Hi,
I want to share quick story and ask for help. Please tell me what to do in this abnormal situation and sh*t fiverr customer support.
I had a customer who asked for an AR app. I delivered the app and he forgot about the order. The order as marked as complete, the money was cleared. He realised his mistake and wanted to open an other order for 5$ just to have something going.
I delivered the project, and he told me its not working, i was trying to fix the bug for weeks, and after he realised that his phone is not compatible with AR, he could not install ARCore because it was restricted in his country. So i was chasing a ghost for weeks in vain. I have sent him a link where to download the ARCore apk to install it.
After 1 month of the first order, which was already crealered and the money was mine, he requested a refund and he got it. I wrote to customer support, which is a pile of sh*t, explaining the situation and could not resolve anything.
Again, he asked for an AR app, i delivered it, he realised his phone is not compatible, and he could ask for a refund. What the hell is this? This is not normal at all, the product is still sellable and working how he wanted, only he doesnt have the necessary hardware for it.
What to do in this situation? Thank you.
This company is a $#*! scam hole. If you are a buyer or seller for many years they BAN you for no reason and take your money and do not pay you out.
AVOID AS BUYER
Bunch of Scam Hole Indians trying to make quick $ for $#*! service
Most use black hat SEO tactics and services that are know to ban you on Google such as AI writing, spam links and other useless $#*!. Either that or you are paying people to LEARN because they do not know what they are doing.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT
The customer service is a joke. You contact them and they simply repeat your question back to you like the infant child they are. They do not help you even if you been on the platform for several years. You get "randomly flagged" for safety but it is all a ploy to collect your data to keep ripping you off and exploit you.
AVOID AS SELLER
Too many people too weed out that are either looking for cheap Indian labour for $5 for 5 hours of work or looking scam you by getting you to do work for free.
Company run by scumbags to exploit free labour
TOP REVIEW ON GOOGLE
"You'll gain skills to kickstart your career but it's unsustainable to stay on Fiverr in the long run. Freelancing on Fiverr me useful skills to kickstart my career. However, it is unsustainable to work on Fiverr in the long run. They take 20% commission for everything you earn, and at some points, is was even unsafe."
Some of the sellers are SCAM and Fiver won't help you to refund!
Like, this company is the only platform if there is a problem with a seller, Fiverr will NOT help you at all.
Amazing communication. Very understanding, will work with you especially if you are new to Fiverr! Great experience

Stay way from SEO gigs on fiveer. They will only damage your website
Never use alliemadison12. She is terrible. Seriously don't waste your money. She basically killed fiver for me and I have used it a bunch.
First, I'd like to start out by saying that I have used Fiverr for a long time. It has given freelancers around the world a platform to find customers quickly. I love the idea behind Fiverr, I like its platform, and sometimes even the customer support.
Recently, I started selling through Fiverr's "Logo Maker" feature which is in the beta. However, after receiving two warnings in quite a quick succession, my account was temporarily disabled while they perform an account review. Both of the warnings were for essentially "pliagiarism". Here's the thing, we have professional designers, who have worked with some of the biggest companies around the world. Not only do we create original work, we check our work for copies via reverse image searches before uploading anything for sale to Fiverr.
Each time we received a warning from Fiverr, we were not given any additional information on what other design exists that is similar or the same. As a designer, you can easily come up with a similar or sometimes even nearly identical design as someone else. As a great designer, you'll have your logo stolen and sold by other designers. There are many different scenarios. However, without knowing what the other design is, it's impossible to tell.
After reviewing our account, Fiverr disabled it permanently citing us as having violated their terms of service.
We are a professional team of designers with a combined experience of 100 years in design. It is possible that someone stole our work and had posted it somewhere and it could've been explained or resolved quickly by letting us know where the work appears.
Additionally, the design was flagged by their automated system. The two warnings were automatic. The system could have made an error as well. Maybe at least 1 of the warnings was not accurate, and thus, our account would have not been closed permanently.
At a time where we relied on income from Fiverr to get us through this rough time we are all going through, we found very little compassion or even effort to try to resolve anything.
We'd love for Fiverr to take a few minutes to discuss how to reenable our account. We want to continue to bring value to the platform and its customers.
Freelancer don't waste your time on fiverr they take 20% from you and 20% on top to the client if there
I've had an account for a while that has allowed me to make an extra income as a seller. Unfortunately, I ran into a scammer buyer. After providing agreed upon service, of which they highly approved, I was shocked months later when I received a notice that a refund was to me given for the jobs following a cancellation of the order. Turns out this very common and the seller ends up losing. So I followed up with their customer support. BIG MISTAKE! This people are not only unhelpful, not interested in your problem, but also have a hint of malice in them. Should you send a query and follow up on it, they'll take action - just not the one you expect. They'll find any excuse to find you in violation of their precious "ToS" and close down your account. Yet they had no problem with your services earlier. Awesome! Just like magic. Should you find any review complementing their CS please ignore it. It has been probably written by one of their clearly incompetent CS members. All they ever send are pre-written messages that are general and not specific. Should you push with an issue you run the risk of being shut out of fiverr. For those still on the platform, should you ever run into a problem, find an alternate way of addressing it. Else you'll have your hard earned cash locked with your account - very unfortunate. Sellers receive no protection on the platform. You are supposed to tolerate abusive clients, take orders that no longer interest you among a host of other annoying buyer habits that CS should help you solve.
