I tried to use app on phone. Would not allow me to register. Then i tried to book 3 times as a guest and it would not complete itinerary. On PC i finally was able to book but when there was an error it always went to top of page not to the error so i had to figure out what was wrong.

Too many additional charge options for things as basic as customer support if luggage is lost. Seems excessive to me. Plus no carry on availability is surprising.
