Fiverr is a great and no 1 motherchod marketplace in the world for freelance work. Support team is also A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Motherchod.
This website is terrible the services I provided were logo design and yelp business page management. As a freelancer as well as entrepreneur In the real estate industry I understand the lengths people will go to eliminate their competition. My gig for logo creation was flagged for copyright infringement. My gig was outperforming others who had a similar gig running and I noticed I passed up the number one seller for logo creation. All the photos I had posted for my gig were my own logos for my own personal real estate brokerage with my watermark on them.
I reached out to support after seeing my account was permanently disabled with my website link to my real estate brokerage showing that the content I posted was rightfully mine and they said they couldnt do anything and that a third party flagged it. I asked for them to provide me proof that my content was copyrighted infringement and they said they are not obligated to provide proof. It is very clear the other freelancer I passed up reported me for BS reasons so she could get business. It seems the longer youre on that site the more of an advantage you have so much for free enterprise.
The seller was a scammer. Called himself planning_. This individual claimed he would deliver a particular digital product but was grossly incapable and did not provide a revision of his unprofessional product within any agreed time frame. I contacted customer support who did not do anything. Just told me to wait. I asked them to cancel the order and they refused! Told me he had made 8 revisions when in actual fact he had made none. I contacted my credit card provider and cancelled the order and got a full refund. Was this the end? Nope. I got an email that says 'Filing a dispute is against our Terms of Service' and another email that says 'We were informed that you filed a dispute/chargeback with your payment provider for one of your orders. This is against our Terms of Service.''This is your first warning. If you repeat this violation or continue to violate Fiverr's TOS, your account will be suspended.' All I can say is please go ahead and suspend me for life without parole. Do they seriously think I'd be using them again? I do not trust any 5 star review for fiverr because it is most likely from staff or their sellers.
So, we all wanted to know why the people at Fiverr diss the very people who help them make money. Simple. Fiverr.com is run by several teenagers who thinks it's fun to block certain features on your account. For insusnce, blocking your emailing from being able to respond to potential buyers. Why? BECAUSE they're kids! They think it's funny. Two of there teenage employees are Iris and Oris, both unprofessional as well as ignorant. They will not respond to your concerns and just for fun, pay attention folks because if you're a seller this will hurt you... They'll close down your account even if you have money from gigs due to you and simply keep your money? Personally I've been emailing them
About my account for days and not a single response to that particular problem. If they don't respond to me by tomorrow I'm going to contact the BBB, and if they jerked you around too... Do the same! If you don't get your money back, contact local authority to where THEY are. These kids are playing games with peoples money. Do NOT join or use Fiverr.com! You have been warned!
Hi,
Sir i am using fiver to taking my business related services to the seller since long, i created account in many years ago when fiver website start but unfortunately that time i am not much aware of there usage and that website was very kinda.
Now from 2014 i used fiver too much for my business perspectives and business related activities now in 29th May 2016 my account has been disabled by fiver and told me that i am selling the services infect i am not selling any services not a single penny i am the buyer there and invest many on the website.
Now i have 30$ in my account balance and my credit card is stored in the system, after all they block my account and after that they did more then 3000$ transactions in my credit card after i see the statement now i contact support they are not responding, our company legal department also queried on that but they are not responding.
Do help me i also filed a legal defamation suite but first take a quick action and solve this problem.
They are the group of scam peoples and nothing else.
1. There's no two-side agreement - after you post a gig someone may just order it without contacting you first. That may cause arguments with clients that made a mistake in the order/ did not include extra pay for some extra service they want, ect. That may also cause clients making orders and then cancelling a few minutes later for no reason (they probably found someone cheaper.). In this case, you're rating will be harmed and you might even get your seller level demoted (this happens A LOT).
2. They take a big cut of 20%, and also other transfer commissions when you want to get your payment. Personaly, I don't find this service to be good enough to take such a big cut.
3. They have THE WORST costumer service. All they do is deny that there are any problems and move the responsibility to the seller. I've spent much time corresponding with them (too much time, since I need to repeat myself and bring them more and more proofs for the problems I found, which they try to deny exist... It's basicly a waste of time even reaching to them - they wil waste your time!).
4. This is a platform made for buyers. Most sellers will work here for much lower profit than in any other companies Iv'e tried working with.
5. Remember - this is not the way to get to the big fish, this barely yields an extra side income... So if you use it don't put to much effort into it. Selling yourself short is never the way.
Gave 3 guys to finish a simple android games. One changed my recovery email adress. One tried to copy my credit card information and one copied the code source and never answered.
I hadn't used Fiverr in a long time, but I really wanted something done for my birthday. I posted two gig requests, one very specifically stating what I wanted. I got nearly 30 replies from people who cannot or will do not what I wanted, and there is no option to deny, reject, or block. If I'm looking for male anime character fan art, in anime style, then frankly, I don't want realism, or watercolor, or shirt designs.
When I contacted help, the helper decided to tell me to post something else more specifically. They only allow you a 120 character limit, so I posted their wording. And got the exact same thing. The helper then decided to take up for them, saying that they are allowed to post on whatever it is that they feel like if it's an art category.
They don't care about buyers. They don't care if you can't get what you want because people don't want to work with you. They don't care if you get upset because in all over 40 people posted whatever they felt like posting and nothing had anything to do with your request.
Fiverr last week blocked my account with $ 188
Because of this imbecile ( http://fiverr.com/ucffool) ( http://mariolurig.com/) ( https://twitter.com/ucffool)
I made a 3D model ( very good modeling), but he had not liked the model. I sent and render ( image) for free, and do not know he wrote those from Fiverr and blocked my account.

