I do not like military time being used, this type of booking a flight is ridiculous. Every service that is offered ( I know is optional) is nonsense the fee amount is uncalled for. You think you are getting a great flight price, however at the end, you are not..

I was trying to contact Porter Arilines and your site had their name in big letters which made it seem as if I had the right site. Instead I got booked on to on Air Canada flight which I thought worked with Porter Airlines. It became clear after I got off that it was a booking site which had induced me to buy some other features. When I went back to cancel of course i was told that only the price of the ticket could be cancelled so I am out about $70 and will not get my refund posted until 2 weeks. A really unhappy experience.
