I went into store twice in Springfield Illinois. Nobody even said hi while I looked around two different times. Inappropriate rap music playing and it smelled like weed. I was there at least 10 minutes and nobody offered to help the privileged white guy I guess.
Ordered shoes on the 29th, got a tracking number checked the tracking number 4 days later and still no update, called after 5 days of no updates and was told they were lost in transaction and said a replacement pair would be shipped out with 2 day shipping, 8/3…. 8/4 called again and was now informed of a 4-6 days return processing then the 2 day shipping, at this point that's 10 days plus the initial 5 days I already waited… at this point I just asked for a full refund and will refuse to ever spend my hard earned dollars at one of there stores!
Honestly, I am not sure where all of this Finish Line hate is coming from. Literally a week ago, I ordered some Nike shoes in a men's size 10. A week later, they come in perfect condition and in my size! For 40 dollars as well! I honestly don't see what y'all are complaining about and you shouldn't have a reason to. Finish Line, 5 out of 5 stars. Haters, COME AT ME.
Free shipping was fast and accurate only site they had this particular color way that I wanted for my daughter. I ordered Jordan 1's Black and Red with the plaid on the back! I don't understand the bad reviews. I gave them a 5!
I am amazed at how many bad reviews there are online (involving a broad number of websites) for Finish Line. Folks, if you've had a bad experience with this company, maybe it's time to reach out to the people in charge at this company, because customer service obviously doesn't care.

I received the wrong-colored shoes in the mail from an online order. The customer service rep said that I either need to go to a local store or to a UPS store to return the shoes even though the error was made on their part. I was disappointed about having to spend time to make the return and then decided to reach out to an executive at the Corporate office. What a huge difference. He partnered me up with a magnificent rep who took care of my issue. I got the wrong shoe picked up, and also got the right shoe delivered to me within days. If the standard 1-800 reps can't help you at first then I do suggest you reach out to someone at the top before putting out a bad review. Leadership at this company really do value their customers.
Was able to order some special edition sneakers as a gift for my brother. What a great disappointment when said sneakers arrived in the wrong color size and gender and of course the ones I ordered are sold out. Now I have to waste my time going to the mall and return these ugly things where I'm sure I will have to call customer service again and again when they mess up my refund. I'm sure the sneakers I ordered went to a friend or relative of theirs instead. Never again hope there is another shutdown and they go bankrupt to rid this garbage of a company. Use footlocker instead
They used to have stores in my area but I think they all went out of business, and now I see why. I ordered a pair of shoes online over 2 weeks ago and as of this review, they have not even shipped yet. I just cancelled the order and ordered from another company. They've already shipped. When I complained to Finish Line, they stated (after a LONG wait with their online chat support) that they do not work weekends or holidays. What sort of online business doesn't ship on weekends? I can see why they're slowly fading into oblivion.
Don't accept returns at all!
Just an awful customer support. On their website there is no single word, that they don't accept international returns. A want to send shoes that are to big for me. But they refuse to send me correct shipping label, to force me to pay 100$ for shipping it back! When shoes cost 110$. Its unacceptable service! Newer buy from them if you count your, money, there are a lot of other great shops.

I ordered the wrong size Air Force ones for my daughter. They would not take them back, saying she wore them. She tried them on at home and that was it. Never shop here. The staff is also terrible at Albertville mall, mn.

Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