Hi.
The issue is:
Buyer placed the order for $50.
I didn't agreed on the price because of the complexity of the work. We finally agreed on $80 and i started to work.
I offered 5 revisions and 3 days of delivery but i provided unlimited revisions before delivering the project.
The buyer even extended 3 more days because the order was complex. I completed the order. Delivered the files. Buyer marked that the order is completed. He left a 5 star review. And gave $5 tip.
After couple of days buyer asked me to provide. Ai source file which was not promised nor did he mention in the requirements. I already provided the client. Cdr source file and the end product catalog in. Pdf format. He asked me. Ai file after a couple of days. I was offline for few days didn't get any notifications.
Just Today i returned to my workplace and saw that the order was cancelled. Fiberr returned $85 to the client. It happened after 8 days after delivering the order.
How come fiverr do this to a seller? I already provided the everything to the client. The order was completed. I need my $85 back. I spent too many days and what about the efforts.
Client got the end product and the source file as mentioned in the order requirements.
I need answers from fiverr and i want my money back. This isn't fair to the seller who is spending days and nights just to earn some extra money.
Answer: I used Fiverr for my company logo. The guy lives in Vietnam and speak minimal English. I paid for an upgraded package with an unlimited amount of revisions, 3 original logos, stationary and Facebook as well as Twitter page covers. What does unlimited mean if a revision takes 24 hours and each revision is correcting spelling mistakes or telling him you don't want a green dog in your logo, I want a natural looking dog. His response is "you choose font and gives you a pale old lady stockings colour dog" instead of a white Dalmatian with black dots or a brown German Shepard. In the end I used an online translator to translate my requests from English to Vietnamese. He told me to sketch something and he'd make something. If I could sketch something then I would do my own logo. The one logo that I liked was the one I gave him all my ideas for. All he did was put it together in the right format. I was so frustrated with his other two attempts that I said ok give me the first logo with stationary and everything I've paid for. I got the most basic design, no stationary or headers. Did I go through customer service? OF COURSE! Throughout this whole ordeal. I described every little detail. Each time a different person would reply and say "I can understand your frustration and I will contact him". Only to have him return with the same dog in orange or turquoise and every time customer service would spit out the same line "I can understand your frustration and I will contact him. We see he is responding to you within 24 hours so for us that means you are trying to work things out. I want my money back! Sorry we can't give you your money back. The seller has received his money and its up to him to give you any money back if he so chooses. It was a dreadful experience. I ended up using an online logo maker and I loved it. PLUS it actually cost less. I'm now doing my own website. If you have the patience then try to do it yourself. Do NOT skimp on your website. The way the world is run today you want your website and all social media presence to correctly reflect your quality. If at the end I'm not happy with my website I will go to a professional and pay what it costs. Hope this helped and good luck
Answer: I know I have to wade through a lot of questionable sellers to get a good one. Happy hunting. There are good ones out there though.
Answer: All I can say id Fiverr is the BIGGEST SCAM going. Had to dispute the charges through my bank to get the money back
Answer: Stay far away from fiverr. I paid a guy to do some work and proved with third party techniques they used bots for fake views to my site. Yet this guy had many many great reviews. You cannot trust this site whatsoever. Stick with paypal as you most likely will get nowhere with fiverr.
Answer: If you want a site designed to steal credit card data from hard-working, civilized people, please use Fiverr. It is designed for one thing: to take your credit card data and leave you to deal with a mess. More details, reply or search for my previous posts.
Answer: I can only imagine you got swindled and feel bad about the fact you trusted someone. Don't feel bad, you did nothing wrong. There are sites who take the time to vet their sellers and then there are sites like Fiverr who let's anyone to join with zero check on their credentials. The entry into selling on Fiverr is so easy that it borders on ridiculousness. Anyone can lie about their location, experience, education, and just about any credentials. Some of them are really clever and mask their fake profile pictures and gig descriptions really well. Fiverr is so secretive about their vetting process, which I seriously doubt there is anything in writing, that you can't trust it. The seller's level is a joke - I've gotten cheated by ones with thousands of reviews. How they received literally a thousand or more review is mind boggling. Go back and check again, you'll notice like 99.9% of the million or so sellers all have 5 star reviews. All legitimate businesses have a combination of good and bad reviews, most average around 3/5 or if they are a really great business 4/5 but for a large company with like a million or so freelancers with zero credentials having 5/5 pretty much tells you there is something wrong. Like I said, you did nothing wrong. I hope you didn't lose too much money. Their philosophy is "We don't care how crappy the delivery was as long as the seller delivered you don't get your money back."
Answer: The answer is plain simple NO! You will get your followers, yes! But they are all bots, so you will lose 90% of the followers the same week, might as well throw this 5 bucks in the air.
Answer: There is very little in the world that is unique. You have to trust or spend a lot more $$$ or do it yourself
Answer: I would suggest having nothing whatsoever to do with Fiverr. When things go wrong - and that happens a LOT - there is no customer support line to call. They make it very difficult (in my own case, impossible) to resolve any problems. Read the evaluation reviews- they are extremely negative. My advice: find another site on which to offer your services. DG
Answer: I've had 28 orders and all but two were very satisfactory. Most were PDFform building or business card templates, but I had s few design logos for me then used the one I liked. Buyers: it's cheap. Remember that. When the service is good I tip generously then use the same person. I get great service, often in one day. When I order, I add express service and have yet to be disappointed. It's a business model without customer service. Face it. If you want customer service, go to Nordstroms or Nieman Marcus. Do a better job selecting your service provider; be clear in the order, and overpay.
