replace just for them for them to say they of out of stock for my items how inconvenient timing horrible waited for my order in a timely manner and they just ruined every thing finish line will not get my business don't even want to get into to refund process longer to get your money back "refund"
How do u cancel an order thats placed on phone with customer service not once but twice? The excuse given was verification of order because seperate shipping location? Hello it's Christmas. I went to a finish line located in bay shore mall and was accused of stealing two sneakers that I had brought with me to exchange for my son Christmas present. I was told I had to wait for someone to check the cameras.I felt very embarrassed the other's customers were looking at me when the manager said I took these sneakers.I don't know what to do and I hope that manger be held accountable for this racial profiling. Christmas is over and I could not give my child his sneakers because im waiting on a store to check cameras. I will never shop there again. I'll go some place else where I can walk in and shop or exchange with out being racial profile
I order a pair of sneakers and paid for express two day delivery $22.99. Two days passed and my order is still being processed. I called customer service twice they stated that it takes 2 -3 days to process my order. What's the point of express shipment if it not coming until a whole week later and every time I check the date keeps getting pushed back. First it was Monday then Tuesday now Wednesday August 23. Very disappointing because I needed my sneakers for a special event. I know better next time Finishline will never get my money again if I can help it. I would rate this company no stars if that were allowed
We ordered shoes on 9/5/16.3 pair. Received one... requested replacements. Never got them so we asked for refund. Today is 9/29... 4 customer service people and no management later. Still no shoes or refund. Take your money elsewhere... FINISH LINE SUCKS $#*!!
Bought a 220 pair of shoes. Wore them 2 time and stitches are coming out. Was told that since they was worn I could not return them. These people are scammers and something is going to be done about them,if it takes every penny I got
I went into store twice in Springfield Illinois. Nobody even said hi while I looked around two different times. Inappropriate rap music playing and it smelled like weed. I was there at least 10 minutes and nobody offered to help the privileged white guy I guess.

Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
