I contacted your chatbox for assisting name correction due to typos error. One agent told me they can not do that, advised me to contact directly airline. I contacted my Airline and it says chat box said "If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency other than ANA, please contact the place where you purchased it". I asked FlightNetwork again and the other agent saying she can do it, I am thankful for a helpful assistance. However, you charge me $44 for the handling process. This is insane for charging fee in such a simple request. I could not understand how do you call it helping your customer?
