Website was extremely difficult to use. It took e three tries to get the flight booked, then another 3 tries to pay - the credit card area would not allow me to type in my credit card number. The airline tries up-charging for everything including using text to provide flight updates! This is standard in any other airline. Very disappointed with my experience

On 8/12/25 at 1:11PM i went through same process and after putting in my credit card info the message was i would receive order no via EMAIL. I never received an email i will now check with credit card comp. This time it very much at a higher price. The price was $1,714.23 your help would be appreciated Morris Azar

A little confusing as it went to a different airline that I am not familiar with and all the add Ons was ridiculous.
Never use to be this way. Back in the day everything was included in booking price.