Secondly, they take a huge chunk of you earnings. 20% of each coin made belongs to the platform. This is abit too much. Buyers too complain when you charge highly to compensate for the fees amount as they too pay high fees as the amount increases.
Don't put all your eggs in one basket on this one.
Answer: I used Fiverr for my company logo. The guy lives in Vietnam and speak minimal English. I paid for an upgraded package with an unlimited amount of revisions, 3 original logos, stationary and Facebook as well as Twitter page covers. What does unlimited mean if a revision takes 24 hours and each revision is correcting spelling mistakes or telling him you don't want a green dog in your logo, I want a natural looking dog. His response is "you choose font and gives you a pale old lady stockings colour dog" instead of a white Dalmatian with black dots or a brown German Shepard. In the end I used an online translator to translate my requests from English to Vietnamese. He told me to sketch something and he'd make something. If I could sketch something then I would do my own logo. The one logo that I liked was the one I gave him all my ideas for. All he did was put it together in the right format. I was so frustrated with his other two attempts that I said ok give me the first logo with stationary and everything I've paid for. I got the most basic design, no stationary or headers. Did I go through customer service? OF COURSE! Throughout this whole ordeal. I described every little detail. Each time a different person would reply and say "I can understand your frustration and I will contact him". Only to have him return with the same dog in orange or turquoise and every time customer service would spit out the same line "I can understand your frustration and I will contact him. We see he is responding to you within 24 hours so for us that means you are trying to work things out. I want my money back! Sorry we can't give you your money back. The seller has received his money and its up to him to give you any money back if he so chooses. It was a dreadful experience. I ended up using an online logo maker and I loved it. PLUS it actually cost less. I'm now doing my own website. If you have the patience then try to do it yourself. Do NOT skimp on your website. The way the world is run today you want your website and all social media presence to correctly reflect your quality. If at the end I'm not happy with my website I will go to a professional and pay what it costs. Hope this helped and good luck
Answer: I know I have to wade through a lot of questionable sellers to get a good one. Happy hunting. There are good ones out there though.
Answer: All I can say id Fiverr is the BIGGEST SCAM going. Had to dispute the charges through my bank to get the money back
Answer: Stay far away from fiverr. I paid a guy to do some work and proved with third party techniques they used bots for fake views to my site. Yet this guy had many many great reviews. You cannot trust this site whatsoever. Stick with paypal as you most likely will get nowhere with fiverr.
Answer: If you want a site designed to steal credit card data from hard-working, civilized people, please use Fiverr. It is designed for one thing: to take your credit card data and leave you to deal with a mess. More details, reply or search for my previous posts.
Answer: I can only imagine you got swindled and feel bad about the fact you trusted someone. Don't feel bad, you did nothing wrong. There are sites who take the time to vet their sellers and then there are sites like Fiverr who let's anyone to join with zero check on their credentials. The entry into selling on Fiverr is so easy that it borders on ridiculousness. Anyone can lie about their location, experience, education, and just about any credentials. Some of them are really clever and mask their fake profile pictures and gig descriptions really well. Fiverr is so secretive about their vetting process, which I seriously doubt there is anything in writing, that you can't trust it. The seller's level is a joke - I've gotten cheated by ones with thousands of reviews. How they received literally a thousand or more review is mind boggling. Go back and check again, you'll notice like 99.9% of the million or so sellers all have 5 star reviews. All legitimate businesses have a combination of good and bad reviews, most average around 3/5 or if they are a really great business 4/5 but for a large company with like a million or so freelancers with zero credentials having 5/5 pretty much tells you there is something wrong. Like I said, you did nothing wrong. I hope you didn't lose too much money. Their philosophy is "We don't care how crappy the delivery was as long as the seller delivered you don't get your money back."
Answer: The answer is plain simple NO! You will get your followers, yes! But they are all bots, so you will lose 90% of the followers the same week, might as well throw this 5 bucks in the air.
Answer: There is very little in the world that is unique. You have to trust or spend a lot more $$$ or do it yourself
Answer: I would suggest having nothing whatsoever to do with Fiverr. When things go wrong - and that happens a LOT - there is no customer support line to call. They make it very difficult (in my own case, impossible) to resolve any problems. Read the evaluation reviews- they are extremely negative. My advice: find another site on which to offer your services. DG
Answer: I've had 28 orders and all but two were very satisfactory. Most were PDFform building or business card templates, but I had s few design logos for me then used the one I liked. Buyers: it's cheap. Remember that. When the service is good I tip generously then use the same person. I get great service, often in one day. When I order, I add express service and have yet to be disappointed. It's a business model without customer service. Face it. If you want customer service, go to Nordstroms or Nieman Marcus. Do a better job selecting your service provider; be clear in the order, and overpay.
Fiverr has a rating of 1.6 stars from 1,087 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Fiverr most frequently mention customer service, credit card and low quality. Fiverr ranks 107th among Freelancing sites.
